ABSOLUTELY without a doubt the best treatment and grooming for my baby girl that she's had anywhere. She didn't come home all twitchy either like she did from the other place (which shall remain nameless). He did a wonderful job on her and how is it Roxie has better smelling cologne than I do????? I must have some of that stuff. :-) Really, in all seriousness, she's adorable and smells heavenly. Thank you for the great job you did on my poodle. She's beautiful and she knows it. She is very proud of the bows in her hair. :-) Donna

They did a terrible job with my shih tzu. I asked them to shape her up and keep length on her. Mind you I dropped her off at 9 am and she wasn’t ready until almost 3 o’clock. I called at 1 and they haven’t even started on her yet. When I picked her up I was in shock. She looked terrible. The cut was uneven, butt was shaved so low you could see her pink skin, and her paws were not even cut. It was a terrible a job. Their excuse was that she moved a lot. As a professional groomer you should be able to handle things like that.

Got both our dogs back and they were best grooming they have ever had (Shadow is 11 and gets groomed several times a year, throughout several moves and half a dozen groomers) And they remembered he had allergies and she didn't so she got the pretty smell and he didn't!

I just moved to Palestine and my mixed breed dog needed a grooming BAD. They took me right in without an appointment and 1 1/2 hr. Later i picked up my handsome dog! He is a senior dog and needed extra care and they gave it to him.

Clayton and Russell are nothing short of Amazing!!! Dax and Jax have the weekly bath pass and it's affordable, convinient, and they love going to see them every week. They love my boys like their own and treat them great. No I take that back. They spoil them rotten!!!

Worst service ever. Charged my money and did nothing to my dog.Refuses to answer my calls and msgs after he said he would re-do my puppy free of cost. $30 for nothing. I even told him when i picked it up and he said he would re-do her for free. Dont waste your money, you are better off spending more but getting the job done. As I type I now have my shitzu at another groomer, lets see how this goes.

I have 3 dogs that I take to tamed and tailored since they have opened ....they always do a lovely job...my dogs seem happy and refreshed after a day of pampering and grooming...Clayton is always very professional and friendly...I will continue to use Tamed and Tailored...They are AWESOME!!!!

I took my two dogs and told them to cut them short all over and to cut their toe nails. They can't follow simple directions. They did not trim their pooper shoots or their faces. They did not even cut their nails like they were supposed too. It is the worst place that I have ever used. I won't be using them again.

Very nice and Clayton treats my babys like they were his own. Would definitely recommend him for your babys day at a spa.

Tubby was beautiful when he got home, and so clean and smelling fresh. He loved his haircut/trim. Lots of hair, too. Ready for summer!

I took my poodle here. When I picked her up she smelled like ciggeratte smoke and he charged me more than I had first been quoted. Worst dog groomer in palestine in my opinion.

Terrible!!!! Do not go there!!!! They keep jacking up the piece without telling me until the end!!! Double charged me for what they told me up front!!! Terrible customer service!!! Would not recommend!!!
