Slowest and worse place ever! I sat here over an hour waiting on my food! All I ordered was a burger and fries! I watched as many other people came in and ordered way more then I did. They all received their food way before me! There was a bag though sitting on their counter the whole time! It was my food! My food was, for over an hour sitting there, I had to get out and go in and get my foodmyself. I never would have gotten my food had I not gone in there AFTER AN HOUR of waiting! By the time I got my food it was cold as heck! Get it together!

I must say I live in Plainview Texas and Olton is my hometown. I've had lots of burgers since then but when I went back to dairy Queen this last past week it was terrific the meat tasted so juicy and good and it was unbelievable that a place like that could serve such a good burger but it was great thank you for being a good service good food and just all in all good atmosphere.

Typical dairy queen, nothing to write home about. The staff was pleasant, the place was clean, but the drink machine didn't have many choices though. The burger that I ordered was good but I didn't like the hamburger bun that they use, although that is just a personal preference. Overall it wasn't a bad experience and I would go again.

We went after my grandson's baseball game on a saturday night around 8pm. Dining room was pretty full when we arrived. There was only two people working. They told us that it would be 25-30 minutes even before knowing our order. We ordered 4 PC steak fingers meal and a bacon cheeseburger. It was close to 45 mins to get food. The bun was not toasted and cold. Cheese was cold and patty was barely warm. The soda machine did not work in dining room. No issues with steak fingers meal. Based on this visit, I would have to give 2 stars.

I wasn't the biggest fan of this location but it seems to have really improved...I only gave 4 stars because they still can't actually put extra cheesecake pieces in my blizzard when I ask for it and I pay for it. Other than that good job!

Dined in after they opened from being closed due to COVID. Very clean, good service the ladies taking orders were great. Steak fingers were hot and not greasy. Glad they are open for sit down.

This is a good place to eat. Love the occasional mini blizzard too. The drive thru lane is very narrow, so if you're in a oversized vehicle, you may want to stop somewhere else.

Unbeliveable.. pulled I to the drive and seeing that the was several cars parked around we did expect some wait for our food. It was after two in the afternoon.. so some of the early shift was getting off of the floor.. we were asked to pull around and park bc of other customers still needing orders to be taken.. so as usual I did.. we waited and waited and waited.. close to 45 min.. thankfully in the shade.. I walked In to inquire about our food.. another ten more min before I was handed the bag with I'm very sorry about your wait.. so I walked to my car and looked at the items that was ordered.. really .. it's not even close to being correct.. which is a normal occurance each time i go.. a bacon cheese burger light mustard no tomatoe. No cheese no bacon and mayo to boot.. I politely walked I. And told them is wasn't correct . The lady across the counter did fix the burger without any hesitation. Just due to being overwhelmed can make simple mistakes..

Staff not friendly at all! Our jalitos were burned so we asked for fries and never got them. When I told one of the girls she looked lost and told me she had ordered them asked me if I still wanted them, we were done eating. They refunded us .90 what a joke!

BEWARE OF THIS ORDERING SITE...Ordered on Oct 27, paid, told to pick up at 6:50...drive to store and it was closed. I understand it was bad weather, but the website should not take my order and $ when store closes. A refund is due with not method to request one!
