After paying for 2 deliveries which never came. Then going to curbside to find out that my order was 1.5 hrs behind. 3rd time is the charm for me. WALMART sucks and isn’t worth your time or money with that type of service.

Terrible “customer service”. Went in to buy some ear buds before work. Walmart shows I could buy them online for $200 and pick up in store. I first went in to see if they would price match their own website. I was taken to customer service. A very rude elderly lady informed me, with the most despicable 7am attitude, they do not. I asked if I could buy it online and show them proof of purchase and get the product and you would have thought I asked her if I could steal the things. She called over another associate and asked her to explain it to me. The young lady was very polite and sympathetic and advised I could order it online and if it’s the one item they should be able to get it to me pretty quickly. So I did just that. As soon as I got out to my car I received a notification that the elderly rude woman had canceled my online order. Which confuses me. At no point was I rude or do anything close to yelling. It would seem this vengeful old woman just wanted someone to have as miserable a morning as she was having, and I was her victim.

In-store shopping is stressful. Products are difficult to locate and the mapping app doesn't seem to work here. When you finally find the right aisle, the products are not in stock even though the app says otherwise. Curbside pickup is anxiety inducing. Reservations are more like ball-park estimations. I'm a regular Walmart shopper - it's my go-to store in any city or town I visit. I've even frequented locations where the parking lot was the default "alternate housing" situation. I would be less stressed or anxiety-ridden choosing those locations over this one. Ironically, my previous visit (sometime within the last two years) to the Automotive Center only, was delightful. Always optimistic, I am grateful that I do not have to use this location on a regular basis since I do not reside here, and also that the location on Loop 338 is marvelous!

I ordered tires on their website. I called them to confirm and at first they said the tires were not there. Told them that I tracked them through Fedex website which stated the tires were delivered a day earlier. Once I told them this they went to check again and by some miracle the tires appeared. Went to pick them up so I could get them installed plus oil change and air filter replaced. They did the oil change then I received a message to go by automotive center. Went by and they stated that it was a standard message. No worries. I asked if they had replaced the air filter. The woman at the counter went to check and she came back and said they did. But almost immediately I received a message that they were barely installing the air filter. If I hadn't gone to check I'm sure it wouldn't have been replaced. Then it took about 2 hours to get my car back in the garage so they could start replacing my tires. They claimed that they couldn't remove the lug nuts and refused to install the tires. I lost out on the road side coverage because of this. I took them to an outside shop and they installed my tires in under 30 minutes. By the way. They lost a customer's keys and they had zero empathy for him. They claimed he never gave them the keys but when you arrive and ask for a service they have to put a tag on your keys and give you a receipt for pick up later. The manager claimed that they viewed video and that the man never turned in the keys. Zero empathy for the customer. Worst walmart ever.

BEWARE! If ordering anything from Walmart . Com. Especially their Black Friday deals. Items come from a third-party seller. Used, broken or items missing. They want you to return the items and give you a credit of $25 for your inconvenience. I ordered a Bissell carpet cleaner and the inside was full of water! So basically, you will be paying shipping and the full price of the item you want to order. Rip off. Check Your Orders!

They said curbside pickup is faster they said. Curbside pickup is more convenient they said.They just didn't say it will take them more than one hour to bring out your order. The same order you placed 8hrs ago to avoid taking time. If I would've known guess what I would've gotten down myself and get the items myself.

The five stars is for GLORIA R. I’m giving is for Gloria R. drove around looking for my car are I searched for 30 minutes or so. She has no idea how grateful I am that she found it because I was starting to get really tired and my knee was starting to hurt and I’m glad she came through for me!!! And out of everybody that works at this lady is the only one that has made an effort for me just me as a Walmart customer she made a very good effort and Walmart I appreciate her more than anything. God bless her and I hope somebody can repay the kindness back to her.

Just moved to Odessa 1 month ago and so far has been my go to Walmart. Has been clean and have not had an issue with any employee ( so far) . Although, they should remove the shelves in the middle of the hall ( grocery side). They get too crowded you cant even pass and a line starts forming just for one person trying to get something.

I think the self check-out should be limited with 10 items or less because a lot of peeps will be taking forever with their basket full when a lot of people waiting in line only have 5 items in their hands to try to get out quickly. Don't be scared to set ground rules. it would probably help with theft as well if there's a item limit. I avoid Walmart if I can because of it.

On ¹1/13/23 I waited 3 hours past pickup time for my order at the Walmart on 42nd St in Odessa Tx. Had I known it would be so long I would have gone home to wait. However I was repeatedly told it would be soon or that my order was next. As a result I have switched to HEB for my shopping from now on and will Never use Walmart pickup service again.

Had the worst experience at Walmart in Odessa, Texas. Needed to buy some men's body spray. Normally, this item is on the shelf. It cost $7. Now they have it locked up with the cologn. That would be fine but there are no workers on the floor. After requesting help 3 times from the front store workers, 30 minutes later, 2 front team leaders, Antonio and Julie, went to open the cabinet. They were both rude and then required I pay for the $7 spray or allow them to take it to the service desk for me. This is a $7 body spray. I walked to the front and asked to speak to the store manager Larry Leyva. They told me he was in a meeting and I would have to wait 15 minutes for him. I waited 30 minutes and requested to speak to him 3 times. He was I a room behind the service desk. Each time I was told to keep waiting. Then 2 employees from the front ,again Antonio and Rosa walked by me and laughed. The manager never came to talk to me.

The BAKERY is amazing. I got a jurassic park cake with whipped cream man it was sooooo good! I ordered a unicorn cake and unicorn cupcakes for my daughter's and their class and teachers. Can't wait I'm sure it'll be amazing. The people at self checkout are always great and super helpful. Overall great.

This is by far the worst store in Odessa. The employees at this store are lazy. I tried calling several times and no one answers. So I gave up trying to get in touch with someone. Also they do not have the electric carts. They are all broken. This is truly sad for someone that needs one.

People working in deli but stood there for 10 minutes and still nobody stopped to help me. Then had a Machine error at self checkout. Made a joke with the employee and he acted like I fell off of a log and made it super awkward. And then as I walk out the door the greeter says nothing and I tell her thank you and have a good night and again an awkward silence. I’m not one to write bad reviews about places often. Very rarely actually but customer service at this store has gone to hell. Will definitely be going to midland from here on out.

the management during the days are cruel and unfair to their employees. demoralizing them and simply treating it as a unsafe work place. I worked during the nights but fid the short and ugly experience I have with day managers i can say that they do not understand the concept of empathy.

I avoid ordering cakes here and unless it a real need to, making an online order. Shopping in store isn't bad. They have a good selection of items at a decent price. Produce quality can be mixed. I use the self checkouts and don't usually have any issues.

I had a great experience with the ladies that work in the bakery specifically Ms. Yosandra and Ms. Judy. I walked into the bakery at about 6:30 pm and requested 2 cupcake cakes for the following day at 3pm. They could have easily turned me away since the requirement was 48 hours but they didn't. Ms. Christina called me the following day to confirm the order and had the cakes ready an hour early!! And they came out GREAT!I'm very grateful to these ladies. Because of them I was able to take the cakes to my daughters school to celebrate her birthday. Thank You!

How does anyone expect to have privacy? Walls are using the restroom when they won’t fix a latch that I asked him that needed repaired over a week ago.!!!! my legs are too short to hold the door closed so this needs to be fixed ASAP!!!!!

Use to love it, now, just like it because its convenient. The store has changed many things around. There was a bird nesting while shoping for things that Walmart has sold out of. Empty shelves almost on every isle. Looking for foil pans, well, look else where because Wally World is out...😥
