Omg!! I love Megan!! One session and my Anatolian rescue is putting on a harness with ease. Before he would run and it would take 15 minutes of wrestling, if I didn’t just give up. He is loading in the car. I used to have to get the neighbor to lift him in. He’s 100 pounds. If you need a trainer, you NEED Megan!!

Megan is the best! She has worked with our pup Puck since he was about 5 months old. She is caring, kind, and very knowledgeable. She is full of fresh ideas and fun toys to help engage and teach our kiddo new things. She has helped train us just as much as she has trained Puck. Your practical, common-sense approach and training methods are simple to comprehend and easy to practice on my own time. Megan is WONDERFUL! She has worked with 3 puppies of ours, 2 Cocker Spaniels and a Saint Bernard. Each one definitely had their way of doing things and learning, but Megan was wonderful with her patience and persistence. Especially with our newest Cocker, who definitely has a mind of her own. But we learned tips to deal with it and it has made her life and ours much easier. We would HIGHLY recommend Megan and Train Your Dog!!

I can’t say enough good things about Megan and the training we have received from her! My dog LOVES her and is always so happy to see her. I was looking for a trainer for my adolescent GSD. After calls to several trainers, I talked to Megan and I was sold. She has a plethora of knowledge about dog training and it has been a privilege to work with her. She loves working with dogs and it shows. She has worked on a number of different behaviors for us and we get compliments all the time about how well-behaved our dog is. For example, our dog can now walk at heel beautifully inside stores and she looks so happy doing it. I highly recommend Megan!

We were looking for training and help raising my new little Chesapeake Bay puppy we got at the Bastrop Animal Shelter. We went and adopted Nash at 2.5 months old. We never had a puppy before and the first thing I thought of was getting him some training, and in turn, us some help raising him. Being totally in the dark regarding puppies and raising them we looked into a dog trainer to help teach discipline and the everyday needed skill development that we wanted Nash to have. We researched a few options and continued to come back to Megan and her services. To say it frankly, Megan is the best dog trainer around, and she is perfect for Nash and what we were looking for. She is so easy to work with it makes the entire experience a 5 star. On top of that, she's incredibly knowledgeable, patient, understanding, accommodating, experienced, and a joy to have around with Nash. When Megan leaves Nash gets upset and has a tendency to pout by the door/window. He loves his training sessions with her and I will continue utilizing her services as Nash grows through puppyhood!

Our 2 pups have been working weekly with Megan for the past year. We had aggression issues with one pup showing guarding and aggressive behavior (it got REALLY BAD). She has worked absolute wonders with them and things are so much better. More importantly, we are learning how to manage the situation and we have peace again at home. She comes to your home and works on multiple items we need help with, she's fantastic to work with, and treats our pups with love and respect – they adore her and don’t even realize that school is in session. I would highly recommend her!

From the moment Megan walked in for the very first time, she took full control and gained the attention and adoration of my puppy who had a history of mauling anyone who visited. Over the weeks, she continued to build his trust and I realized she was training me right along with him which was incredibly valuable. Her expertise was evident as she managed his out-of-control behaviors and after a few weeks I wondered who had taken away my puppy and replaced him with one who maintained eye contact and responded so beautifully to her rewards and short commands. Her style is completely positive as she maintained a beautiful smile throughout the entire process working with him, and it was so evident on the day she left how much he loved her as he went from window to window to watch her walk to her car and leave. I would recommend Megan Coleman to any pet owner with any pet anywhere because she definitely is amazing to watch in action. She left us with wonderful suggestions to continue to train this little hormonal adolescent puppy boy behave and I am so impressed with her. Very grateful!
