This is my favorite store in Odessa. They Are all so very nice and helpful. Everyone one is so kind there and I always leave with a smile. If I cannot find what I need they don’t hesitate to check the back and call other stores to find it for me. I catch myself swinging by even when I don’t need anything just lift my spirits. This team is a amazing Vincent, George, David, and Bailey just to name a few are Awesome humans. Thanks guys

I buy a lot of animal feed and end up spending over half from Tractor Supply. They have a good variety and a great supply of fencing and feeding equipment.

By far worst experience I’ve ever had at this location. I go in weekly for horse items and dog items. Also have spent many weekends at 4H events at this location as well. I had a item that I needed exchanged and because they couldn’t find the receipt they refused to help. After going back and forth with a manager and other team members I finally find a receipt. He tells me to go stand in line and they might can help me up front. I’m astonished that a manager who should know how customer service works can just let a customer leave with a bad taste and not wanting to come back in or use them period. I rather spend a few extra bucks at the other location feeds stores than ever spend another dime at this location. I always came here because of the friendly service but that will change. I know I’m only one person but one person should make a difference on how you treat others. People really need to learn customer service but I guess they don’t care when it’s not there money.

Very sweet employees! My three year old son gets excited every time we shop here! One of the male employees even remembered my son and my husband from this summer! I need to catch his name next time I see him so that I can tell the manager how impressed I am! They also have great toys, wonderful candles, and good prices for dog food:)

The people that work here are very friendly and personable, It's a good experience every time ,even my Chihuahua loves the place, When we pull up to the store she🐕 has the same response as a little kid showing up to the park🙂

Placed an order for same day pick up call about 6 hours after asking if it would ne ready soon got put on hold for about 15 mins to be told they don't have an order, confirmed the store address again they don't have an order. So I call the 1800 # where you cancel the agent said they have had my order for hours and systems aren't down as the manager claimed, several times this has happened with pick up orders as they don't wanna go get them

Went to go buy a kennel and they told me they couldn't sell it to me because the guys in the back were backed up. I even told them I can load it if that's the problem but still wouldn't sell it to me .

Great supporters of youth,4H FFA and young employees. Also great variety on line. Good variety and you will always run into friends and neighbors. The clothing line of work wear named after founder is excellent value for price. Its very durable and true fit to size.

Always a pleasure to shop here!I've bought 3 Black leather belts. (I thought they were leather) The last two literally broke in half. OMG 😯. So I will advise, not to purchase any black belts. Cheap price on belts, but one didn't last a week. 😟But other than that, Great Place Anyway.

Only 1 employee could answer my question or show me where the item was I wanted to buy was. The girls that work up there do not care about their job. Or customer service. It is extremely evident. But as far as finding what you need that store will probably have it. Good selection of merchandise. Just bad customer service

They just need to have more then one person running the register. The lady called nurmous times to get help an the boss was to busy with husband an kid in the back of store to come help out an got mad when finally had to come up to front. Other then that store was great

So I love tractor supply the store. I always spend way to much money when I come in here because they have a lot of rooster decorations! Now the staff is a different story. I think they have molasses running through them. They are soooo slow which anything and only one cashier working no matter how many people are in line. This should generally be a quick stop but due to the check out time becomes lengthy.

Good place to purchase your basic hardware needs without going to the big stores. I was somewhat taken aback however when i asked a store employee where i could find caulking products and a caulking gun. He responded that he had no idea of what i was talking about, and even after me describing what it was, he still didnt know.

Couldn't find any help locating rolled oats for our horses. Looked around the entire store & all we saw was one guy outside loading items & 2 cashiers. Left without purchasing anything. Very disappointed because I love TSC.

Everything was great in this store Carrie's a little of everything specializes in ranch an farm supplies carries pet food from cats an dogs to equine animals. Only concern was the long wait to check out very clean store.

What can I say about TS that whoever has shopped here doesn't already know? This is an awesome store with amazing products and prices that beat the big chains, love that you can bring your pets into the store as well, love this store and it's wide variety of products!
