Very fancy. We were out of gas and basically running on fumes, and this gas station saved us. The worker was extremely helpful and nice, too!

Deya and the older Mexican lady are very nice. Love the taco ladies because I listen to their gossip. Besides that, it cost me twice as much than it does back home to fill up my tank. Not all stations are in use. Never refill the receipts. So much money being spent there and they can’t even refill god damn receipts. Got all the guys parked after they fill up because they need to get a receipt. Come on stripes. Place is disgusting at times. Can never buy a fountain drink because it’s always out of order after 3. Step your game up stripes. The busiest gas station here and y’all are to lazy.

Came and ordered 2 tacos. Wanted some tea all 6 flavors were out. I told the lady at the counter about it. She replied. Oh I think he’s cleaning them. No one cleaning nothing. She stood behind the counter reading the newspaper. Hispanic lady with glasses. Then she noticed me looking at her and messing with my phone at the same time. She then started cleaning and stocking cups.I’m sure the owner doesn’t pay her to stand around read the newspaper and eat and drink knowing she’s out of product.

Worst Store Ever! Girls behind the counter seemed to hate life. When we walked in the girl behind the counter was laying on the monitor, just taking a quick nap standing up. Walked over to the hot dogs, which had a little sign that said, "still cooking". Asked the girl behind the counter about how long it would be for the hot dogs to be ready, her response: "I have no idea." Just like that. No effort to find out, nothing. Decided to just get coffee. NO COFFEE!. At this point we just left. No point in asking someone to make Coffee, seeing how they didn't even know how to time hot dogs. At least the gas pump worked.Just skip this stop and go to the next gas station.

Employees are super rude both times I've been in. If you come in, get ready to get snapped by the bitter cashiers, and listen to them gripe to each other about work and their home lives instead of quickly ringing you up and getting you out of there. Rating 2 stars instead of 1 because of empathy. Clearly the employees hate working there, but part of me doesn't blame them as a passerby.

Not exactly sure why people think there are not children who need to be changed at a gas station. No diaper changing table in the restroom, there's room for one in the large bathroom stall but obviously they didn't take the time to install one. Had to change my daughter while SQUATTING over the toilet with my toddler in my lap....absolutely rediculious. Don't suggest using this gas station if you have small children. Also the bathroom was nasty. Thank goodness for baby wipes and hand sanitizer.

In the Taco area, food was too old and dry. I asked for new food, and they said that they would mix it with the old food, which is really bad for the health inspector.

$2 for a cup of ice. Then the energy drink was priced wrong and they still charged me extra. They don’t like white people either.

Poor service. The tall male cashier with curly hair (no name tag) was texting on his phone when I came in and didn't greet me. So I stood waiting needlessly in line (there was one person that the other cashier was helping) and eventually he acknowledged me after he was done on his phone. Or I thought he was done. He still left his phone blaring terrible music in his pocket while he rang me up and absentmindedly handed me my receipt (which he dropped) because he was already back to his phone.

Diesel pumps are ridiculously slow, so slow that it spilled diesel all over my truck before the nozzle cut off!! You can only get $74 at a time, which just over 18 gallons at the current price!

I washed up and was looking for paper towels and asked a couple of times but she ignored me until I went and got the roll of towels myself. There was about 20 big brown rolls and she took it from me and said these are for employees, customers can use the hand dryers. I was like, dry my face with a hand dryer that blows down? Said it may be a while week before the truck comes and brings more. Aren't customers supposed to be 1st priority over employees who probably dont even wash their hands? Chill lady, I only got about 2 feet of paper to dry my face. No toilet paper or paper towels. Guess I have to clean my butt with my hand and water and the hand dryer too? Angry people in this world, evolve already

The diesel pumps are very slow! It took over 15 minutes to put 14 gallons of diesel in my truck. Since the pump goes so slow, it does not shut off by itself when the tank is full. Diesel fuel was running down my truck and I had to release the pump handle manually. I will never stop here for fuel again.

The cashier named Constance (blond) swearing...voicing political views with swearing when guy in front of me talked about Trump. Guy asked her to fill out a survey. He was very polite. Constance swore at him emphasizing her political position. She ranted on to the next person in line. Everyone could hear her. 12 noon on Dec 19

I love finding a Stripes. I moved to DFW many years ago and I miss the Larado Taco Company found in most Stripes. The breakfast tacos are a mb amazing and the enchilada plate or picadillo burrito makes a good lunch. The convenience store also has a great selection. Always a favorite.

Totally agree with last poor comments. The ladies on late crew discriminate and violated health laws by posting hand made signs of public services. They're very difficult. As if they run the store for themselves. Very poor & unacceptable. Needs improvement immediately.

All the gas in Ozona is high, so you don't have to, gas 50 cents a gallon higher than closest towns. No fluid for wind shield cleaners, no ice for cokes, coke machine broke, dirty rest rooms and store

I was passing through this town. Went in the restroom to wash my hands. The cook in there was taking a poo. Came out. Runs water over her hands and then goes to the kitchen to start to cook. This just happened. I go to tell the people at the front and they just look at me like I’m lying. This is a nasty place!!!!!

I've been to this place a few times. The Laredo Taco Company inside the store never has a good selection of food... Also, the restrooms aren't the best.

THEY WILL NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE SO YOU CAN PLACE AN ORDER. YOU HAVE TO GO IN THE STORE IN ORDER FOR THEM TO COOK AND WHEN YOU GET THERE THEY ARE NOT EVEN BUSY.
