The food was ok, tacos were thrown together kinda sloppy and my sons top bun for his burger was extra toasty...but edible. Service was good initially until an angry old lady rudely interrupted the young man (clearly high-school aged), taking our order to tell us about free ice cream. It's fine and all, but then the young man at the window seemed very defeated and sour. He was not rude or anything with us, but we could tell he was angry. Her interruption was not necessary, and even if it was, it could have been handled better. It could have been a teaching moment. We have an opportunity with the younger generation to help mold them into awesome humans. Hopefully, this interaction doesn't have a lasting negative impression on the young man. He was doing fine before she got involved. I took the opportunity to turn it into a teachable moment for my son, who was with me and witnessed it all.

Place is disgusting and very rude to you and make you wait forever for your food and once you get ur food it so gross can’t even eat it like the food just been sitting there all day never going back here ever again don’t recommend this place to anyone ever

So this Dairy Queen used to be the best I've ever ate at. It started going down hill a couple of years ago. About a month ago I ordered the A-1 burger meal with NO A-1 because I do not like it. I left, got back to my place and the dogs had a nice burger with A-1. I never complained to them and just went hungry. Today is the first time I tried them again and not only was my bun burnt to a crisp but they did not give me fries with the order. I had to ask for them. N I t sure what has happened with this particular Dairy Queen but I do not plan on eating there again until I see better reviews!!!

Location is fine and kitchen seems clean when certain people are working. I went tonight though and it took 30 minutes to get food and it looked like a nasty mess in the kitchen. A few of the employees in the kitchen looked like true mouth breathers.

I have been to this location 3 times since moving to the area. On two different occasions it took them 25 and 23 minutes to fill my order for a hunger buster combo, it was not busy either time. Last night when I walked in I was the only customer in the store and every table available for seating was dirty. I went to the counter to ask them to clean a table and was ignored for 5 minutes until I said something at which time a young man went out and cleaned a table for me. The odd thing is, that all the tables were dirty yet he cleaned only one table when cleaning all of the tables may have taken him 3 or 4 minutes. In today’s environment you would think that they would be more diligent in maintaining the cleanliness in the store. It is clear that this store is poorly managed.

Waited 25 minutes in drive thru for a crispy chicken salad, when I finally got to the window, I had to wait longer because my salad wasn’t finished. I have no understanding of why everything takes so long at this location. With the owner on the city council I have to wonder about conflicting interests because the city will not let anyone else open fast food in town. I am sure they would loose their business if there was any competition here. Simply because the employees are either unwilling to do their job at anything other than a snails pace or they just don’t care.

Everything was nasty. Burgers looked like they fell from someone's Azz. Ice cream was lumpy and workers looked hella dirty.. like woke up and went straight to work wearing last nights Everything.. also overcharged

Very slow service! I think someone was in training. One car in front and we waited for 15 min just to see them get a couple blizzards. When we got our blizzards, they were over flowing and partially melted. They could did not turn them upside down like they are supposed to, because they would have fallen out. Ice cream was flowing over the sides and they didn't even give us any napkins. Sucks, because they are the closest DQ to us.

Every single time I’ve gone to this DQ, I’ve had to wait in line forever and I’m talking about the drive through. There will be just a few cars ahead of me and an open speaker to just pull right up too. They tell me to hold for a min and I’m fine with that. The issue is, I hold for about 15 minutes. Finally, I decide to pull up So that I can just order at the window. As soon as I pull up, the person behind me pulled up to the speaker and already places their order. So it’s obvious that I get forgotten a lot. I’ve never had quick service. Today I went through the line and got there at 6:40 PM. It took me an hour to go through the line, get my food and get home. When I only live about 10 minutes from Orange Grove.

I actually like our local DQ. They have the best crispy tacos and ingredients are always fresh. Their burgers have even gotten better..

The girls that work there @re hard workers always pleasant and courteous. You can expect to have a wait line there especially the drive thru. It is the only fast food restaurant in Orange Grove, TX . Go figure!!!

I've been waiting for 25 minutes for my food. Fun thing is, there are 6 employees back there moving as slow as molasses. Just no sense of urgency... Also, trash all over the floor, but they are wiping the tables down!

Very very slow service just for ice cream. Came theu tree he drive theu for 3 blizzards and I have been waiting for 10 minutes. They took my card and still have not given it back to me and I dont have my order. Very upset they kept my credit card for more than 10 minutes I dont think I got takes that long to run a credit card.

I came to Orange Grove, Tx to my daughter's celebration of life services to be held on Saturday. I stopped @ DWIGHT for a burger I had my mouth set for. I ordered my burger w/ mayo, cheese, onions, and jalapenos. I got to my motel room and was going to eat my burger and it was all wrong. It had the cheese, onions, and jalapenos....but it had mustard, lettuce, tomato, and pickles. (Which I don't like because it gives me indigestion)...now I don't know if it's the person taking or making the orders, but they need to pay attention the customers order. The window person was nice though.

Way too expensive for the food you get. The staff though are pretty cool. I think that this place needs a facelift. But, hey , who else makes peanut buster parfait's and Blizzards?

We have been here several times and The food, drinks and ice cream have always been great tasting and fresh. This happens to be the only fast food place in the area so There is usually a line and a bit of a wait but so far it’s been worth it.
