I refuse to use self checkout and that is all cvs has now. I will start using another pharmacy.

This is the most incompetent pharmacy I have ever dealt with in my life. For the past month we have tried to get my daughters inhaler transferred to this pharmacy because ours is currently unable to get it during COVID. We have called them 3 times, and then one time I even spoke to a pharmacist in person about the issue and they assured me that it would be filled. My daughter went to go pick it up again and once again they did NOT have it. I will NEVER try to use this pharmacy ever again!!!!
