I work for the insurance company and was helping a member with a prescription issue. We call and could hear them pick the phone up before placing us back on hold several times, this lasted about 15 minutes. If you just need some OTC medication go but please avoid sending your prescriptions to this location and use a separate Walgreens or pharmacy.

I'm always in Walgreens especially in the morning time. Stephanie is one of there best workers there! She greets every customer that walks in the door. She is always stocking the shelves and always going beyond for her customers. I walk in the store sometimes and she stocking and working while others just standing around doing nothing. Stephanie keep being the BEST at what u do! Thank u for your help and hard work.

Not really a nightmare by comparison to say the least..yes,there are long waits,lost phone calls, hanging up,blah,blah, blah..a good note is an overwhelming gratitude and care by the vast majority of employees..time in their case is NOT of the essence..I use my insurance's contracted transportation company then they use another 3rd party which since changing their transportation company it has honestly been that nightmare,a term used as a "well call" either to wait or call when the visit is officially complete then set-up is originated..no guarantee the "time" is on tap..Uber,Lyft,some other goofball companies that will certainly leave you stranded.. it's paid for..but,I personally experienced that Uber nightmare in real time and paid out of my own pocket..fixed income well,other future trips to plan I choose to STOP 🛑 now.. Walgreens I will retain their business..that old dog new trick cliché..👉🇨🇱🇺🇸🤠👀🌬️♥️

By far the worst Walgreens in Southeast Texas. I have now been on hold for 24 minutes where they pick up the phone repeatedly and then place it back on hold in a cycle of ringing and holding music. I wouldn't be calling them at all because of previous awful service except for the fact that all other pharmacies are out of the 2 different medications needed due to national shortage. We have 3 people calling pharmacies in the area and during this now 25-minute hold 5 walmarts, 8 walgreens, and 4 off name pharmacies have already answered the phone and assisted us!!!!

Will never transfer another prescription to here again! Used to be good but now the pharmacy can't get anything correct. Slow service, go to pick up prescription thats supposed to be ready, because they don't have enough for the entire order, they don't bother to fill it. So you go to pick it up, nope not ready, do they call you, nope! Never seen a pharmacy managed so bad in my life. They've had these scripts for over two weeks now!

Had a prescription of just eye drops somthing they just had to pluck off the shelf and stick in a bag. They got it round 945 didn't even get a call had to call them a 2 and they said it'll be an hour 5 minutes later I got a txt saying it's ready showing me that it was just sitting there. I go inside and still wait 30 minutes because instead of making people sit down that they haven't completed their prescription yet they let them stand there until its ready. My first time I waited an hour for one man to get out the way because they weren't ready for him yet only for them to call someone behind me that their order was ready.

The sorriest service ever, I will never have a prescription transferred there again!! I have called and and called nobody answers, when you finally do get someone they hang up before you can ask about your prescription! Then you call back and they never answer the phone!

Dropped off at 8:45 at night. Didn't expect it filled until the next day. Well here I am, 18 hours later and I go to pick it up and get told it's not ready. What do you mean it's not ready, our printer was down. It will be ready in 30 minutes.

I have learned to renew my prescriptions as early as possible here. They'll give me a pick up time, something like tomorrow at noon. Days and days pass before the prescriptions are ready. The pick up lines and wait time to pick up prescriptions are always insanely, abnormally long. I understand there is a pandemic and all of the madness associated with it. I also understand if they give me a time and day that my prescriptions will be ready, they should be ready (at least remotely close to that time.) Refill your prescriptions as absolutely early as possible because you will 100% be waiting and waiting for them.

Prescription is never ready on time . You try to call them on the phone and they put you on hold several times and you can hear them laughing in the back ground and put you back on hold . . Poor business attitude towards customers.

This is the worst pharmacy in the whole United States. I call when I'm asked to call and sit on hold for them to hang up everytime. I go in and the staff is dumber than a box of rocks. This place is terrible.

This has got to be the worst pharmacy on the planet. They don’t have anything done when they say, put you meds back so you have to call and get them redone. Then they call and say it’s ready so I left and got there immediately. Walked up at 1:30 on the dot and they wouldn’t give me my meds.. said they closed for lunch at 1:30. Just done with this pharmacy altogether. This is my 3rd trip for this same medicine that I’m now having withdrawals from.

Managers need to check what's going on in the pharmacy. Its disrespectful the waiting time in the drive through and inside. I dont think the pharmacy attendant are doing well their job. They make u wait sometimes without a reason. They are causing the caos intentionally

Online states the hours as open till 10pm. 9:01 and it's closed and dark. We then see the changed hours sign. I would just be frustrated but when I came to pick up prescriptions the last time they were late opening as well. Late per their changed hours sign. I understand there's a whole pandemic going on, but there are some that struggle to even get there the first time for their much needed prescriptions. Do better.-Karen's everywhere.

I was on hold with the pharmacy for 22 minutes. Every other minute or so it would ring, answer and then place me on hold again. If your team is understaffed and overwhelmed you should hire an answering service to better assist them. It’s added stress for staff and a terrible customer service experience for everyone else.

We stayed on hold for 30 minutes and they just hung up on us. They don't have all their medicine stocked and it's impossible to talk to someone without driving up there. Does anyone ever answer the phone? I was on hold for 40 minutes. Either the phone hangs up or someone will come on for a second & say please hold & place me back on hold. There is no time to say no, stop. After all this wait hung up on again.

Pharmacy wait is AWFUL! Constantly have a line wrapped around the building. They allow people to drop off and wait at the window 30+ minutes for their RX to be filled, while the rest of the line continues to get longer and longer!! WHYYYY??? Makes no sense!!

This walgreens pharmacy is NEVER OPEN!!!! The paper on the window is wrong and when you search on Google it's wrong. I have to come back time and time again trying to get my medications. Getting off early to get there on time and they're STILL CLOSED!!!! I'm so livid. I am in pain and because they cannot be responsible and put the correct hours I cannot get what I need.

I will never go to Walgreens again. The manager was of no help and the service was terrible. Iam a 24 year customer of Walgreens but no more. I transferred my account to an independent pharmacy and I would suggest you do the same.

The photo shop is the worst customer service. Every time I order photos online they never can find my pictures. This has happen six times in several months. It is not just me that has problem with them. Yesterday, I went in to pick up my photos and they could not find them. They could not find the pictures of the lady in front of me. I left without my pictures.

Picking up medicine. Not always together with finding my medicines.The store is always clean and employees are friendly. Well, pharmacy girls sometimes
