Great option for stays in Ozona. It's located conveniently by I-10, which also makes it feasible for those on the road. The staff was kind and professional, and there were some food options not too far away. Access into the hotel/lot can be a bit tricky at first, so keep that in mind if you're unfamiliar with it.Rooms: Rooms are great and spacious.Nearby activities: There's a dog park not too far from the hotel, and some restaurant options within a 5-10 minute drive.Food & drinks: There are some food/drink options in the vicinity. It's a pretty small town so there shouldn't be too much of a wait.Noteworthy details: This is one of the nicest hotels in the area, definitely recommend.

Holiday Inn Boycott stay #2: We have been loyal Holiday Inn customers the last two years, but have had bad experiences the last several stays, so we have decided to be loyal customers somewhere else.We had a great stay and appreciated the hospitality. We will gladly stay here again if we are in the area. They had a good breakfast variety. The only thing I didn’t like was that the oatmeal was too watery and the waffle mix was too runny, but nothing that would keep us from come back. However, I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because the queen bed wasn’t as comfortable as I hoped. In addition, they are pet friendly and we have pet allergies.

I loved the colorful decor.... easy parking... wonderful water pressure and the shower in room 316...... Everything was so clean.....The breakfast had fresh and hot bacon, eggs, waffles to which I added peanut butter and syrup yum.... There were assorted breads and bagels and cream cheese, oatmeal with toppings..... Juices, coffee and teas.....and more...... Nice and bright dining area..... Super sweet staff......Front desk agent Vanessa helped make my stay feel more safe n secure and allowed me to change rooms so I could see my car and U-Haul trailer and she did it all with a smile and sweet disposition as she was in r middle of cleaning the floors when i interrupted her...... The previous hotel I was at in Van Horn another guest reported someone tampering with my U-Haul and they called me so i couldn't sleep good ..but here i slept great as i could peek out the window every now and then without even getting out of bed...i will definitely make this a regular stop on my travels back n forth.....I accidentally deleted the pictures I took but the rooms look exactly as the website shows AND just as bright.Safety: Great parking lot, well lit and can see your vehicles from the room windows.Food & drinks: clean.....The breakfast had fresh and hot bacon, eggs, waffles, peanut butter, syrup, toppings... There were assorted breads and bagels and cream cheese, oatmeal with sliced almonds and other things..... Juices, coffee and teas.....and more...... Nice and bright dining area...

I stayed here driving through Texas. They are priced slightly high for a Hampton Inn but it is justified on the room rate. I was traveling with my dog, and the pet fee is $75. That is high for Hilton. $50 is the going rate. The hotel is super clean. I travel a lot for business and this hotel room was spotless. I wish all hotels were this clean. Staff was friendly and the free breakfast was adequate. I would definitely stay here again.

Overnight stay while driving to Bigbend, it was a super clean room and bedding, which actually matters to me. Been said that the whole complex was clean as well. I believe this was one of the newer building. Overall cozy comfy rooms.Rooms: Rooms are super comfy and modern.

Even if you are a Hilton Honors Diamond member, they will only give you 2 bottles of water for your stay, whether 1 night or 15... and it is 100+ degrees out! You can always drink the tap water, but there is fracking in the area... So, bring your own bottled water! The only Hilton property that I have encountered that does this to Diamond members!

Great little hotel to stay at while on the road. We stayed here 2 nights while on a trip to a local state park. The place is well cared for, clean and modern, staff is friendly. Charging in the parking lot was super convenient. The free breakfast had plenty of variety. Would stay here again.

Hampton Inn's claim: Making you happy makes us happy. So, if we can make your stay better, talk to any member of our team, and we'll make sure you're 100% happy. GUARANTEEDHahahahahahahahahahaha. On the contrary, the manager of this hotel goes out of his way to make you not happy. And the pierced receptionist and the older lady behind the reception desk cheerfully join in (her mother?).So be sure to read all the reviews. Prepare for unfriendliness and rudeness. All other employees in the hotel are great! The rooms were indeed very clean and the lady at breakfast was very friendly. A fine hotel provided you don't need to have contact with the three people mentioned.A tip: if you want to be sure the pool is open: call ahead. The information on the site is unreliable. My complaint was not honored by the management, but it was by the Hilton Group. Ask for your money back if you are not 100% satisfied. The Holiday Inn is 100 meters away. Think twice.

DISABLED PERSONS "NOT WELCOME!!!"! Feb.2022If you are Legally Disabled with a" LEGAL SERVICE DOG" you will be "wrongly" & rudely questioned as to your disability! And treated like you are lying! I came in & asked for a down stairs ADA room and she was hesant , I also Told her that I had my working service dog with me in my car during check in within sight of me at the desk. I was treated extremely rudely. She asked " "What do you have the dog for?" I said I'm disabled! She kept on.. "What is the dog for?" We have to know. She forced me to discuss my Disability! Which is against the AMERICANS WITH DISABILITY ACT LAWS. when I politely said that she really could not question me as to what "my" disability was under the Americans With Disability Act! She got belligerent & Lectured Me stating. " I know All the ADA Laws!!!" She went on to lecture me that house keeping had to be told about my service dog so my bed sheets had to be washed when I checked out! That is absolutely NO concern to me! Im paying for That service & I am standing here telling you to your face about my " legitimate trained " service dog! Do your job and tell house keeping! Don't lecture me about it!! I was clear & upfront about my working service dog when checking in.. She went on about "if" the dog is barking in the room! The dog stays with its owner AS A WORKING SERVICE ANINMAL! Again being accused of not being Disabled with a ligament working dog!By the way there is No Health law in the USA that states hotels must wash sheets, bedspreads or pillow cases between each guests stays!! So I guess because I have a service dog they must wash the bedspread when they normally would not. This Is why you find human hairs in many hotel beds because they do not wash bedspreads or even have to change sheets & pillow cases between guests in general with all hotels. She forced me to tell her the details of my Disability to have a room. I was being Grilled & accused of lying. She then went on to tell me about other guests sneaking dogs in..... NOT MY PROBLEM!!! This will be taken to the national office of Hampton & to my attorney. VETERANS WITH DISABILITIES & LEGAL SERVICE ANINMALS BE PREPARED TO BE HUMILIATED Disgraced , questioned & treated as a liar here!BTW Hilton (Hampton) does NOT allow employees to have face Piercings & this employee had one under her nose. Company policy obviously does not apply to this Location!

Best hotel in Ozona and one of the better Hampton Inns in general. Stayed here for a work trip with 2 other colleagues and had a wonderful experience. The staff was exceptional, especially the front desk gal Dustine who made sure we had everything we needed and even called when I had a package delivered. We will definitely make a point to stay again if we come back for more work.

We arrived at 2am. Young lady at front desk was pleasant and helpful. Rooms very clean, beds fluffy, oh so comfortable. Breakfast selection was varied and fresh. The attendant for breakfast was very helpful as I had multiple breakfasts to bring back to the room. I really enjoyed this hotel, staff friendly and helpful. If we pass through again we will stay here again. Ozona had a unique store to shop in the town center. across the huge grassy park from Davey Crocket Museum. Nice little town.

Should list they have a 80 dollar pet fee on all websites. I have a 15pd ESA dog and I have never paid more than a 25 dollar fee in the past 3 years. I could understand if my dog was large animal but $80 is more than half the price of the room. Other than the ridiculous pet fee, the hotel was conveniently located, clean and nice for a small town in the middle of nowhere.

This is probably one of the best hotels we’ve stayed at. We stay in a hotel 2-3 times a year, so we have some build up of less than best hotels. The rooms were very clean, you could smell the sterilization as soon as you entered. The AC worked great and was quite. The breakfast selection was the best I’be ever seen. Two selections of almost everything if not more. Fresh pressed juice. Great coffee. Two different flavors of waffles and healthy options too. We couldn’t try it all if we wanted to. To top it all off, the staff was incredibly helpful and nice. We always got a smile just walking through, the lady serving breakfast was incredibly sweet and helpful. If we ever make this trip again, we will definitely be stopping here.

This hotel was the cleanest hotel I’ve been at in a long time. It was spotless! The staff was very nice and accommodating. The rooms were cleaned every day, which I’ve missed at previous hotels. I can’t say enough about how great this hotel was. The manager checked on us to make sure we were happy and if we needed anything. If you’re anywhere near this hotel…stop and stay a night, you’ll be impressed.

Clean and comfortable place to stay. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good location for freeway access.Gave a 4/5 due to business center limitations and outdated web browser (IE) preventing me to check email and print necessary documents.... luckly the staff was able to assist with this. Will stay here again if travelling this route in the future.

Staff sucks. Female & male ignored us as we checked out. Gave an attitude when asked where the carts are located. Sorry chef, your breakfast was on point and high class but front desk people needs training since they don't fit the Hampton Inn mission statement. Undercover boss at this spot would open CEO eyes and hope to revamp training. We decided to relocate to Holiday Inn after 1 night to avoid me from.... anyways!!, bed is comfortable and great rooms.
