Most of the staff is nice and considerate, but the forklift oppoator is an absolute Karen. You can tell the other employees don't like dealing with her and her customer service attitude is anything but farm friendly.Other than that the store is pretty clean and well stocked.

Awhile back I ordered a battery for my mower online, long story short, the battery was no good. Not the stores fault.On 12/22/2023 I went to the store to get a replacement, lost receipt, no P.O. or proof of purchase.I spoke with Michelle the store manager and she asked if I tried customer solutions, no I had not.She notified her staff that she would be busy assisting a customer which I thought was excellent communication.Long story short, After several minutes on hold, it took a short time for them to find my purchase and get the information to get my refund and a new battery purchased in store at half the price of the online purchase.Thanks again Michelle for the assist.You run a great store!

Tractor Supply is quickly becoming one of my favorite places to shop. There are always a great variety of unique and clever items to place in your yard and of course there are the plants and trees and different feed needs that one may have for pets or farm animals. We get our chicken feed here

Watch when u get cash back the girl at the front counter will slip u a dollar instead of the 20$ owed to you and do it right in front of the camera in such a way the camera didn't catch it. I have no reason to lieno reason to steal only to advise the next person to count your money

Great customer service all around and special thanks to the young kid who brought us our stuff to the truck. We didn't know where to park because first time ordering online e to pick up and we parked as far away from the actual pick up spot that we could he did t miss a beat and found our vehicle with ease and had a smile the entire interaction. Great experience

I called right before I came to make sure that they had propane available, and when I get there they say they “don’t have propane”. It’s clearly because they don’t wanna go outside and fill it even though I drove all the way and verified before I came. So if you’re looking to refill propane, save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.

What is the statically probability of buying two unrelated items out of the thousands of line items in TSC and be overcharged on both items?One item was clearly marked and the other was marked on the shelf; neither were on sale.I came back to the store and asked for a supervisor about the issue. The supervisor offered to refund the difference, which I accepted....The attitude though, was that I was ONLY concerned about the money. No one was concerned about the bigger issue.It was as if "Ok you caught us, so we will give your money back".Folks beware! Retail is NOT what it use to be.

Good source for a lot of items needed at the house. Carry the non-rawhide treats for my dogs, treats for the cats, at a reasonable price. Also have seasonal items like blankets, boots and toys for the kids. Very knowledgeable staff who are polite, helpful, and friendly.

I will never step foot in this establishment's location again. The guy loading my purchase was awesome, he did everything he could to please me, the customer. He even said he was taught to do whatever it takes to keep the customer happy.The manager came out and ruined it all. I had just spent $250 at the Orange location and needed a $300 item which was only available at the Beaumont location. I walked back inside and stated I wanted a full refund. The cashier was extremely courteous. I have never had a bad experience at any Tractor Supply until today. The Beaumont store has lost my business due to the manager today.

Nice place. Got lots of good stuff and the staff is *usually* helpful and nice.... They don't have the greatest return policy and they are a little bit higher on price than competitors but they are convenient to get to.

I love this place. They have just about anything you need from clothing to parts for your tractor or mower. The also have work shoes and boots. They will help you with anything you need. Friendly, go by and just shop around and see the fine selection they have.

Do NOT buy feed here! In the past 2 weeks I have purchased chicken, dog AND cat food that when I opened the bag had clumps and mold! Moldy food can devastate a flock in a hurry!Update - I was contacted by the store manager offering a replacement. So I'll give it a shot. They 'think' they have found the problem and that it shouldn't happen again

I went to tractor supply orange and purchased 2 est $5000 dollar zero turn mowers.After loading I asked did the come with a spare key? Reply was " no, but we have them for sale for about 10$"I understand if I lost a key and need to buy one, but I just spent $10,000 and asked for a spare key. Answer was no. I learned my lesson.

This store used to be good. You could generally find what you need and there seemed to be some order. But from even before the pandemic it’s just chaos. It appears that there isn’t a manager in this store.

Every employee I came in contact with was friendly and helpful, thank you for opening your business to all the people during the devastation of Harvey...they allowed us to use their facility to hand out donations of much needed food, water,pet and people supplies ! Willie even stayed after closing to help us unload and distribute merchandise!

A great place to buy my chicken feed and dog food they carry Blue dog food for my Doberman Pincher and she my Dog loves it too for she gets to go in without her service vest on and chicken feed is cheaper than local co-op and Dog food is cheaper than Pets Mart..

This place reminds me of the sears store that closed down about a year or so ago. I go in there once and awhile but can't really find anything in there I need your want. They do have propane for a good price.but that's about it for.
