I mostly love walking around to enjoy the layout and read the funny kitchen towels, aprons and shirts. They are extremely customer service friendly and always helpful. I've purchased propane heaters and accessories and much more so glad they're so helpful. When we purchased our SUV keys they helped set them up and made sure all the features worked properly I'm very grateful for that also great novelty gift items Father's Day gifts Christmas gifts and more grilling accessories then I can list. All around a great store with wonderful employees.

Montgomery has Jim's Hardware but nothing like Bralys! Was there Black Friday and found many things I needed and wanted. All employees helpful and friendly! Fantastic Ace Hardware!

Best Ace I have ever visited. We were traveling through Palestine on a road trip, but needed special tape for a quick repair.This Ace is in a historic school building. That was the first cool factor. The next cool factor was the variety of quality items besides screws and tools. We ended up buying gifts and the elusive Yeti lids. The third cool factor was the excellent service that is the hallmark of Ace Hardware everywhere.I’m adding Braly Ace to my favorite places the next time I travel through Palestine.

I tried 3 places and no one had the part I needed to fix a dripping shower faucet. While they didn’t have it Marcus suggested trying to replace the rubber seal and O ring before having a plumber come replace everything. I know I looked hesitant about how to replace it and not mess it up. He not only helped me find the right size pieces but then switched them out for me and instructed me on how to install it properly when I got home! I greatly appreciate him going above and beyond!

Great place to be, keeps a lot in stock, so far as tools and material goes they set the bar. Wide variety of metric sizes as well, only place in a 100 miles that keeps a fine thread M18 bolt/nut (even the fastener stores themselves didn't have) if I could give 10 stars I would.

If all businesses were operated like Bralys, shopping would not be such a hassle.Stephen ,Vicki and their team at Bralys Hardware could teach a course on how to operate a business and treat customers. I enjoy going there if it is only to look around. What a great store.

This place has everything! The store is an old school, and they have done a great job of utilizing the space, everything is well organized, and the staff are really friendly. Even if you don't need to buy anything it is worth the trip.
