They have everything you could want on a short, or long, trip. They even have showers. Food from a fast food company and cold sandwiches and chips. And outside you might get lucky and see some very interesting vehicles! Like the one I saw! And very nice employees that are helpful and good at their job. A very nice place for a stop-off.

Slow service nothing is actually stocked and it's been a year or 2 since it's been open. Not to mention #huntsbrotherspizza needs to make that store get a phone because they advertise call in pickup and don't provide it, that's false advertising and I feel like a lawsuit.

“Ramesh” is a representative of his people and culture and the way they really feel about Americans. He was THE nastiest attitude having individual that I dealt with this year in any situation. Stayed on his phone the entire time. He looked as if he doesn’t bathe. He is so rude and speaks his language the entire time conducting transactions. “Galalulululululuhlala” talks in his language probably callin me the N word right in my face. You say thank you and or please to the rude individual that represents his people and he doesn’t even acknowledge you. It’s not like I care but again, he represents his people. Y’all all from India need a better representative because he by far showed his true colors. And the facilities are nasty, but that’s how they operate their “businesses”. I wouldn’t be so nasty with my comment or review but that is exactly how he is and treats all customers in this store highly disrespectful and unprofessional.

Stopped here for Whataburger. Inside was clean, we'll stocked, service was fast and friendly. parking lot has plenty of room and is easy to get into from the highway.

I was really excited to see the snack selections inside because they had some great, healthy choices but not one item in any of the (many) shelves had prices. I asked the guy at the counter why and he blew me off. I told him I couldn’t buy anything because they don’t have anything priced. He got really defensive. How do you not price ANYTHING in your store?! I don’t trust a store that refuses to let the customers know how much their items are. I won’t go back.

Whataburger is attached to this location; best WB ever! So fresh & friendly. The restroom stalls are separate rooms. Good luck choosing snacks & drinks - too many to choose from.

NOT SAFE FOR WOMEN!!!!Horrible experience here, but where do I start! One the man in the picture is not only rude but also a peeping Tom! He argued with me about the bathroom being cleaned when it obviously wasn’t. And he refused to get me another one or clean the bathroom that I had. Two he decided to walk in the bathroom while I was undressed! Mind you he was the only person on duty at the time and he had to physically unlock the door to let me in and also when I was in the restroom because I did lock the door behind me. He didn’t even lock and when I yelled at him he said he was “bringing me toilet paper”. I asked to speak to the manager and he said he was the manager. I will be getting in touch with corporate and also pursuing legal action because this is not ok. There should be latches on the doors. I did not feel safe and I’ve never had this happen at any other pilot before. Do not come here if you respect your privacy, or expect this to be a clean establishment because it’s not. I never leave bad reviews but this was not ok. Definitely will not be coming back

First of all I was very excited when I saw this place being built about a year ago or so and was excited about the Whataburger that was finally be added to a Truckstop. But all the excitement went out the window when I tried to call before going in to see if there were showers available and no answer with attendance at the registers.Going into the bathroom was not as clean as the real pilots are and the parking lot is about the same trash and filthy everywhere. The only thing that was worth while was the restaurant Whataburger at least that was clean.Finding out it’s not owned and ran like a real pilot I’m not even going to waste my money showering here I’ll just drive up the road to a cleaner place….

Staff are good well-meaning people. Most are foreigners and don't understand our customs. I fuel my semi-truck daily and got to know their hearts.It's in the right place.

This truck stop is really not bad. Its a quiet place to rest and is not really busy. However this is not a corporate location, its a franchise so no automated reservations. The whole lot is pay-to-park. Im not sure the rewards points work inside either. They also have a Whataburger and the store was nice, clean and well stocked. Bring YOUR OWN TOWELS for the showers, just a heads up. Good spot if you are in a pinch and need a 10hr break but not something you would look forward to add into your trip plan. Not much else around the area.

This was one of the places I made sure to add into my route, now there are men that run this station and they don't speak English well enough to understand, nor can you understand them.It useful to be when you filled 50 or more gallons of diesel you got a reserve parking spot.Now the majority of the trucks parked here don't pay or purchase for the spots, it has gone down hill fast.I gave 2 stars just for the what-a-burger.Will not go back!

My first time in the area. Unloaded a day early in Austin, decided to bounce to Huston for my Monday backload. Parked it here for the night. First off, $12.00 to park! There is no free parking! No prices on most items in the store, you're supposed to trust you're getting a reasonable price! Or, waste your time bringing items to the register to have them scan each item for a price. I've been here over an hour, and not one truck has pulled up to get fuel. I just drove 1,100 miles from Minnesota and didn't see one truck stop all the way here without at least one truck at the pump! I fueled earlier today at Loves off I/35. $980.00 worth of fuel. At least 8 pumps there, and there was a steady line. Parking lot was full at noon! I wonder if Whataburger is the only thing keeping the doors open here! I know after my 10 hour break is over, it'll be my first and last time here.

Stopped here to park because I saw the pilot sign but will never come here again. Every spot is a reserved spot and I'm sure they don't even check. The Store overall is clean, but the only thing worth stopping for is Whataburger.Drivers keep going unless you're hungry.

I nice Pilot truck stop with a Whataburger inside something different than the other fast food joints, finally!!! Other than that it’s a Pilot the inside was clean and so were the restrooms the parking lot for the trucks is big enough for about 30-40 trucks. The coffee is fresh and the have fast food and soft drinks too.

I really can't heap any more disappointment on this place than others already have. I stopped here to park for the night but EVERY.SINGLE.SPOT is reserved. I was even going to bite the bullet and buy some of their high priced fuel in the morning, but not after seeing all the reserved signs. I didn't even bother going in, just went to maps and found a small Quick Trip 15mi closer to where I unload in AM.After reading some other reviews, I'm not surprised at the 100% pay-to-park scheme they have going on. It just makes you not want to do business with certain groups of people.

My husband and read the reviews from this Pilot and many of them were extremely negative but we decided to give it try and form are own opinion. And we were pleasantly surprised the store itself has plenty of snacks and drinks and the bathrooms were clean the showers were just as clean. The only negative for me was the Indian man at the counter he could not speak English very well. Parking lot is nice and fuel island is in good condition Thank you Ms. Anglea your customer service is great.

I went there for the first time. be very careful for there are no pricing on the goods here they surprise you at the counter!!!! However I had a good experience at the whataburger inside this location except they hardly clean the seating area which wasn't real dirty but you could tell also the guy that clean the restrooms for the store is very rude he had the nerve to continuously tap and jiggle the restrooms locked door that I just entered so he could get a trash can that was in there where I was and of course I made him wait. The showers are a trip they have to follow you there with a key they have to open the door and they hardly clean them plus they only have 3 showers for customers and you have to request a rag and towel ( i bring my own) the rest of the crew that worked there seem to be ok ppl plus parking for truckers is ok cause other than that there really isnt anything else to tell

It is a nice facility, but it is a franchise store, missing the mark on a few fronts. Shower towels are thread bare. Had just finished shaving and about to step in the shower and staff was knocking on the door with the key in their hand. No privacy lock.

Typical Pilot mentality. Don't appreciate drivers. Even though your company buys hundreds of thousands of gallons of fuel, they still insist on charginf for parking. And, the attendants were rude and could care less. They won't even let you use your Pilot rewards card. However. The Whataburger there, and it's employees were top rate.

All I ask when I’m on the road is a nice bathroom that’s the only thing I need when out on the road for 3 weeks so it gets me very upset when I get a cold shower the 3 times that I been here but no more. I don’t feel safe as woman when men open door with keys to let me in an there no way to secure the door from inside. The 3 cashiers at the counter just laughed when I told them about the cold and dirty shower so they don’t care I will not waste my time complaining but I will let others know not to come to this location.

Avoid showers at all cost. Not only is the shower room like a meat locker, but hot water is nonexistent. They would not refund my shower credit. (Yes, took my shower credit.) The one star is for Whataburger. Pay to park is $15. All spots are pay to park except for 8, and they're not marked. I think they're in the very back corner. Awful place. Will only do a 30 here in the future for WB.

I rarely leave bad reviews but "DO NOT" make this your 1st, or 2nd option. Facilities were nice but out of about 40 spaces to park only 8 are free and the rest are $15... This place is in far from most areas and they know that truckers have to shut down with no other "better" truck stops nearby. Capitalism at it's finest!!! This is not your normal Pilot.

Employees were very unprofessional. Could not speak English very well so they couldn’t understand me and were getting upset. Tried to get a shower and they said they had showers but were magically out of service when I pulled out my pilot rewards card. I think they should teach their employees a bit of customer service.

They have clean showers but a bit pricey. Whataburger inside is awesome 😎 nice staff clean store einsteins is awesome too. Oh and the lounge by the showers is pretty cool too. All in all a good experience and I highly recommend it

Says pilot but basically only pilot fuel. It is 95% paid parking which is now $15 a day. Showers are also $15 . The only upside to this place is that it has a whataburger attached to it that was amazing otherwise I'd day avoid this place. Cigarettes were like $2 more a pack here also like 20 cents shy of $10 for 1 pack of Marlboros. The lot is well lit and nicely paved but avoid unless you absolutely have to park for the night. Did a 34 here and there were never paper towels in the restroom. But restrooms were fairly clean.

Waited until in the morning to take a shower, to make sure I had hot water, but no....shower was extremely cold, no hot water whatsoever, no towels and dirty!!! What is wrong with these people, manager had to have an interrupter just to communicate. Pilot is going downhill fast!! We as drivers, live out on the road, pay them for showers, food and fuel. We pay for their living. What can they not respect us enough to have things working properly.
