The employees here are really great. I haven't run across one yet that doesn't offer to help or immediately drop what they are doing to help when asked. That is another point: the employees are always busy doing. So glad we have this store and these people at it. They make my life a lot easier.

This is by far the best Tractor Supply I have ever been too! I've never had a Manager call other stores for their inventory and then have another Store Manager bring their inventory and stop at another Store and grab their inventory and bring the items that I needed to Jesse's Store by 6pm.Jesse and his Staff are FIRST CLASS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The staff is not knowledgeable and I always see them on their phones or goofing off. If I had a nickel for every time their answer was “I don’t know” to any question I would just buy the place, fire everyone, and hired people who knew more other than their own first name.

By far, this is the best TSC that I have dealt with in several years. While they didn't have exactly what I needed, the staff was knowledge and helpful in finding a work-around solution from what was in stock.

Great selection on stuff needed. I have being getting DEF by the buckets here, some hardware for home decor and little things here and there. Good quality, some things are a bargain but other things like mechanic tools get really pricey, overall it’s GOOD. Will definitely keep getting DEF from here and fluids like OIL. Staff is friendly too.

This time just did a curbside pickup. I had gone to the Midland store and they did not have the brand of dog food I needed. They were temporarily out. So I got on the app and saw that the Odessa store had it. I went ahead and I ordered it online to make sure it was an inventory before I drove all the way to odessa. Got there open the app checked in and in less than 2 minutes somebody came out to my car and put it in the trunk for me. On top of it service.

I was in the store yesterday and it was horrible. I normally have pretty good experiences with this store but yesterday was a different story. Not a single employee acknowledged me. Not one offered assistance. As a matter of fact, I had to ask 2 employees to excuse me so that O could walk past then as they were blocking the aisle talking. Neither said a single word to me as I passed. There was a ladder blocking part of the walkway and debris and stuck in the floor. In another part of the store,I wanted to look at some heaters, but one isle was completely blocked off and inaccessible as there was stock just crammed down the whole isle (it was more like an storage isle than a walkway). I walked around the store a bit longer and still not a single employee acknowledged me. I finally got 2 items and headed for the checkout. There was no one at any of the lanes, then I noticed 2 employees talking and one seen me and went to the register. She never asked my phone number, never asked of I was a Rewards Member, never asked about credit offers, never asked about anything. I asked the clerk of I had any points available as she was ringing my items up? Her response was, No... still haven't asked me for my number or anything at that point. Finally asked for a phone number as she had to redo the transaction for some reason. I have been a customer for quite a while and this was one of worse shopping experiences in your store....

I was in need of a very difficult to find item and the cashier was extremely helpful. She was very friendly and professional. She really enjoys her job. This store has everything you could possibly need and reasonably priced. Very accessible from Hwy 191.

Great Tractor Supply! We buy our chicken feed and many parts for our business here. Folks are nice and helpful. The only downside is that it can be busy at odd times with not enough customer service on floor. But you WILL get helped, just need a little patience.

The territory’s manager has to do something about the so call manager, she is young and no professional experience at all! The propane department is very sorry About not having enough ppl to fill the bottles for customers. Always come up with childish excuses! Do something about this problem please!!

Fore some reason un beknons to me there is but only one person qualified at this location to fill propain and they leave at 5pm when everyone who owns an RV and depends on propain to heat water and cook food can't obtain the needed propain to do so.

I love the selection of things they have they are the only place I have found that sells a spider spray that actually kills black widows. I give three stars because of the staff. They have to be the slowest moving people I have ever met. It’s like they give them no incentive to be an efficient and friendly worker. I ran in here the other day and 2 people were in line in front of me and I waited 15 min to check out. This is ridiculous in my book. The customers In Front of me didn’t have a lot so I am not sure why I had to wait this long. This happens every time we go so we don’t go often. They either need to train better and focus on quickness with check out or install self check out stations to help the one person they usually have working the register.

There was a manager named amber that was berating employees . She was hollering across the store for all customers to hear. I would work for a manager like her for about five minutes before I dragged up and walked out. Not a good place to work with management like that.

The check out lady was super friendly. Unfortunately the lady employee working the floor made a visible effort at ignoring me even after I said hello. No response back. They like most always had what what I needed. Overall ok

Could not get any help. Other customers could not get help. Every employee was to busy stocking shelves. Twice I was asked if I worked there. I'm 65 own two oilfield service companies. I do not look or act as an hourly paid employee. Place sucked, never go back!

I showed up at 11:00 am on a Sunday morning. 2 other vehicles in the parking lot. I needed a propane tank filled. After being told by the clerk that they'd send someone out to fill it, another employee approached me while I was outside waiting. To inform me that the manager is too busy and he's only one that is certified to fill a propane tank. I was then told to go to one of their other stores since their manager was too busy.

It's a convenience solely based on the fact that it's not in town, and they have small things I usually need like cat food. Easy to go in, get what I need, and get out. Staff is friendly enough.

If you're looking for specific articles, you might check elsewhere. The 15% coupon is good, but they don't have a large selection of products; plumbing, trailer, pet food, etc. They have a good selection of livestock products, but I can't rate them for that, as I no longer keep.

Great store. Love the convenience. Had my propane tanks filled here today, a 20lb and a 100lb. Price was good, gentleman filling the tanks was very helpful.

Good variety of parts specific to rural agriculture, including livestock husbandry, some selections of farm implements, and related materials.This trip, I got a grader attachment and a mess of fasteners. There is adequate parking for vehicles pulling long trailers, and good access to back streets away from Hwy 191 to safely get in and out in a large, less maneuverable vehicle.I prefer this location over the Rankin Hwy location in Midland just because it's so much easier to get in and out from almost any direction, as there are other stops that can be combined into a single trip within about a mile or so.They have a few more implements in stock than the Midland location, or at least they did when I was there, although I noticed both locations have fewer of the large poly tanks than they did a year ago.Service was fast and staff knowledgable, and they seemed to be less frantic.
