Went to store at 859 they sat outside smoking till 905 then when they went in I thought they was open the door was still locked will never go back there

Stopped by tonight. Cashier double scanned items. I confronted them after I paid and was able to see my receipt. Management refused to correct the mistake and told me I was "going to have to just go back and grab some more items to make up for the extra money". I did not want extra items. They essentially stole my money and refused to refund me. They also kept my receipt after we confronted them.

This is one of the messiest stores in the area & it’s always dirty. Worth driving to Bridge City to a clean neat store with nice workers. All Orange does is blame their customers children for their own lack of work

Had the typical dollar store items. In a convenient location. Only one checker long lines at the holidays. I found what I needed but couldn’t find a working buggy in the store.

UPDATEalthough things have been a mixture of being on the floor and now being restocked .... Workers seem over stressed and worked ... I waited in line today for 10 mins!!! And only one lady seemed to be in... The store reflects hard worked ppl with low pay... I don't enjoy the visits so much but here n there I visit just to see what they have ... I suppose everything comes to an end ....Usually packed with merch on the floor...workers are always friendly. Sometimes if I can't find something a worker looks in a box n I can get it ... I enjoy the dollar tree

Went to this dollar tree , before entering a pile of TRASH greeted you outside of the door..Went in the store trashy trashy just nasty nasty..A disgrace how this store looked on the inside..I put my basket up and proceeded to another Dollar Tree..Which is in Bridge City..We should be able to shop local without stores looking like this

This store is always a mess. They have boxes everywhere. One of the employees left a box cutter on the floor. What if a child would of got a hold of it.

Normally very nice and happy cashiers.but the evening before Thanksgiving i was blessed to be checked out by a rude young lady around 5:15pm. I can't remember the name on her name tag started with a J.Hopefully she will figure out that when you work with the public it is okay to be just a little more polite.

I went in to the location last Friday and that way the first time I actually like bring in the store..Greeting was very friendly with the smile in their voices. When we got to the register both of the ladies were very friendly. Interacts with their customers and had a smile on their face and asking the kids about school....They actually wrote their names down for me but I lost the receipt...I know one girl name starts with a K lol I'm sorry it took so long hopefully they see this

This store is horrible! HORRIBLE!!! They only had one cashier checking out over 10-12 people. Poor thing, she was nice but she couldn't do it alone. The other employees were on their phone and I almost tripped over several boxes in the aisle.

The manager on duty is really rude. Her name was jamisha. Her exact words to customers was to get their essentials and get out. Im a store manager and she needs to be fired instead of being rude to customer's, she should probably stock something if it wasn't for the customers you would not get a paycheck. Greeting goes a long way.....js

This store is absolutely, horribly, dirty and very disorganized. Shelves are empty, boxes scattered down each isle, unable to go down an isle, very much a fire hazzard. I went two years ago to the same store it was like this, went back today, no changes. Lost my business.

I go here a lot, they could be a little more organized. And it seem like once a year the air goes out; it's super hot in there and hard to shopping. (Its fix right Now) but over all its okay.

Long lines. Cashier wanted to put heavy items all in 1 bag. I said I would appreciate splitting items up and I was told they had a shortage of bags...can't take buggies out side. I am handicapped and have a difficult time walking , much less lifting. Ridiculous!!

Absolutely the WORST DollarTree Store I have EVER been in! Metchandise stacked in boxes all over the store..could barely get down the isles..THIS NEEDS A STORE MANAGER..OR DISTRICT MGR NEEDS TO PAY THIS PLACE A VISIT..My rating is a ZERO!!

Everything's a dollar, as advertised. They change their inventory for holidays and have some pretty decent rotating stock. I like to buy simple art supplies, cookies, and kitchen gear from here. The aisles are wide, but this location always seems to be unboxing something in at least two of its aisles; if you are wheelchair bound, prepare for obstacles.

I am making a Madigra wreath. Its a little early for Madigra supplies but I thought The Dollar Tree would at least have the Deco mesh I needed they did not. We do live in a small town so I'm not really surprised. I really like Dollar Tree stores but in a small town you depend on the internet.

Nice and helpful employees. Most of the store was clean and in orderly. Putting out Christmas stuff so a little congested in that area. Totally acceptable at this time of year.

I shop here often and it's usually in a state of disarray. Boxes all over, no product on the shelves, messy displays. Lines are usually pretty long and slow moving.

been to lots of dollar tree stores and the one in Orange, TX is one of dirtiest and chaotic store I ever seen. the manager and employees should be ashamed.

Employee was in parking lot on phone cursing loudly a customer told manager about it and employee went back into store running her mouth loud enough the customer could hear her and they got into an argument in the store ... Store itself is in the worst shape I have ever seen it in ... I was picking up merchandise and putting it back on shelf to prevent stepping on it all through the store ....

This place was a hot mess, on top of that I slipped and fell in the store from wet slimimy floors. But everything 1.25$ now. Bummer 😕
