During times as these ...i understand things won't be up to par nor will they be suitable to always meet our preferences... So, instead of always focusing on what's not best I try to point out the good things that have improved. As well as people's attitudes and willingness to give the best service they can. Eventually organization, and clear pathways to shop are expected... As long as safety regulations are always prioritized. Im thankful for any and every one who press on and try to do their best.

The clerk working today was very nice. I didn't see another cleark in the store. Most of the aisles had pallets of goods needing to be put on the shelves. This has been a problem at this Dollar Store for as long as I have lived here. It's a corporate store from what I've been told. Corporate keeps this store way under staffed, and it's in need of a complete remodel. If operated right this store could easily double if not triple it's revenue.

Service is good. I don't like dollar General corporate. I worked for this dollar General personally and the corporate office made things almost impossible. But the crew handles it the best they can and with a smile on their face so that's a plus.

This store is a total disaster.The employees spend more time on cell phones and up front than stock items.the store is a shambles in stocking ,meaning it isn't stocked and filthy.The employees not all treat customers as an unprofessional manner. When asked if they have an item or location they just point or say I don't know and stay behind register even if no one is there to be waited on. An female employee told me to push items on conveyor by addressing me as BUD in a sarcastic manner. Sum it up this store needs to be closed and turned into a horror house for Halloween.

If I knew I could submit pictures of a public disaster, I would have already. Not the cashier's responsibility unless, no customers. Then cashier should stock. BUT, Not at the same time!In all the DG stores I have shopped at, Olney location needs SERIOUS help. It's not just from a season change, need a staff member who does nothing but positive customer service and stalk them empty, messy shelves. I still go there...

It's just always so unorganized... and seems as if no one spends time zoning the place. Some days it's good others it is not... but I always take into consideration it requires team effort among fellow associate's. Most of the time I find what I need though.

There were 10 people in front of me in line with one checker yesterday. They would not get another employee to run another register. It was the same today long line and only one Checker with the other employee stocking

Omg .... we actually went in there and at check out the cashier actually profiled me and my spouse while actually getting up the nerve to question why she was paying for the merchandise while I stood behind her as if she was making it seem I was forcing the payment of our groceries. It was completely embarrassing but at the end of the day 110% humiliating which left us not wanting to go back there for quite sometime. However though that one lady gave us a bad experience I don't nor will I put all the blame or responsibility on the franchise or the other employers of Dollar General. I believe proper action was taken from the manager.

While it can be a fast shopping experience, it never feels well organized. Needs better aisle presentations and labeling to find the items faster.

someone cleaned this store. it looks great. i understand it was the staff and manager who did itgreat job give them all a raise before this it was a pigpen.

This dollar general has some cool stuff that I cant find in other stores, like white fudge covered oreos, but some of the employees seemed somewhat clueless on where things were and one of the old employees ( I dont know if she still works there ) but she didnt know how to use the discount stuff and kept adding things twice on the order so I'd always have to double check the receipt

This Dollar General has empty shelves and stuff in the aisles so you can't walk through with a cart. If you are a handicapped person in a wheelchair, forget it. You cant even get in the store with all the stuff in the way.

This store could be so much better if they would clean-Clean-clean it up and keep the shelves stocked and put stuff in the right place and do something with the rude disrespectful manager this little town does not have much and its to bad we have to put up with that i usually shop in a nother town

This Dollar General In Graford TX is the cleanest, most organized and fulfilling DG store to shop at. The staff actually works and are a Proud member of the Dollar General group.
