I’ve passed thru here only twice. First time was a year ago, and again yesterday.First thing for me is the burnt pizza!!Not burnt to a crisp, but burnt just enough, showing me the damn thing is perfectly cooked!!I’ve been to many many of these big name truck stops and their pizza is never done! Yuck!!But here in Orla they know what they have to do!! Thank you!!Also they cook everything, plus the kitchen sink!! Meatloaf is fabulous, wings, potatoes, and stuff!! LolThe shelves were packed, the bathrooms were clean for the most part, you can thank some of the customers for that! LolThx Pilot of Orla, Texas!! You have, in my opinion the best food service I’ve seen from Seattle to Miami and Bismarck to Houston! I’ve seen them!Thank you!!!You’re the best!!Keep burnin’ them pizzas!!😎😎

Place is run by idiots, nothing around but oilfield yet they stopped putting out food all night. Start breakfast at 4am, AFTER all the oilfield workers already at work. I only ever go to get food, I guess that's a waste of time now. Can't even depends on the coffee. It's constantly out, cups are gone, worst of all the milk and creamer is constantly out. Somebody needs to be fired. If not selling food all night, could at least put out soups for us to get. This is worst Pilot location I've ever seen, and I've been to hundreds of them.

Never have had a bad experience, I thought about taking one star due to parking but it's one of three stores in approximately 20mi radius, so it's understandable if it's always packed

This was the only store we found for about 30 miles so we had to stop for gas. Everything was pretty expensive compared to other convenience stores. The food was ok for a convenience store. The restrooms were pretty clean, the store was very busy!

Nice place to stop for a drink. The cashier was very friendly. & price was just right for what I got. My complaint was they got an annoying vagrant hanging around outside the building who was opening the door for everyone going inside. I mean shouldn't the owner just run him off for loitering? Why do they tolerate stuff like that?

never has hot water! every other pilot or flying j I been to has never had a problem at all. I been telling them for the past months and they just keep blowing me off. they don't wanna fix the problem so I'd say go waist your money elsewhere

The manager Gabe is top notch and so is the guy that keeps everything clean outside. Every day I see that guy cleaning either the top of the ice machines or gas pumps or other places that get over looked at most truck stops. The cashiers inside are extremely helpful and polite and I’ve never seen anything but great customer service there. I saw a one star review and honestly am shocked, if you’re not happy with this truck stop go to the one in mentone, lmao! We are lucky we even have a place to eat lunch in Orla let alone one this nice. I’m not sure who the manager was before this one but he did a great job also.

If you are expecting a hot shower this is definitely not the pilot that will provide one only person out of 4 showers using one and the water is barely warm. Packed my shower bag and left stop being cheap and put both hot and cold handles since you can't make one work to provide a hot shower

Skoolie suddenly didn't want to start, so this was our stop for the night... An oasis in no man's land.Meals from PJ's were hot n fresh, coffee was free, station felt safe, showers were clean, I have no complaints.

No laundry dry facilities. Comes up on laundry search on google. Now three months later I come in here for a shower the toilet has piss on it and there is trash in every corner of the shower room. Never again will I come back here for anything but fuel and would much rather deal with loves, better showers, more courteous people and better rewards program for fuel. Only reason it got one star is because I cant put ZERO STARS.

This location gets super busy. It's often a struggle getting to an empty fuel pump. This location often runs out of items and there is usually a line at the cashier counter. I understand that Pilot/Flying J tries to do an excellent job, but they could still do better. Another fast food option wouldn't have hurt the location, either.

The customer service is fast and friendly here!! The only negative as a professional driver who uses these truck stops as a home away from home is the filthy showers. The toilets and showers always always have “remnants” from the previous user. I’d figure the covid 19 would of gave them the extra incentive to do a good job but it is what is.

Very expensive and very busy. Small Pilot store with limited offerings. Best station and store for 45 miles in any direction. Service was slow and equipment in poor repair. Fresh made food is offered and pretty nice. Good fuel lanes but never a reciept.

Service could be a whole lot better. Something shady going on with employees. We had over $500 in shipping/packing materials shipped there to do a job at the location. They all came up missing aling with a lot of the small supplies that we were supposed to ship back.

They ran my card three times for fuel. I never bought gasoline. Ive only used diesel. The number does not work to call them.Watch out using your cards to buy there. I called the manager. She said theres no way it could have been ran three separate times on their side. Completely denied it. Left me to figure it out on my.own. cash only!! Be careful people.

Well, it's reasonably clean considering the traffic. The parking could be twice as big. A few cars covered in dust taking truck parking spots, one has been in the same spot since Jan 5th. A few trucks look abandoned too. Not a fan of fast food, but it's a Pilot.

For real, you need 4 times the supply trucks for this location. Step up or we will support uncles when they open. This is just stupid. Been there 3 days in a row and zero salads or fruit...but you can stand in line for 20 minutes to buy a pizza or hot dog. So sad such a waste of time. So pathetic that company this big cannot run their operation better than this.You knew the amount of clientele when you built this storePlease fix it.

A gas station of this magnitude in such a secluded location is well appreciated! Between the dinner/snacks available and the automotive fluids and accessories, this place is a massive convenience for oil field workers in the area. Prices are higher than most other pilots, but that's too be expected when the store is located in such a remote location. Wish this thing was there a few years back when I was running on fumes without a fuel station in sight.

When this place first opened they had high prices but they were decent for the location. They put the Orla General store out of business. And now they have raised the prices on there merchandise a lot. It is a good thing a Uncles store opened across the street. I do not mind people making some money. But they do not need to make it in one day. The prices are ridiculous.

This is not a bad Pilot. It is a very good Pilot truck stop. I see alot of negative review here but people need to realize this is a Pilot in the oil field of Texas. Its all men here who work very very hard everyday. This is all newly remodeled Pilot. Big clean showers. Plenty of hot food items to choose from. Bathrooms are clean. Plenty of parking. Parking lot and fuel islands are clean. I've been to a heck of alot worse Pilots all over the USA. This is one of the better ones.

This place is a dump to local drivers leave they trucks there and sandbox drivers are worst empty trailers taken up parking space and I guess they just don't care I call this area little Mexico and Cuba

This place hasn't been here too long.now ORLA is on the map because of this ONE location.when on your hitch,this place makes it worth it to make a visit.other locations near Angeles & pecos MUCH better because of the food you can get at ALL times,not just at certain times like this place.this place doesn't have the lines that you see with people trying to purchase pot roast,or chicken strips,or chicken wing meals with sides like mashed potatoes, mac n cheese,beans..they run around 8- 9 dollars a plate at OTHER locations & this place mostly has just pizza slices & breakfast plates.which (pizza)at other pilot's is still better for some weird reason.( more toppings)these other locations are 5 stars because I go out of my way for the FOOD! they got the beer thing right.which is even more important for the majority of us us stopping by that work here in the oilfield.this location "should"be packed even more so than those locations at the food counter.if they aren't serving breakfast ,you'll just see an empty "buffet" & 1- 3 pizzas sitting there waiting for purchase.this pilot is still the best convenience store here.

This Pilot is only one of two gas stations in Orla, Tx and the only place around here that has decent food. That being said...Pizza is good, sandwiches are good, and the stores always pretty clean.

They do have the best coffee in town other then Starbucks. Well if you like overpriced coffee. Pilot's coffee to me taste better and is better priced 👍👍
