I have taken my dog here several times, usually pretty good place. However when I recently took my dog he mostly just needed a bath, maybe a little trim, they charged me more than I have I ever been charged. I asked if their prices went up and they said no. I will be finding a new place! He actually doesn’t look as well as he usually does, and they charged me more!

Barely washed my dog. Asked for them to clip nails they did not I asked again when I picked her up got attitude. Got my dog back home she drank a half a bowl of water and peed for 20 minutes so for 4 hours she got no water or taken to bathroom. These people were good once but now never taking my dog here agin.

I know they're new at this and I tried them a few times to give them a chance. I gave them specific instructions, they did great on that part, but a simple thing they messed up on. They didn't clip his hair good under his tail and the next day I had to give him a bath.

11-4-20....i took my long haired chihwawa in for grooming n nails cut... I thought I made myself clear. I told her bathed n groomed, she said 'so you want her to look like a chihuahua,' I said yes, ' a long hair chihuahua '..my poor baby girl was shaved! Her hair was matured n will perhaps never grow back... I am devastated! But I paid n cried... Nothing I can do now.. My 1st time of using lucky puppy... Professional groomers should know... The difference between grooming n shaving! Especially with long hair breeds!
