Out of everything. My chicken was shredded and wet, which is just a way for the owners to weigh it down to save money. Out of lettuce, which is what your subs are made of. Out of most cheese. Bread was horribly Style. I double-checked to see if there were any major events going on or just any reason why this place ran so poorly, but there was nothing. I feel sorry for the employees who have to make up excuses for just poor ownership or management. I guess it's a small town, so they thrive off the fact that there's not many options. I would have rather just saved my 15bucks just for the sub no sides and not eaten for the day. Your franchise rights should be revoked and shame on Subway Corporation for allowing you to have one

Very good experience. It was quite busy about 12:15. There were at least 10 people in line, plus the drive thru. Both girls working still remained very friendly and quick. The facility was decent, the floors could have been mopped, but it was very busy with only 2 employees working and a lot of people in and out.

I just left.The lady behind the counter was only speaking Spanish, she refused to speak English even though she could speak it very well. I am Mexican and I do speak Spanish but I just left. My opinion is that, being in an American restaurant, I should not be forced to speak a language.They also had no lettuce, turkey, ham, Italian bread, spinach, provolone or most veggies.The bathrooms were dirty.

What an experience - from start to finish. The speed at which our subs were rustled up was breathtaking despite how complicated our orders wear. The extras (cookies, drinks, chips) were a wonderful complement and exceptional value. Now… for the real showstopper… the broccoli and cheddar soup was DIVINE! Like Jesus himself had made it. God bless, merry Christmas to all.

Just left the place , with 4 employees working.The front two girls have a bad attitude when it comes to proving customer service. Rolling eyes kinda attitudeLike seriously can't get a small pizza without a LOOK!!!! If u don't like working there maybe u should look for something else. It's " the " Customers that keep small town places like that in business.

Employees were very nice, & I didn't have any of the issues that a lot of previous reviewers had. All the veggies were very fresh. I ordered a veggie sandwich & asked for extra on most of the veggies & she piled it high! Excellent sandwich. We were just passing through town, but I'd be happy to go here again. Bathrooms were clean & stocked as well.

Good sandwich, but I want to praise an employee. When I got off work on 3/10/22 at 8:30pm,I drove to Subway to get a sandwich before going to my room. After ordering and her preparing my sandwich, I discovered that I had left my card in my backpack, which was in the wind turbine that I had left earlier. This employee gave it to me free. Of course, I came back the next night and paid for it, but she has my gratitude. Didn't get her name, but she knows who she is. I want to say thank you again.

Food was good but didn't seem to be 6 inches, more like 4.5 to 5. If you ask for salt and pepper on your food watch closely because mine was overly salted and I ended up giving it to my dog and buying something else that I could eat. When I asked for a large cup of ice with my food I was told I had to pay for the cup at a cost of $2.67! Really, ice?? Wouldn't recommend to anybody to stop here.

They were just slow and not really very customer service oriented. When I asked for crackers she said she would bring me some, then disappeared, and when she came back I thought she qould bring them to me at the table. But no, I had to go back to the counter again. And these crackers were broken too.Other than that, the salads we purchased were good and the food was fresh.

March 9, 2013, 8pm-ish I entered to get a cup, for water. I waited a good 15 minutes while the ONE girl wearing gloves, posing to be considered "working" held on to the oven handle, so as to make dang sure she wasn't going to be asked/expected to MULTI-TASK... well, she let another employee leave with her boyfriend, allowed another employee to hang out on the phone (personal conversation ending with, "I gotta go, Babe") and when the line hadn't made any progress and a lady at a table had to ask for a fork for the second time, she asked him to run the register... When it was my turn, I asked for a cup for water and she said she would HAVE to charge me $2.39. I of-course emphasized it was just water and said she could fill it up and watch me leave... she said again, $2.39!!! I told her I didn't appreciate the wait and lack of customer service, she shrugged her shoulders. I asked for the manager, she said I couldn't have that information. I asked for their business card... they don't have those... Asked for the phone number in order to later call the manager, she said I didn't have the right to it. :) I walked out with the phone number calling it while I was still within to make sure it was legit... THIS Subway, they "don't need a manager for complaints".I will be writing to corporate. WORST service ever. I have not EVER written a bad review!!

My family and I walked into this place at 8.35 pm on a friday night. The girl standing at the counter didn't look too happy to see us. When I asked if they were still serving she walked to the back and a lady barked at her and said "I told you we should lock the door!!" Loud enough for us to hear, at which point I yelled back "if you don't want to serve us we can leave" at which point we walked out while they were still in he back. Should give it zero stars. Im telling the Hampton to not recommend this place

I walked in and the two employees continued to jabber, not even acknowledging me. They were making sandwiches. Finally one said, without looking up. "are you ready"How rude and unprofessional. I don't remember asking for more ingredients in any other branches.they cut from everything.I didn't see much respect.we couldn't take our dog in, which was fine.but I asked them to let me take a small table out, and bring back after eating, but they didn't allow.we had to eat our food in the car.didn't like their behaviour.

Employees looked very bothered by my requests. I kept having to repeat myself on what I wanted. Just when I thought it was over, I found a bug in the bottom of the cup I was handed. I got a new cup, got my drink, and the lids were very dirty. By far the worst subway experience I've had.

They are no longer inside the gas station. In their own building next door. Very clean, food quality is great, clean bathrooms and very friendly. The seating is OK, probably about 10 tables. We were passing thru and great stop off for food.

Out of all bread, most toppings, mayo, chips. Mgmt standing in back looking around the corner at the line and doing nothing to help the employees. At least give an indication up front that you have very little inventory.

when we came in for lunch the staff was very efficient and friendly and I was happy that they had their veggie patty sandwich. And the staff were all wearing masks as well which is great.

After long trip in West Texas, we could not find a restaurant open (damn covid). We pulled into Subway to get a sandwich. It was very good eating.
