It was okay. Dairy Queen has lost some food quality over the years. The in store reps were a little between good on service and not. The front of house cashier seemed like she didn't like helping us. They messed up an order and I brought it up super polite. One rep was stunned like he didn't know what to do. The manager took care of it fast, which was great, but then later when I went up to order ice cream, she was real cold like she expected me to have another problem. Not sure where that came from. I asked for nothing, and was super thankful every step of the way. Maybe she's just used to it, or I look intimidating. Who knows. Also DQ has gotten more expensive. Even their meals are at $10. They also didn't have any national promos. All around though, I want to find a way to leave it at least 4 stars because they did take care of our order. Grateful for that.

I'm sorry for the 1 star. I have this motto, if you have nothing good to say , keep it to yourself. The reason I'm commenting now is how cold my burger was but how busy it was for locals before closing. So my words don't effect anyone locally. But if your on the road and would like a Hot tasty burger with melted cheese to satisfy your hunger, it's not here, try down the road.

Good service. Terrible food. Fries were undercooked and luke warm. Burger patties weren’t salted and tasted like they had been sitting in a warmer for an hour. Chicken tasted like mildly flavored rubber. And all for $30.Next time I pass through Ozona I’ll just get gas station hot dogs.

Excellent meal, but the chicken strips were pricey—at least in comparison to other Texas DQ restaurants or even fast food chains. Although there was no plain ranch dressing that day, they DID have jalapeño ranch.The staff provided exceptional customer service and were courteous.

Pictures are worth a thousand words. Rotten bananas were served in my banana split. The employees were more interested in screaming and hollering and laughing in the kitchen area than taking care of customers. This DQ has the potential to be a great one but when you let a bunch of teenagers manage it without adult supervision you can’t expect much.

I’m not sure who in the marketing department came up with this, but only in Ozona can you advertise on your billboard, door, and counter that you can get 3 Texas T-Brand Tacos for $5, BUT on “Taco Tuesday” they RAISE their price to $1.99 a taco. The tacos are decent and cheap, but I thinks crazy to advertise every where 3 for $5 and then raise the price on Tuesdays.. We even reconfirmed the price with the employee and she told us they raise the prices on Tuesdays.

This friendly Dairy Queen has everything you anticipate in a Dairy Queen. Great tacos, burgers, chicken fried steak fingers, and the best basket of fries.Those pulling trailers or in RVs can appreciate multiple pull through parking spaces. It is easy on and off the I-10.They have all of the nostalgic ice cream treats as well as newer ones.There is a beautiful outdoor dining area.

Worst Dairy Queen I ever visited. They messed up my order twice so I gave up. I ordered a number one and they gave me a burger with spicey ranch and fried jalapenos. When I went up to get it fixed I said I wanted lettuce and mayo and they gave me one with lettuce and mayo. Highly dissatisfied.

Waited 30 minutes for four ice creams. The order wasn’t even right. I asked for a Mint Shake and they gave me a Vanilla Shake. My sister asked for a blizzard and didn’t even get the right blizzard. Poor management from staff. Please fix your staff.

The person behind the counter walks up to the register after I've been waiting at least 5 minutes with staff walking around not even noticing. With a completely bewildered look on their face, they say nothing.I ask are you ok, you look a little lost?... No Response!Ok, well I just proceed with my order then and wait the longest wait I've ever waited at a DQ.Someone train these people, a little customer service. Start with the easy stuff like "Hello, Welcome to Dairy Queen"

They rush through the food and dont read what was requested... i asked for NO pickles and by the time i got home to eat my sandwich they had EXTRA pickles and the juice from the pickles made the bread all soggy... im giving this 2 stars cuz they at least got my husbands order correctly...

Was a little busy. But the young lady at the front counter had great memory skills as to who ordered what. She brought our order directly to us at our table. There were at least 10 orders prior to ours. Great job.
