Lovely even though it's pretty basic! It was a little chilly for us to use the pool, but we went on a bike ride on the little path in the back.Internet speed was great too! Would stay here again for the Renaissance Faire👏🏻👏🏻

I would have put it down as zero but ofc I couldn’t! They CANT handle any reversal payments correction and I ended up stuck with the double payment. They insisted they paid me back but my bank told them they didn’t and they wouldn’t honor my bank letter. DONT TRUST THEM!!

Terrible park wifi was non existent got told my credit score wasn't good enough to stay in the park a month after being here not an issue wasn't a fan of it the peopek here were nice but no cell signal in the park cameras every where literally they charge for electricity even though they said was included so no deposit back you know the drill my opinion be better off staying somewhere else

Clean facilities and a very friendly couple running the place. My mates and I were simply tenting there and not RVing, but it made no difference as she treated us just the same. Pool was a little chilly, but I’m sure in the summertime it is refreshing. Just a short drive from the beautiful Bastrop, which has just about anything you might need in terms of stores, shopping, food, etc. Would highly recommend.

My wife and I kept our RV here on business for better than 6 months. The folks are very friendly and helpful. They are also pet friendly. I was hospitalized in February. When I returned my propane tanks where empty they come and got my tanks out of the RV filled them up and put them back for me! You don't get service like that very often? I seen a couple of 1-star reviews. They definitely have the wrong RV Park? If you can't get along with these folks you probably can't get along with yourself or anyone else? They should revise their reviews immediately...

Missing the old owners. Customer service, and feeling like our belongings are secure has definitely declined. Propane is convenient.For starters, Not increasing the price without notice!! Pretty sure that's illegal.

This was the best park and storage until it was bought out. Now every single month when we used to pay when we got paid at the end of the month and was never an issue we are harassed and cussed out by the time 1 unit is 2 days late. We explain every single month that we have always paid at the same time for years since we moved in to it now when we are 10 days late we are told they will auction off our things. Pretty sure that's not how that works legally but she tells us she will just empty our storage and get rid of it illegally. We have repeatedly asked for the owners contact info and are ignored. Please do not do business with this place anymore. We will move out as soon as we can but can't just jump and go from living far away with school, kids and the fire dept.

Our camper was stolen from their property. To make us feel better they showed us the liability paper and told us " oh a boat was just stolen this week too...maybe we should get cameras." Come to find out another camper was also taken. Their attitude about the whole thing was horrid. Two days later they sent us an email saying we successfully vacated....

Not crowded. Price Not, gouging, best shower facilities I've ever seen. Game room. And POOL. Location , off road and beautiful. Has laundry facilities, you store it self storage, right next door. And, u haul. Fishing ponds, very well maintained grounds. Place looked really nice. And, they allow older clean models. Nice, down to earth. Best kept secret in Bastrop.Has been sold to corporate. Still better then most, has changed. Probably only 3 star rating now thoughMy laundry was stolen, and was never left unattended, as matter fact by 3 people. Have not gotten over this. Video is taped over regularly so couldn't be found. Snack machines never work now. And laundry and shower facilities are often locked up by cleaning lady. As early as 8. Laundry in or out. Can't be gotten till she returns.Price was also raised.

We stayed here over Spring Break and had a wonderful experience. The owners are extremely friendly and the park is very well maintained. Even though the park is still growing it already has a lot to offer and I can't wait to see the new additions as they come along. I'd give them an extra 5 stars if I could!

Can't say enough about this RV Park or the owners. One of the only places where the rated are great and they don't get raised every few months or when there is an added perk built. Since I have been here, the rent has stayed at $350 plus electricity and Mr. Dale has added an in ground swimming pool, free internet, and paved the parking lot without raising that rate one nickel.Safe place and decent people with clean facilities and pleasant views.Love my park...

Hello I'm the kid of the manager of the rv park I love this place! We may have a playset built for better experiences with the rv park, but I do recommend staying with your Laundry if there's nobody to watch it,plus the pools a perfect departure for swimming any day

Well the owner is friendly and always ready to help you out. They decided to build a fishing pond for the people who live there. I mean this pond is about six acres and stocked with catfish,bass,brem and bluegill. It might be still too early to do any fishing yet but it won't be too long and they will be ready.

Don't recommend at all, my rv was also stolen I'm assuming around the same time as the other RV and boat but the owners acted like they didn't know although they have to drive by it everyday. I also had just called and paid and still wasn't notified. Also the cameras are fake so that's not any help. My rv was my home as I was storing it due to being out of town for work.

We stayed at this RV Park after moving to Bastrop . We spent several months looking for a home and stayed here for over 2 months. The RV Park is very well run, quiet, large parking spaces, very nice shower , laundry and game room facilities. The owners/operators are very nice and take good care of the their customers. A great experience!Recommend highly!

We kept our travel trailer here to store it until we were able to finish out our carport. We never worried about anyone breaking into it. There are a limited number of slots, but we never had any issues.

I've never lived here but I know the owner and he's really friendly.Additionally, this place provides propane refills, whis is the cheapest in the area. I don't even bother exchanging my propane tank anywhere else because this place just refills it right in front of at a really good deal...

hi, i moved into the park on nov. 11 2017, after they just opened. i never frequented a private park before, always went to state parks. i was greeted by very friendly owners and intended to give it a try. after one week i decided to stay until march, when i have to get back to canada. this place is state of the art with super clean private showers and a nice laundry. very reasonable monthly rates. be careful turning in to the park, there is 60 mph traffic. make sure to signal well ahead of time. dale told me they will have a n extra turn off lane in january. so far very recommendable. hi ,i am back again in 2019. this park is still super clean and the owners are still super friendly. will be back next year..for 6 month

My family and I moved into the park 2 weeks ago and so far it has been one of the best places we have stayed. We have been full time rv'ers for 3 years now with 2 teenage girls and 3 dogs. The park was well thought out when planning it and has plenty of room in each rv spot. The laundry room has good sized bathrooms with showers, 4 total, and also a game room with snack/soda machines. The owners, Dale and Glenda, have been more than helpful to us and I have no doubts they will with everyone. It's still a new park but I have no doubts it will be one of the best parks in this area.

Owners are amazing people, very caring and helpful. The park is small, with it being small everyone I have met out here so far are kind and friendly. The facilities they have out here are always clean and proper condition. If I had to recommend an RV park for short term or even long term this park would be at the top of my list.

Dale&Glenda (owners) treated us so well just like family. Areas are always well maintained, restrooms, laundry area and game room are nicely done. Snack machine was a life saver for those late night sugar cravings. Never had a problem with our neighbors, everyone keeps to themselves. Beautiful pool, recently built. Not far from Bastrop, still enjoy the counrty settings and grazing cattle around property. We'll miss this place because Dale&Glenda surely made us feel at home. Thank you for all your help and hospitality.

We stayed here when the park was very new. It was very muddy. We did enjoy the pond and rural feel but I cannot give more than 3 stars as it was just very muddy, sticky clay, not great for our trailer.

This is a beautiful and peaceful place to stay! BIG lots, wonderful owners, and gorgeous views! The facilities are clean and generous, and the layout is easy to navigate, even with large rigs. An easy 10 minutes to Bastrop. We HIGHLY recommend this campground!!!

Great place in the country but close enough to town. Very nice facilities (laundry, showers, game room, and pool) and really good people. It’s our number one place to stay when we come into town

Stayed here over Easter weekend with our 42' 5th wheel. Very clean park. Gravel lots. Very nice owners. No wifi, no cable, but got about 10 tv channels over our HD antenna including one CBS local station. Full hookups, everything's practically new. Park is satellite tv friendly. There are trees but not everywhere.

Nice place in a forest of pines that are geographically split up from and a cpl hundred or so miles away from the more abundant woods of East TX. Hence the name "Lost Pines". You can google them to learn why. But its on the edge of Bastrop TX whichbis a booming small town within an hours drive of Austin. You completely feel at ease and peaceful out in this area though. Its more rural than not.

My wife and I were planning on one week stay but we love the park and the owners are the nicest people. We are now on our second MONTH. Thank you Dale & Glenda for being so awesome.
