We usually have great experience at Sonic in Palacios Texas..today was very disappointing to say the least..I understand the rising prices in every buisness around the world,and Sonic is no exception..I get it.. thats not my gripe..We ordered 2 Burgers @ 2x$7( being $10.38 ) an GBBCB combo $9.49 ..plus $3.90 for recharger drink..2 xMedium Trick or Treat Blast in which we ordered 4 TTB shakes in all 2x11.38 & 2x11.38..... The Shakes are less than 3/4 filled..2 actually barely 1/2 filled.....My point being..Us as general public do not mind paying higher for takeout..but we do expect to get what we spend our hard earned money for..and this is a real disapointment to see that whoever made these shakes didnot even take the time to notice the sparse amount of each Treat..made very messy and then thrown in to the carrier..NO VALUE or Treat here guys..at over 5 bucks for a MEDIUM Shake..you are probably better off spending less on the Small or Tiny size offered...P.s my hubby says the Tots sucked today as well

Sunday, September 4, 2022 around 12 pm I went there. I ordered 1 small size of fries, 3 chicken tender, and 1 medium size ice coffee French vanilla with caramel. They charged me for around $12??? Seriously???The fries was very salty, the chicken tender tasted bitter and looked like it was fried before and they re- fried it, and too much ice in my coffee.Huge disappointment. That was my first time going there. Definitely not coming back and not recommending this Sonic to anyone. If I could give zero star, definitely I would !!!

Nice place but the music was to loud for me and no where to get away from it. We had dinner there and food was very good but again music was so loud we couldn’t relax and enjoy the meal.

Husband went to get lunch for 4 of us. Hamburger we ordered was cheese burger. When told they missed one fries she had to ask manager what he wanted to do about it. My chili Cheese dog turned out to be chili cheese fries in foot long box. 😡

I usually don't write review when the service is normal, but compared to other sonics I have visited, this place has been the most consistent. They have not messed up any of my order and I have been here 30+ times. There staff is always nice and courteous and my food always comes out in a reasonable time.

Well first off I called up there 2-3 times before I got someone to answer the phone. All I was wanting to know is if they was hiring and if I could talk to the owner or the GM. Well only the shift manager was there but since I have to be at the Sonic in Edna by 6:30am-5pm tomorrow I can't talk to the manager that hires or the owner. But the girl that answered the phone took my name and number and said she would let them know. Well I'll see what happens. I can't have my phone at work on me so if they leave a message I will see it when I get off work. But she was nice and polite. Thank you

Just stoped in for drinks. And are drinks are delicious. But are wait was 12min for 4 cherry limeades. But it was happy hour and didn't have much else going on. But over all nice service. Great location and not very busy.

Overcharged me for my drink by 5 bucks 🤦🏽UPDATE- The store manager reached out to me and apologize for the mishap. I know that sometimes things can get a little crazy at restaurants so I don’t blame him for the oversight. They did reverse the charges on my credit card so in the end I got a free drink.

I like the double cheeseburger on the value menu.always get the tots because fries are never hot. Excellent service. Overwhelming drink choices and you can add fruit too. My summer favorite is strawberry lemonade freeze. Ice tea with lime is good anytime.

I am so upset I ordered a chilly cheese footlong hot dog with mustard and onions also on it I drive 20 miles home and find out they did not put any chilli on it no way to drive back over. A heads up be sure and check order before you leave. Who would have thought they would forget the dang chilli on a chilli dog

This is by far one of the best sonics ever to exist. The food is always super good and fresh and hot. The staff vary greatly on how well they take your order and how friendly they are but still the best sonic to go to.

Really wish Sonic went back the old ways where their burgers were just as good if not better than whaterburger. Every time I give Sonic a shot again they fail to deliver

The car hops have a contagious sprightly & zingy energy.Unlike Dairy Queen you do receive your food in a timely fashion.Love the happy hour.Menú wise; Surprisingly, the food actually looks like the pictures! There is something for everyone; that is coming from an extremely picky eater.They have If they had a just 2 more healthier options I'd give 'em 5 stars.

I’m not sure why but this location always has mobile ordering disabled. I work in Port Lavaca and they never have this issue. It’s very inconvenient and I will not give them my business unless mobile ordering is enabled.

Definitely not their A game today. Ordered breakfast, coffee was cold, breakfast sandwich was really flavorless, tots were Luke warm. Daughters French toast sticks were hot and good though. Cannot stress enough how bad the coffee was!

Slow service today but the drinks are always turned up and the cheese sticks are fresh. Ordered thru the app too (this particular place doesn't always have it on) so it was a good day.

Sonic has the potential to have good food. And yet every third time or so they drop the ball. Dont fix burger per request, give ocean water over ice instead of slush that was ordered. Still, called to their attention they go out of their way to rectify the situation. Thsts why they got three.

Things to get here that's decent is the food, they offer extra crispy onion rings, however what I would avoid would be the Sonic drinks and blasts. The employees skip corners or simply weren't trained enough. The drinks/blasts are more often never blended completely leaving pockets of flavorings or layers liquid sugar and suffer from ingredient portion issues, should expect more than 1 lemon slice in a lemonberry slush or that a large waffleberry brownie masterblast has more than few chips of waffle/brownie.

Sad that they did away with the pineapple but this is the one Sonic you can go to and ask for a Tropical Sprite and they know what you're talking about. Service is always good. P.S. ask for a Tropical Sprite.

This is the 2nd time that this Sonic does not apply valid deals. The first time was 1/2 price Blasts which I had a valid text for and they said I had to order through the app. So I went to Bay City and they applied the coupon with no problem. Now again, $1.99 Wacky Packs. Bay City, West Columbia, and Port Lavaca all applied the $1.99 without even being asked about it..Palacios, nope, gotta order through the app for it.
