This pharmacy is horrible. The pharmacist thinks she’s smarter than my doctor. She refused to fill a prescription my doctor sent in. When I confronted her about it, she said she’s trying to “keep me safe.” Like my doctor is going to prescribe something that’s not safe for me! I’m done with the constant “brow beating” from these holier-than-thou “gods”. They’re worse than dealing with insurance companies.

Went to drop off my daughter's prescription yesterday, and the lady there rolled her eyes at me. Just for dropping off a prescription. Could not believe it, what a lack of education, and sympathy. you're working in a place where people like me come to drop off a prescription after spending all day at a hospital with my sick child. Have some sympathy and respect for people.

One particular pharmacist here is Napoleon Bonaparte reincarnate. The techs are good at their jobs, most pharmacists are friendly & professional - this one short, male pharmacist will put prescriptions on hold, and then lie about their reasons for doing so, despite customers being able to access the CVS system via the app, and clearly see that he's lying. Avoid this particular pharmacist at all costs.

Had to change my father in law business from this location to bridgecity. Staff had been so rude to him. And many others i heard about. Today I dropped off my wife's prescription before taking my pet to the vet. They said it could be after 2 their luch is from 1too 2. I got done at the vet early and decided to drop by incase they had it done since it was on my way home. When I asked the lady said we don't even have it entered I. The system you wasn't supposed to get it til after 2 anyway. Very rude. I just said sorry just checking incase otw home have a blessed day and left. They are always uptight and rude. Must be from being understaffed but no excuse for treating. Customers that way.

I've been patient with this pharmacy but after today I will be changing places. Numerous times I have called in a prescription and when I go pick it up its either not ready or its not even the prescription I call in. Or they don't tell you things like you have to have a doctors override until 3 days later. Changes are made every week to my prescription but today there's suddenly a problem. The worst place!

Very poor customer service. I have requested notifications when prescriptions are ready 4 different times but they still do not do it. I had a prescription sent by the doctor last week. I go there again today and they do not have anything for me. I check with the doctor and they confirm it was sent in last week. I call cvs this time and give them my name, doctor's name, and name of medication. Oh! Yes! We have that. We'll have to get it ready. Can you come in about 2 hours? Very poor service.

I've never seen a business go downhill as fast as this location has. Almost overnight, their staff completely changed, medications are frequently out of stock, and there are constantly boxes stacked around the floor. We are in the process of moving our prescriptions to a different store.

CVS has disappointed me more than once. I have been using this pharmacy for a long time and I almost always have to wait several days for prescriptions because "we are out of stock". This is the most inefficient business I have ever encountered.

Lol call this a pharmacy good one with what they fill you can get at a convenient store afraid to fill anything CVS pharmacist think they are doctors and don't care for your health should be sued in court for refusals to senior citizen and those with disabilities

Always a great experience here. The staff has always been helpful and knowledgeable when it comes to medication. It is unfortunate that they stopped accepting tricare insurance. Overall it's a great place.

Don't bother trying to speak to a pharmacist to switch a prescription over by phone, they'll leave you on hold for 10 minutes before you give up and hang up.
