Regrettably, my experience with the company has been marred by a particular individual, the lady with glasses in the afternoon. After receiving a concerning voicemail about my dog's nervous behavior during his stay, I made an effort to accommodate the situation by leaving work early. Upon arriving, I encountered a noticeable attitude from the lady with glasses. Despite the clarity on the reason for the extra service, I was charged over $70 for a $50 service. To my dismay, when she brought my dog out, not only were his nails unclipped, but her demeanor suggested frustration. I refrained from expressing my dissatisfaction at the time but find it necessary to share my disappointment. Charging extra due to my puppy's nervousness is unjust, and it's disheartening that blame was placed on the parent for a situation beyond our control. This encounter has led me to discontinue my services with the company.Following the incident, I decided to try a new grooming spot, and today I observed my dog getting his nails clipped. Everything went smoothly until his left back foot, where the lady mentioned he might have experienced discomfort due to a previously cut vein. This revelation sheds light on the reason behind his nervousness during the previous visit. It's disheartening that blame was unfairly placed on me, accompanied by an additional charge for what turned out to be an error on their part. This experience has solidified my decision to redirect my pet care expenses elsewhere.

I tried this place for the first time for my dog Rex, we just recently moved here to Odessa from Midland. Everything was good until we got home and noticed between the eyebrows very irritated, I searched him and also found a cut under his neck and a cut in his sanitation area. He is very irritated on those areas. He is also been scared and sad. I can’t believe this happened to him, we had never had any bad experience with him in the past with his past groomers, he is 3 years old. If for any reason he was moving a lot then I should of gotten a call, I believe there is No excuse for this and I am very disappointed. I do Not recommend this place I rather drive to Midland than take him here again.

I’m not from this area, I tried Petco & they trimmed my dog so short that I waited a long time to trim her again. Town & Country did an excellent job & they are friendly & affordable.

I love this place. They are all so friendly and seem to love the dogs that are brought in. They do a marvelous job. Good value, good quality, professional and if there is a gap or something that isn't right well try clipping your own dog and see what happens cause those dogs do not sit still. I definitely tip my hat to these ladies!

My Shih tzu Moshe had a wonderful experience with his groomer. Her name is Madison and Moshe looked absolutely BEAUTIFUL when I picked him up. He seemed happy and relaxed about his first experience being groomed at Town and Country. We will definitely be back!!😊🐶❤💯💯

It took a while for the personal to help me out. Had my paperwork ready and called them 3 times. I still waited about an hour. It was the only place that was available at that time. The test process and the results were fast. The place seemed like they just put up some shelves and started to run a business.

I took my little dog to get groomed and her haircut was terrible. And not only that, they cut the side of her eye. When I got her to the car, her eye was really bleeding. I took her back in, and they wiped her eye and applied neosporin. But they sure collected their money quick. Am very upset. Will not be back.

I wouldn’t give any stars if possible. We took our dog to get groomed here and when I went to pick her up the girl mentioned, “she’s been blinking her right eye a lot, shes may have something in her eye we tried to see if we saw something, but didn’t see anything.” Of course they didn’t see anything, today when we took her to the vet we were told her eyeball had more than likely been poked with the scissors because she had a puncture on her eyeball. If you love your baby like we do, I advise you DO NOT BRING YOUR DOG HERE! We will NEVER again take our precious girl to get groomed here.

I have a standard poodle who was a rescue, the people that we rescued her from were not nice to her at all. She has super bad trust issues, so I don't trust many people with her! I took her to town and country when I first moved to Odessa and I was skeptical at first of course, but when i explained the situation they were super understanding and they let me drop in and check on her. When I picked her up she looked and smelled so good. I'm actually taking her in for an appointment tomorrow! 10/10 recommend!!

I have a Giant Schnauzer. I had him groomed from a mobile grooming who really did a number on him. Yes he's a pup. I can't thank the lady who took him under her wing to groom him! He looks AMAZING!!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NICOLE!!!! 🙌🙌🙌🙌

I take our dacscund there to get his nails trimmed, teeth brushed and give him a bath. They always do a great job.
