Need to fix thier self checkout. What's the point in digital coupons if you can't use them on self checkout. So stand in line with a bunch of people if you want to checkout with a coupon. No thanks.

I visited d&g market Saturday to purchase the advertised 3 15 pack pepsi and when I checked out they charged $13.00 plus tax. I showed circular showing $12.00/ 3 15 pack for $12.00 and he said they can’t change it it’s set by vendor. I asked for manager to override and change price and a girl came over and said same thing and tried calling someone on phone but after 5 minutes couldn’t reach anyone with authority. We left the store without sodas and now no that there is no one on premises that knows how to override cash register and sell the product at the sale advertised price in their weekly circular.if it’s advertised at a price you have to sell it for that price, that’s law.Management needs to look into this and train their people how to handle this situation. I was totally frustrated how all people there handled things.I’m surprised that this new store in Onalaska , Tx is still open!!!I’ve been in the store 5 times since it opened and 4 out of 5 times there have been problems with pricing when trying to check out.

It was great, very close to my house. They aren't fully stocked yet but the staff was professional and courteous. They have fresh fruits and veggies. They didn't have the cat food that I needed which is friskies lil soups in shrimp and tuna flavors but I have hopes for the future. Overall it was a great experience and I would recommend it to everyone in the area

Staff is friendly and helpful so I'd just like to note that first. However the store itself is always cluttered. Stock left on the carts in the middle of the aisles which makes shopping experience a little difficult. I'm not usually one to give a bad review, and if it wasn't like this every single time I went there, I wouldn't have given this review. I depend on the dollar stores when I don't want to go to town for a purchase so I just hope they get this part under control.

I shop often at this store. There are some good values in stock . Some merchandise could be of better quality. Great place for grapping those couple things you might forget about. Layout of most of thier locations are set up for easy to finds. The only negative aspect is they always seem understaffed and much of the time there is stock in the isles waiting to be put on the shelves.

I'm familiar with the store so just a typical quick in n out stop today. Kinda crowded due to end of Christmas holiday stuff everywhere but we'll expected, just several carts all had wheel problems and I would like smaller carts for easier access around store....

We visited 9/20 purchased videos and other items. Arrived home to find the video of one missing. My husband and I returned on 9/21. no one was at register I looked down isle and Manager Virginia acknowledge me but did not assist or speak with me.. I then looked for someone to help but as I saw here again asked if she worked there. She said she would get someone but by the there was a line. The young man she called to help had to get her to help with the return. Although he was very nice I think she could have been more pleasant to the team member and she should improve her customer service skills. Will shop at a different store.p0

I go in this store quite a bit and it's always cluttered and stuff left in isles this time I went in and when I left got home realized I didn't get all my purchase so tried to call and was hung up on 4 times this is not acceptable practice for a business rest assured I will no longer use dg mart I will from now on take my business to family dollar

The go to place when I don't feel like driving to Livingston or Brookshire Brothers. The employees are always nice and I usually find everything I need...and don't need. Best prices in town. I like Dollar General better than Family Dollar. For a dollar store it's more organized than Family Dollar, which isn't saying much because it looks like a merchandise bomb went off inside the place. But it's about location, location, location. Close to where I live so it's convenient.

Great location and very helpful staff. Although it's mainly occupied by locals (it appears) the staff reaches out to the visitors to supply needs. Very "down-home" feel. And super convenient.

Its a dump. Trash all over the parking lot and overgrown grass. Store shelves a wreck. This place is just an eyesore, as with most of the businesses around it. Try cleaning up, help make the town nice again.

The employees are awesome it it the upper management that is cruel to the employees. They had electrical problems for 1 week. Upper management made the employees work with flashlights and no ac to in 100° plus weather. Indoors. That guy should be let go and dropped in the desert to see how it feels.

Very clean and organized store usually they are fully stocked and have a very wide variety of products... Associates are helpful and friendly and they have a very big parking lot could use a little work on fixing the potholes in the driveway to the store

Went to Dollar General to the RedBox machine to rent out some movies to watch that tonight they always have good movies new ones and everything it just come out that you didn't go see at the theater so you get to watch those movies you want to watch.Sincerely James Morton

I was at this store a short while ago, an was literally run down by one of the employees with a load of stock! This blonde saw me in the Isle and continued to push her load toward me without a word! If I was the manager, she would be looking for another job!

I like Dollar General. They are a smaller store with a little bit of everything like the old five and dimes. It has from food, shoes, clothing, drinks, movies, books and a little of everything else that you could possibly need without going to a gigantic store that constantly moves things around.

Store dirty and boxes everywhere. Been shopping there ever since they opened and store has gone down. Today I purchased items listed in flyer on sale but was told the sale price required a coupon you could sign up for on internet. I signed up but the two items were not listed. I am very frustrated. Will shop elsewhere.

My experience was a dirty store & a horrible smell of sour milk that probably had not been taken care of in days. Ppl in front of me also complaining to the store staff. His reply, " I have been here so long I guess I don't smell it anymore". District director really needs to pay a visit & get this store cleaned up.

They need to mop and clean there floors and hire more employees to work and stock there store they never have it stocked. And since the covid they don't sanatis there buggies or anything else. it needs to be cleaned ..

Really. When are going to stock the store. It would be nice to be able to purchase the items you wanted. But it is becoming the same thing wherever you go. The instock is horrible. Waste of time going.
