Great experience was faster than expected; which was great! I missed my fur baby/soon to be service animal. a few days after surgery and vaccine , boom back full of energy. Thank you, now hopefully he can live a happy full life.

I called and made appointments for 2 cat's the date's I got was not what was wrote down in there appointment book obviously... I had these date's on my calendar and my bosses calendar for a month and bam I got a text and missed it on one cat then ask about the next cat and it was the wrong date as well..... I never had that problem before..... not sure why now but DOUBLE CHECK the dates you are given FYI they don't do Saturdays..... I've been calling to see about next month and can't get them ....All in all excellent Dr.

took my male dog in to be neutered. staff was polite and professional. they called later that day when he was ready to go and helped me get him to my car. we've used their services many times and have always been pleased!

I took my healthy puppy to APL Henderson location on Wednesday to be spayed she came unglued in the parking lot they came to the car to glue her back rather than taking her back inside. Later that night she came unglued and I had to take her to another vet clinic to be stapled shut. On Saturday our puppy woke up terribly sick and I had to take her to the vet clinic again. They told me that she had aspiration pneumonia and it was not looking good for our sweet girl. Our baby was in the hospital for 3 days and then we had to put her to sleep. I called and spoke with APL and they told me there was nothing they could do about this situation since I signed a waiver. Just wanted to give someone a heads up. My fur babies will never return to this place again. Such a sad sad situation. The first pic is of my healthy sweet girl and the second one she can barely hold her head up.

Fantastic place... I took in both of our big dogs and the three pups that wandered up a few days ago. I got check ups, all vaccinations and the flea and tick treatments for all five dogs for around $350. Very happy with the price. I am handicapped so the staff assisted me with getting the dogs back in the truck. I was in and out in less than an hour. Price was reasonable, staff was very friendly and knowledgeable, service was quick. I do recommend Animal Protection League for your pets needs.

Very nice and professional people. Very very affordable. Drove 60 miles but it only cost $114 to neuter 2 cats and give rabbies shots and treat for ear mites. Cant beat those prices.

This place is amazing! I have taken 4 of my animals here and my 5th is scheduled for next Tuesday. They are affordable and efficient, not to mention super friendly. I'm so glad that I found this place!! I recommend it to everyone that is needing an animal fixed.

This place is a valuable asset to the entire county. They give low price spay and neutering for cats and dogs, reduced prices on parasite protection (fleas, worms) ,and immunizations for rabies and other necessary shots. It is clean, well organized, and they take good care of the animals. They depend on donations, I can't think of a better place for your help.

This place is good and helpful whenever they're open unlike today when I loaded up my old pup and took him up there to be seen just for them to be closed on a scheduled day to be open I don't get it I just went this past Tuesday and service was great and even the lady behind the desk was saying to come back Saturday that they'll be open then. They need to be more cordial because not everyone has time to kill on the weekdays and can it being hard on the people that drive a good ways away for the inconveniences.

My dog Precious and I just wanted to say thank you for cutting my dogs nails. The two ladies did a great job handling Precious while she was squirming around. I love this place, I've been going for years and will continue to go back.

I took Duncan here for his vaccines and Simperica Trio. Everyone was so nice and took the time to love on our sweet boy. Over all, we saved $163.00 by bringing our dog here instead of our local vet.

Staff is extremely professional and pleasant. They are booked; so, schedule an appointment sooner rather than later. They call you with a reminder the day before and give you a few pre-surgery reminders. Even though the place is always filled with cats and dogs, the admissions area is spotless and odorless. I just wish that they could price TNR (trap neuter release) even cheaper than their already affordable rates.SIDE NOTE: The City of Palestine/Anderson County does not give a care for homeowners with high cat populations. The local Human Society euthanizes 75%-85% of all cats they receive. I wish that I never moved to the area because of the high cat population. I pay more in ISD taxes than I do property taxes, and I never had kids. You would think they could help me with the cat problem.

The staff here cares not only about the health of your pet but also their comfort with a stranger touching them. I love this place. I have a senior cat that is not affectionate to others but she is ok with being handled by the staff here unlike at other places I have taken her. I'm thankful for this place and these people.
