Awesome service by Rocky and Frank who went over and above to help these FT RVers with the exact hub and studs needed for our 5th wheel, which mysteriously came off along I-20 with the whole tire and wheel assembly! Thanks guys, you were an answer to prayer and got us back on the road in a few hours! Highly recommend!

Was traveling back to North Carolina from Arizona pulling a car. My trailer jack was broke and needed a new one so I could stop for an oil change. They fixed me up with a new one and went out and gave me some tips on my straps I was using. Great service from great people!

Took my truck to have a gooseneck hitch and trailer plug in installed. Dropped it off at 8am right away when they opened, was quoted 2-3 hours for labor to install. Called 4 hours later and was told they were going to charge me for 5 hours because they had to put two techs working on it. Was told it took them a total of 7 hours to install this simple job, 4 hours for one tech and 3 hours for another. When I brought the issue to them the owner reduced the price to a competitors price, which is why I’m giving 2 stars. I appreciated that. However, when I went to plug my trailer in, the lights didn’t work. I had to take it back and then the sales person didn’t believe me that the lights weren’t working. Basically saying it was my trailer. But I knew it wasn’t, I asked them to hook it to a trailer and they did and Saw the lights weren’t working on one of their trailers either. They then reluctantly fixed a wiring issue underneath the truck. When I got it back to my trailer it wasn’t working again. I called again to tell them it still wasn’t fixed and the sales person Everest said “well I can’t keep having you come here and not paying”. I told him I’d take it somewhere else to get it fixed because they didn’t install it correctly in the first place. He didn’t care. They were great to begin with but not good about solving customer issues.

I went in for a truck bed, the people there are very helpful and professional. I feel like I received a great value for the dollars spent. This is a good outfit to deal with and I will definitely do more business with them.

Broke down in Fort Stockton, Texas. Needed to repack bearings. Only place I could find within 60 miles that had the seals for our axles was Trailer King. Thomas was professional and very helpful. He followed up with me to make sure I had the right seals, and to tell me how to reach him if I needed more parts. A++ for service.

I’m from Phoenix Az, passing thru Odessa, broke my Axle on my trailer, Trailer King just closed, we caught them walking to their trucks, The owner Rocky, opened the gates , his crew pulled my load off my broken trailer, put it on his NEW 2020 trailer, told me to get safely back to Phoenix, and bring him back his trailer, and he fixed mine, ONLY charged me for parts!!!! I’m buying my next trailers from him! WHO DOES THAT?? The TRAILER KING!! No better people,, anywhere!!
