Best Bolt Bin Around. Great big variety of nuts and bolts. I needed a special size to fit brake calipers on my truck. I looked at 2 other large hardware stores and they didn’t have any. After a few minutes of searching through Ace Hardware I had my bolt and was out the door hassle free.

Employees were very helpful and knowledgeable about their products. I went in to purchase specialty bolts for furniture and the associate that helped me, took me straight to the aisle where they were located. The cashier who cashed me out added me to the rewards program, for extra savings.

Not going back !!!I went there looking for a butane canister and two employees couldn’t help me but one said they may be by register, I get to cashier and ask if she knows where the small butane cans are and she looks around and says they are out. So I pay for my merchandise as I’m leaving I look back and see 3 different brands of butane within reach of cashier. I grab one and by know I gotta get in line to pay (again) for the item that 3 different employees could not help me find even when it’s les than 5 feet from them. They just seem to say the easy thing like we’re out, we don’t carry them anymore and one gave me an isle number where there wasn’t anything related to what I asked. I won’t visit this store again.

Prices ring up higher that posted. When you use their coupons, they don’t always apply them to your transactions as promised. Watch your receipts.. dishonest people and companies are on every corner!

If Lowe's or Home Depot are too big or impersonal for your liking, you might prefer Ace. I've usually been able to find what I need and the price difference isn't too prohibitive. This particular store has a mini Hallmark location and pet food/supplies. They also have a bit of a country store vibe with old time snacks and toys near the check out line.

We went in 10 minutes before closing and everyone was very helpful and welcoming. They tested the weedeater for us before purchasing it witout us asking for it. Our visit was very pleasant.

Kind folks at the register and several employees that were helpful, if inefficient. Perhaps they were new. The store didn't have what I needed, so I selected a substitute and was on my way to check out, when I was stopped by a middle-aged, tall, pale male employee who asked me if someone had helped me get the item. I said yes. He asked if it had been measured, I said yes, it wasn't long enough, but - he interrupted me to ask length and then, as I was answering, he took it from my hands. He took it from my hands and walked away. Imagine my surprise at this abrupt removal of an item from my grasp following this sudden interruption of my progress to the checkout counter. The abruptness might have been excusable with someone of lesser mental capacity or experience, but based off our brief interaction, he comported himself as a store authority. His behavior does not reflect well on this establishment and I am advising all of my coworkers and acquaintances to avoid this ACE Hardware and patronize the other helpful hardware stores in the Odessa-Midland region whenever possible.

it was great, a young lady help me as much as she could, then she call a young man and they took the time to help me. they went beyond the call of duties. I was welling to buy all the cans of paint but the man said let's take a look at the paint in the sun light. and he was right!!!now I have 2 favorite Ace Hardware Stores the on West County street and now Westlake!!!!!

I am so happy that we went to give this location a shot! I was waited and helped almost immediately! And they actually stopped what they were doing to come and ask if I needed help! Unlike other stores in the area where you are lucky if you get help, all the while have to search for it as well! All around pleasant experience so far! I didnt even have to ask about warranty or how to set it up, it was done for me instore by the associate! I was also informed that they will work on product if need be! Will return and highly recommend!

I like going to this store. You can usually find just about anything you are looking for. Even if it is something you need for an older house repair or replacement. They also have a great selection of Stihl products.

Moved here 18 months ago and this place has become my go-to. Just picked up all necessary to repair and maintain lawn irrigation system and caught a great deal on a 7 piece patio set. Grateful!

This store has recently been remodeled on the inside. I liked the old set up better but I understand change happens. This still works out pretty well. The cleanliness and friendly staff will keep me coming back.

Great selection of tools/hardware. They really do have the market cornered on unique hardware. Employees have always been very helpful and friendly. The parking lot and store are kept up. This is my go to for small hardware.

They always make it right! I bought a battery powered weedeater and after I got it home, the battery was missing (stolen). They were out of stock (sale item) and gave me a battery that fit. Thank you Ace!
