This is a very clean location. Everyone was very nice. I know they are supposed to be but not everyone is. We did a reserve parking and they are located right aligned with the building. We arrived at 6:30 pm and there were still plenty of parking spots available.

I am absolutely Blown Away by the stupidity of the younger generation. I'm 58 years old, 45% bald, the hair of my beard and what's left on my head is as white as snow, I have age wrinkles and did not have my dentures in and they had to scan my driver's license to make sure I was old enough to buy a beer. They say it's company policy and I believe this is true, because idiots hire idiots.

Stopped at this place on my interstate travel . able to sleep in my car in the parking lot however, it is right adjacent to the highway and you’ll always hear out of traffic sounds.

As of 5/2/2021: The freestanding Gas/Diesel RV pumps/islands are open. I called ahead to make sure and was assured the pumps had re-opened. They look to be undergoing some construction in both parking lots, a majority of regular and Diesel pumps are fenced off for construction.We love the convenience of the RV islands and once construction is done, I’m sure it’ll be awesome.

Based on the Pilot / Flying J app, we chose this location to overnight. When we arrived the “10 RV spaces” were not evident. On checking with the cashiers, they said to park anywhere not reserved on the truck area. While doable the concept of parking AWAY from the trucks running all night is what we wanted. It appears the “RV” area either doesn’t exist or was where there was construction equipment. Wish the app had stated the same. We are traveling in a 32’ Class C motor home flat towing a car.

Yet another Pilot/ Flying J without a roller grill. If you ask "Management", they'll tell you they've pulled the roller grills because the roller grills were proving "not profitable" for their particular location. I don't believe them.Instead, I believe the truth is that those items WEREN'T PROFITABLE ENOUGH for the margins they're trying to capture.It's an intentional squeeze on the truck drivers to push them so any food purchases they make are towards more expensive items that carry higher profit margins.You'll also notice at Pilot/ Flying J's, they no longer sell the "single serve" packs of salted peanuts or Grandma's Cookies. They just don't sell them anymore. Why not?Now, if I want salted peanuts, I've got to spend $3.50+ for their cheapest pack.Pizza? 2 slices for $5 is now 2 slices for $7.Driver, has your pay increased by 50% since they hiked their prices?Nope.

Shower was clean, but lacked hot water, the washers were dirty, the card reader didn't work, the dryers worked pretty gd, and that parking lot is way over due for a paving job.

When you buy two packs of Marlboro reds, it costs $7.77 each. When you buy a carton after scanning rewards card, it's over $91 which means you pay over $9.00 per pack. Why charge more per pack when you buy a carton?? Makes no logical sense. Might as well only buy two at a time. Very stupid pricing for cigs

A great big driver lounge and more than 12 showers and also washers and dryers. Only downside of the time I spent there was that there was no bench or seat other than the toilet seat or counter in the shower. So that always makes it interesting to get dressed. Great location right off of I-10, and also the Dennys is open 24/7!

Do not stop there!!! Racism at its best!! Stacey denied service to 2 Latin drivers who were waiting for a shower. After one of them asked about his shower number not being called she refused to give him his shower number and threatened them with calling the police for trespassing (this after they both paid for their showers)Drivers avoid this store and save yourselves the horrible treatment and threats!!!

Okay paid for reserved parking and got a spot so close to the entrance another semi hit us where we were parked the damage is horrible we told the about that they should eliminate that parking spot and only got rude comments about how its our fault our parked semi got hit and they hold no responsibility

In my opinion Flying J has the best wings! Even over major Wings restaurants. People probably don’t thinks of them for wings, cause it’s a Travel Center, but! I’m sure those that has tried their Wings would agree! And today, I was disappointed….this location had them fresh and you have to get the mashed potatoes to compliment the wings!

Call to ask a question. Middle of me asking I get hung up on by some punk working the counter. I was asking if they had any food out because the last two places I stopped had nothing out. "Ya we got pizza" then proceeded to hang up. Absolutely rude. Midnight shift.I'll continue up the road and find something else.I did try to call back but the person wouldn't answer the call. Poor poor customer service. Deal with rude driving behavior all day just to think you'd get some respect at a dang truck stop. Blows my mind.

My driver forgot a fuel receipt, Hamilton the GM was very quick and professional to help me get it. Great to know there are nice and helpful people out there like him!! That's why we tend to stick to Flying J for our fleet!!!!

Although the loudest place I've ever stayed at,it was safe and clean. RV spots are right in front and feel safe. Denny's was much better than the reviews I read. Donna was our waitress. She was great!

Seems to be a little beat up cosmetically but at least while I was here the main area and showers were cleanNot sure based on other reviews if that’s the norm thoughI’ve seen better and definitely worse and I’m not sure other than poor management as I’ve posted many times what the deal isThese showers are not free. Sure you get one after buying fuel or buying one for $12?Which would really piss me off if I actually took cash for a dirty showerAgain. These were pretty clean the two times I used them
