Went today and the first 3 items I needed they were out. Lots of empty shelf space. I have been shopping at the Twin City store. Employees are friendly and very helpful. It is very clean with nice wide aisles. I spent $318.00 on groceries yesterday. Decided to get some items I needed from Orange store but as I stated they were out.

I enjoy online shopping and pickup from Walmart. It's convenient and I avoid the crowds. Do better on keeping items in stock. I try to make sure that I don't get any substitutions. Shoppers are not good at substitutions. One recent example, I had copper paint on my list which showed in stock. Apparently the shopper couldn't find it and substituted gold for copper.... not even close. Don't substitute unless it's the same. Another peeve, when they are out of a less expensive item, they will substitute a much higher price item. You should charge for the lesser price item if you are going to substitute. If not, don't substitute. I don't like surprises on my bill.

For locked stuff in electronics department, if they have to lock stuff, they should have an employee with a key present all the time, I was there to get ink cartridges, around 7:20 am , I walked around looking for employee to help, finally I see a lady ,coming out of ladies room, I asked for help, the answer was the person with the key is not there yet, will be later, so I had to go to customer service to get help. This store has a few rude, unhelpful, employees.

Only complaints I have about here is that they seem to always be stocking during business hours and blocking through ways and shopping traffic. Also the parking lots needs attention bad! people are always going the incorrect way down lanes (On a Side Note, remarking the parking lot will help but people with drivers licenses should know better! If all the cars are angled away from you, YOU ARE GOING THE WRONG WAY!), One of these days there is going to be a bad accident due to this.

Went grocery shopping great selection. Produce super fresh even sneaked a couple of donuts in my basket lol. Check out was easy did it myself the attendant cashier was there at all times. Positive experience.

We moved here about 3 years ago and live 45 minutes away from this Walmart. We gladly take the drive. The store is always clean and fully stocked we even know some employees by name because they have worked there for so long. Everybody is always happy which is a good sign and the pharmacy is wonderful. I cannot say enough about this Walmart. Highly recommended.

Fair amount of product selection for my needs. Parking lot needs to be redone. It's very hard to push the cart to your vehicle without shaking everything to death. Is this your push to get me to sign up for curbside?

Called automotive to see if I left my wallet when I got a oil change last week and his response was “I don’t see one, idk you’ll have to come look for it yourself” knowing they’d never even let me behind the counter to look. Super unprofessional.

I'm constantly surprised by the inventory thats carried by Walmart. You can literally get anything here. We not only do our grocery shopping here but come here for school supplies, holiday supplies, and most of our health and beauty supplies. With the self checkout lines it's really easy to get in and out without too much trouble

Parking lot needs maintenance, terribly. Buggies are old and run down. The people at the doors asking for my receipt weird me out. The produce here is okay but hardly fresh. Meat here is expensive. The isles in the home section are confusing and difficult to navigate. The ranch chicken wings and the popcorn chicken are great! Nice electronics section. This place needs new management.

I was able to find everything on my list. The entire store smell like the fresh bread they were baking. Everything was well stocked and the employees were very nice and helpful. When we finished shopping and made our way to the checkout, I was shocked to see several live cashiers instead of only having the self checkout option. This was my first visit, but will not be my last.

Walmart is about the only place you can buy regular jeans at now not those scrawny leg things all other places carry so got some new pants a surprise toy for my kids and dinner for the night not bad spent way too much but I guess that was expected

I enjoy shopping here early mornings and late evenings. This location does well with inventory demands. If you can't find it, come back tomorrow! Isles are roomy enough to pass through with their inventory crates in the middle while they restock.Just wished management would notice the cleaning maintenance that needs to be improved on.

Never order Delivery from walmart Online order. I had a delivery driver by the name of thomas!! Lie to me About a item Not in stock when it was clearly on Shelf I called and spoke with the manager and I also called corporate about that driver!! Why would you Lie about your job And say that they Didn't have item in stock. I reported him to Corporate I even payed for express delivery And the driver lied to me and said that the item was not in stock when it was!! Very upset last time ordering from walmart They just lost a good customer!!!

The restrooms in this store are disgusting! I entered the women's restroom as the man with the cleaning cart was exiting. The restroom smelled heavily of chemical sprays. There was still toilet paper on the floor in many places. Toilets in two stalls were full of excrement and soiled tissue. The sinks were wet and stained gray, and they look like they have never been scrubbed. Spraying with chemicals is not cleaning! You have to scrub toilets, sinks, and floors to get them clean and sanitary. I went to customer service and told them, but the lady said they were just cleaned and he's "on a schedule" whatever that means.

Who doesn't like a super Walmart. Every store has their faults but I didn't find one in this one but then again I was only there for 30 minutes. While I was there I found some goodies for my husband and I to share in the bedroom and on my way to the front I ran into the most perfect gift for my daughter who loves MINECRAFT. "A BODY PILLOW"!! She loves it.

I used to love using Walmart for buying because I was sure that if there was a problem with product, I knew I would get satisfaction with returns without problems. I felt they stood behind their products. Now they give you hell on a return even if never used. They are no longer a great place to shop because if wrong size or wrong part, they will make it very difficult on returns. I had this problem Saturday. I had a baseball glove that didn’t fit my grandsons hand, still with tag attached, never used and a lawnmower blade that never opened, as well as a package boys underwater ,wrong size. All bought at different times so I did not have all receipts but know all they had to do is scan them, they refused return. Not worth my time buying there if this how community treated. Most my money was used there. not anymore
