Sunday morning goes by quick! We were the only people in line. The staff were friendly. I ordered the iced pumpkin spice latte and maple waffle sandwich. I could taste a hint of pumpkin spice but wish there was more of it! The sandwich is amazing and would recommend those who have trouble deciding what to choose. Overall, I would likely try their chai latte next!

I have been going to Scooter's almost daily since I work across the street at McCoy's. The team is awesome and more impressive was this morning. I usually order on the app and haven't this week due to paying with cash but when I pulled up the lady noticed me and used my name to say have a great day. This is what our company is all about is knowing our customers and today I felt the same from them. Great job team!

Staff isn’t very knowledgeable on dairy free alternatives for kids menu. Not many options for dairy free compared to other places. Ended up not ordering anything, will just stick to small businesses since they are more keen on helping you with dairy alternatives.

WE LOVE SCOOTERS!! We have always visited the one in a neighboring town and so excited to have one in Palestine now. Service is fast, everything is quality controlled and tasted exactly like other branches! We have tried Ice coffees, blenders, cake balls!! Kids even approve!!If there's a line stop anyways, it goes fast and its worth the wait!

We visited on 09-03-23 after a long, hard day, we were absolutely blown away by the kindness of Tiffany and the whole team. It was our first time at Scooter's and definitely wont be our last. Absolutely incredible staff, matched with incredibly delicious menu. And not only were they kind to us, but they gave our rescue pups pupp-ochinos!!
