I couldn't be more grateful for finding this place today! I was having issues with the airbnb wifi and stumbled upon this fantastic coffee shop/bookstore. The owner and locals were so kind, accomading and welcoming. While I was there mainly for the fast wifi, I did notice the selection of books was expansive. It was such a great welcoming atmosphere. There was even a bookstore cat! What a beautiful place with the most amazing people! I throughly enjoyed the conversation and learned a bit of history of this cute town. This place is such a vibe, highlight of my week! HIGHLY recommend 10/10

Good selection of new and used books mixed together, good coffee, and amazing service! Jan took great care of me while I worked remotely in the little cafe part of the building. I would come back again just for the great company. Highly recommend

Best iced coffee ever! Really great prices on yummy drinks. Love to visit with my kids. Super friendly, small town atmosphere. We never stay less than an hour lol

I absolutely loved this place. Great coffee. Free wifi. It is the local hangout. It is a little hidden gem in a very old, windowless building. Once inside the owner and locals are very friendly to outsiders. I loved their Russian Blue Cat and two small rescue dogs. I was able to get tons of work done, have deep conversations with a local, enjoy great coffee, buy gifts for family, and felt a peaceful ambiance. It is also two blocks from an unknown beach that we enjoyed later.

Excellent coffee bean choices, coffee bar with custom drinks made to order as you like. Large space dedicated to books with organized shelves and local authors. Texas books selection is impressive.

Love this place!! Best thing in palacios! I wish I could take it with me. Cute little coffee shop/bookstore. The coffee is good, priced well. Very charming atmosphere, the owner is super friendly she talks with her customers and, very helpful.

Good place to come for a pound of coffee beans, fresh yard eggs, a cup of hot coffee, or a smoothie. Several retirees come to enjoy coffee or tea and chat. Dog friendly.
