Stopped here with coworkers for a quick lunch on the way back into Dallas. Service was great, food was out in a timely manner, and it was delicious! Now I’ll have to try a Dairy Queen in Dallas and hope it’s just as good!I order the Chicken Tender salad, one Taco, and side of fries. All cooked to order and was fresh. Had enough salad to take on the road! Would highly recommend stopping here for lunch or dinner.

Every time I go through the drive thru for it to take 30 mins for me to actually get my food.....there is usually a short skinny big haired lady claiming to be manager along with 3 to 5 workers doing absolutely nothing and u have to drive around after making ur order and sit and wait then just to get ur order u have to go in so what's the point of a drive thru.....the so called manager is rude and needs to act her age not her shoe size and she's teaching these young people complete disrespect instead of customer service

It's ok. Their ice cream is the best. Very nice employees. But I thought a chicken taco salad was a regular taco salad, meat n all, with chicken added on it. It's not. Chicken is the ONLY meat on it. It's more like a chicken salad in a taco shell. Also, for the amount Im paying for one, I think it should come w alot more meat. Just saying. 😁

The manager is betraying the staff Have been here a hour and she has not said anything good just raised voice and degrading both employees with rude ugly remarks. Both employees continue to be very polite, friendly and smiling. With the managers attitude there will be opens here soon. Or DQ will be closing againVery sad!!

Friendly ladies! But the food took forever!!!!!!! 3 workers! There you'd think they would've been faster! Bun was cold on our burgers! And we ordered steak finger basket and got chicken!!!!! Don't stop if your in a hurry! On a Sunday! An hour wait just dining in! With 4 other customers inside and a few orders waiting in the drive thru! Smh!!!!

This has become one of our favorite family pit stops on the way into or out of the Dallas Ft. Worth area!The staff is always nice and we've never had any issues with our orders. There are usually at least a few people eating there when we stop and we always get a dose of small town friendliness even though we are just driving through.

Horrible service, wish I could take stars away, ordered a 6 peice steak finger and a chicken salad. Waited 30 minutes for my steak fingers to go to a other customer who had ordered after me. And had to wait another 10 minutes to actually get my food so I can leave. Got home and everything but steak fingers was cold and nasty, I won't be eating there again.

We went through the drive thru to get lunch. After out food was handed to us and the lady walked off, I checked the bag. We decided we needed some hot sauce so we waited there, thinking she would come back. She did not return. We drove around to the front and I walked in to get hot sauce. A bald gentleman (manager?) Asked if he could help me. I told him that we waited at the window, but people were too busy talking to come back to the window. He told me to wait outside, and that I might now be infected, just walking in the door, and he wanted me to know that. So if this place is that likely to be infected, why are they serving people food and handing out hot sauce? Very unprofessional.

I work for a high school, and we brought 27 girls in to this location at around 9pm.They were completely on top of our order, and had us in and out in less than 20 minutes.Great place to eat.

No one showed up at the drive through speaker so went to the window where a hassled looking employee took our order which consisted of three kids meals. Had to pull around and wait and then had to wait again because only got 2 out of the 3 the first time around. Seemed understaffed and stressful for everyone involved.

It took over 30 minutes to get food for a group of 5 people and there were no orders in front of us. When the food was finally brought to the table, the whole order was wrong and when we told the cashier that it was wrong, she just said sorry and walked away. While we ate our food, we watched as other people got their orders delivered wrong or not delivered at all.This place is understaffed, undertrained, and undermanaged. Save your time and money and go elsewhere.

Horrible service. Will make it a point to never stop here again. We went inside to break up our trip. Took 5 minutes to be helped at the counter. When I started giving the employee my order she said "oh wait" and walked away. When she came back she delivered someone else their order, went back into the back and then took our order. I ordered a cookie dough blizzard. I got something with no cookie dough and peanut butter smeared around the edge of the cup. We ordered a cherry limeade and it was delivered to the table dripping and covered in cherry syrup. Horrible experience from start to finish.

Blue Raspberry Slush was all juice. It way too sour even with the ice melted it was to strong and sour. Lady who took my order was too busy laughing and talking with Co worker not paying attention to what she was doing. This was one of my worst experience I ever experienced when it comes to food service.

I called in an order, after a 15 minute additional wait, only 2/3's of my order was ready. After talking to the attendant that was NO help, waited 10 minutes for the "manager" to come out of the office, I explained to her that the 2/3's of the food I have will not be edible by the time they complete my order, she didn't offer to remake the entire order. I had no other option but to requested a refund.Sadly, I do not recommend eating at the Dairy Queen in Olney.Hopefully, Corporate will remodel this location, hire a competent manager and staff!May God Bless America, and you. #FreeRaven23 #BuildTheWaLL

As we were traveling through and decided we wanted some DQ Ice Cream, we decided to get burgers to go. The burger with all the dressings was a bit messy, but they were both very tasty. The IceCream was very good and the chocolate milk shake was very good as well.
