It would be lovely if this lame store could get it's holiday hours correct online. Shouldn't say you're open until 9pm on Christmas Eve if you ACTUALLY closed at 6pm. SUCH a waste of time going up there. 😡😡😡😡 REALLY makes me angry. DO BETTER!

Terrible parking area, too small. Self checkout right in front door entry. Awfully crowded with buggies, people checking out people coming in. Kroger needs to build a larger, newer store with a large parking lot,Better designed to serve the self checkout folks...like me.

Store is dirty and ran poorly. Employees are rude, which is not surprising considering that's a direct result of poor management. Should just close down and be done with it to be honest. Store let's me down.. ALL the time!! Always my 3rd option in Palestine.

I've been stuck at home with my sick child (we both have Hand, Foot and Mouth Disease.) Since it's very contagious and I don't want to get others sick, we haven't left home. We're almost totally out of groceries. I took advantage of the pick-up service to avoid contact with others. First and last time using this service. Buitoni cheese ravioli that's expired and 2 items missing from my order. I'm so disappointed. I'm trying to do the right thing by not coming into contact with people and the pick-up shoppers have proven they're not capable of doing this correctly. This service is a godsend for those who are sick and want to not get others sick, but only if it's done correctly. I guess if you're sick you just have to go in the store anyway- since you're the only one who actually cares about getting it done right.

Very congested store registers are to close together!! Not a very clean environment! I had a buggy to help support my walking & after checking out I turned around and my buggy was gone the employee took it ..she should of at least ask me if I was done with it!

Money services shuts down 1-3 hours earlier than they're supposed to. Plus the ladies who work the money center are very rude and talk to you like you said something to offend them. Plus 1 register open for a store full of people.

I have shopped this store since I was a child. First, I want to say I am ALWAYS greeted with a hello and smile. The produce department is always fresh, you will see the produce worker going through and checking everything. I love that they run specials unlike the big box store in town. Food has gotten so expensive families need sales to be able to buy what's needed. Meat selection is always great and in date, even when they are having a big sale, they keep it stocked to the best of their ability. The rest of the store is clean and easy to navigate through. Very rarely do you have to dodge boxes.I don't mind self-check anytime as the workers are actively helping and will even stop and check out customers in the self-check area. When I go to a normal checker line, the workers are always friendly and make small talk. Very local feel in the store.

Unclean and run down. Not a good selection and not enough checkers. There was a huge line of people waiting to pay with only a single checkout open. The store was unpleasantly overcrowded from the checkout line backup. Not worth the wait in line for a mediocre selection of products and I would be very concerned about the freshness and quality of products based off the overall appearance and cleanliness of the store itself. Their coupon system is also ridiculous, they expect you to download a qr code to get the discount price on each individual item. Yeah I will never step back in this store again. Walmart is cleaner.

Kroger's has majority of the things I need. I love to stop by here to check on their limited edition Oreos! They are always up to date. I'm happy that it's friendly here as well!

I have been going here for over 30 yrs. Always have great sales on meats and other products. Just one complaint I have is the pharmacy now closes during lunch hours. I don't understand why they can't take alternate lunches especially when a lot of people pick up their meds during their lunch break. I feel like this is an inconvenience that could be avoided. Other than that I wait to pick up my meds in the afternoon.

The registers are complicated, and mess up. It kept saying help had been called, but the employee just stood at the station looking around. I tried to pay and it said I needed assistance, I couldn't get any I walked out without my groceries.

I bought a loaf of bread three days ago. Noticed this morning there was mold on it. Then I checked the expiration date. It expired May 1st. I bought the bread May 4th. It SHOULD NOT have been on the shelf!!Unacceptable.

This has got to be the worst Kroger's I've ever been to ( I traveled all over this country) they have maybe one register open at a time otherwise it's check out only and their checkout aisle is about 8 ft wide which registers on both side creating a bottleneck. You add in the horrible quality of groceries and vegetables coming out of the store and this place really isn't worth bothering with.

I have gone to this Kroger’s for almost 40 years. I have always loved it until about the last five years. It is not easy to shop there. There are always people stocking shelves, and they don’t even try to make room for people coming through, and they don’t try to move out of the way to let them through half the time. it is sometimes not stocked well and it doesn’t feel clean. It is just disappointing. I love a lot of the Kroger organic products, but I will be shopping across town at Brookshires from now on. It’s just not a good experience anymore.

So completely disappointed in this store. First of all, the images online are NOT of this location. I am new to east Texas and drove 45 minutes to this store. It is very old and very dirty. The shopping carts were all rusted and felt sticky. The produce department didn’t even carry items that were listed in the weekly ad. Non-perishable items had dust all over them. My cashier was sweet and even told me about the store being robbed! What a complete waste of time.

Shopping here is great. However, if you're seeking employment here, don't. First of all, I was newly hired and I didn't even know I was scheduled because the app wasn't working, and I had a family emergency come up the same day. I get a phone call from a manager saying I was scheduled, and I told him I had a family emergency I needed to tend to and about the app. They terminated me for their inability to help us set up the app and for an emergency. Don't do it.

Jose customer service. Rude. I brought back some stew meat that was rancid. Purchased earlier! $10.Although I had receipt he was quite rude and only gave me $7.61 in return. Then totally ignored me and went to next customer.Just another reason everything is better at H.E.B. unfortunately this town is stuck with Kroger! I really feel sad for the community. Kroger sucks.

Excellent produce department, had all the items I needed, bought a salad to go that was very good. Self checkout is available. Well run, curtious checkers, stockers go out of their way to help you find items. Full service store . Plenty of parking.

Not only is the store filthy, but the employees consistently are subpar. I just had a manager threaten to call the police on me because I tried to park in a grocery pick up spot with my newborn to grab something quickly. Every other spot in grocery pick up was empty. All six of the spots were empty. She also informed me that they regularly have people towed from that area which is illegal. On top of that they don’t even get any orders right.

Saved over $100 with the Kroger app by clipping coupons, and scanning in-store QR codes. Needs remodeling, but I can't bring myself to grocery shop anywhere else in town without feeling robbed.
