They should have more than one person able to run the customer service desk.The CSR has to take breaks, use the restroom, and tend to think on the floor, leaving the desk unattended and lines start to form, and customers are waiting for minutes upon minutes even while management walks by saying someone will be with them, they'll be right back. That's not quality customer service.Also, in the parking lot, there should be a basket drop in the middle of the handicap park, I have helped several elderly out of their vehicles to a cart or brought them a cart so they could use it to walk inside.

Very great place to buy groceries...we are Kroger plus members. Tonight we saved $57 on our grocery purchase. Original total was $240 abd after discounts fur being a member our revised total was $183.

I wouldn't trust this store- you should check the expiration dates on everything you buy from here based off my experience. We purchased two gallons of the Kroger brand decaf sweet tea ~Aug 5th, 2022. After getting through the first gallon and halfway through the second, I noticed it had a best before date of October 2021, almost an entire year ago. This is unacceptable. How does this happen? Whoever does inventory control in this store should be fired. I got this tea for a party, and not only was this embarrassing for me, but if anyone had gotten sick, you better believe you would have multiple lawsuits against you. I should have taken a picture before I threw it in the trash, but decided to dig it out so everyone can see for themselves and won't suffer from the same negligence that we did.

The pharmacy is extremely slow at all times...i call in prescription 30 hours b4 pick up , i was only car nine still took 27 mins to get 3 prescription and i am regular ( monthly) 63,yr old customer.Just sad.

We went to Krogers the night before Thanksgiving. Instead of having a real cashier with room for groceries. We had to check out through the self checkout. Very disappointed! No room for but 3 bags and kept setting off the put back in bagging area. The guy that was on duty was more interested in talking with his back to the lanes.Note to self - remind myself and husband not to shop at Krogers after dark.FYI I love shopping at Krogers. But, maybe switching grocery stores.

Very disappointing. I trust Kroger and Publix chains to have clean stores. The grime around the deli section of this store was very surprising. My trust level in Kroger dropped a lot today.

A wonderful thing happened while I was shopping at Kroger I was treated in such a considerably gracious way when I shopped on my scooter and one of the attendants who was getting off of work took my groceries home didn't charge me didn't even blink to put my groceries on the porch this is what I call exceedingly blessed customer service when someone does something even if they're not getting paid I want to thank Kroger for hiring such wonderful people such as this and I have made Kroger my shopping store for life

I called the store asking if they sold a specific product. As soon as I asked, the man on the phone, rudely said it is not his job to see if they have a product or not in stock and that as a customer I have to come in to the store and see. He could have just said he didn't have time or it wasn't in his job description to do this and it would have been no big deal. He hung up before I had a chance to say anything.

Wish we did have a super kroger that looks like the pictures.. lol wow this sore always has steal chips!!!!!!! The boxes of chips are out dated heading back to store because if it!! Very upsetting I paid for fresh food didn't get it....

I love Kroger for their choices in organics and the great deals on meats. They carry stuff that walmart does not.They mark up and use the Kroger card to give you discounts. I usually spend a pretty penny here, but I really don't like Walmart, so it's worth it.I do have an issue with getting stuff out of date. I'm not one to go back to the store once I'm done, so I usually take the loss, but it's getting old they need to clear out the old more often.

Good store when the staff shows up. Pharmacy is constantly understaffed. Alocate plenty of time if you are trying to pick up a prescription. It may or may not be ready.

Service with a frown.Amazing how the baby boomer manager with the handlebar mustache can't say anything without an attitude.The only people with common courtesy and respect tonight were the gentlemen installing the new floor.Unprovoked anger and bitterness is never a good look. Especially for someone 2 or 3 times my age. Grow up.

Very disappointed at the bakery! . I ordered a tres leches cake from them and for sure I asked the lady in the bakery do they know how to make it she said yes. Well I picked up the cake for Thanksgiving for my family. Well we were looking for a real tres leches cake made with three milks. We got a cake with a lot of cream which was not at all a tres leches cake. So mad I'm taking it back after Thanksgiving.

Gas over $4 bucks a gallon, so a few of us carpooled, no buggies upon entering store so we grabbed two from the parking lot and was just going to separate at check out..... well when we got into thecheck out line the bagger said there is a limit on said item, we explained we were from separate households and when we came into the store there were no buggies so we shared, even offered to show identification to prove we just rode to the store together and manager Rocky refused to honor sales ad! Walked out left two buggies of groceries at the checkout line. Went just down the street to HEB , much better prices and selection... and the manager gave us no drama about our "limits", we were within the limit at both stores! Kroger lost a 400 dollar sell (just my part) to HEB today, because of arrogance, I ain't the one. We will not be grocery shopping there for a while.

Can’t believe the customer service I saw today everyone was doing last minute shopping because of the issued evacuations there was 3 employees standing at the self checkout 2 being managers and told the 11 people waiting in line the machines weren’t taking cash and they won’t be opening a register for anyone. They were incredibly rude to the customers trying to pay cash and I quote said “if you don’t have a card you need to leave and don’t be mad at us because Walmart isn’t taking cash at the machines either.” I had a card but won’t be doing any further business here and hope that anyone who cares about there fellow townsmen will take there business elsewhere as well the management has lost every sense of the idea of customer service.

Deceptive false advertising w sign placement in meat depth for advertised $2.97 lb groundbeef.the big sign there is actually for the hamburger meat in a roll not the store processed packages of meat where the sign was in the middle of.when I noticed it on my receipt after checkout. The service desk refunded my $25.99 I had spent on it.when I asked why they don't move the sign to the correct place she said they have had multiple complaints but that's the way corporate wants it and for me to go online and complain.after googling a actual ph no.. I called and got some one overseas who I couldn't understand hardly and she took my complaint and in the end gave me $10.00 store credit.i never complain but this just hit a nerve w me.very deceptive and poor customer service although the ladies at the store was very nice about it.
