Easily the most inconvenient convenience store in Odessa Tx. The pumps tend to always be out of order. When they are not, they are not connected to the internet to use your card at the pump. Most of the time even the tap to pay dosent work nor insurting the card. This past weekend there was a nozzle that was dislocated from the pump. Today 2 days later it's still on the floor. Inside tends to always be busy since they only have 1 person working.The current person there is always on her phone on speaker, I get it's not a high end job but it's still very unprofessional. It's not very organized or clean. The crazy part is there is 7 dealerships around. They are loosing so much revenue. Many of them rater make a 2 mile trip to go to Kent kwick to not have to deal with all all of that.Just a word of advice to the owner. You should invest in ALL new pumps and add some help to your staff. You would make so much more money. Or better yet sell to Kent kwick and let them show you how a Convenience store should be ran.

I tried four different pumps to get fuel. The first three were broken or not functioning. I was about to give up and never use this station again but the fourth one worked for me.I still would not return unless I had to because I've never had good luck at this station.

Where do I start? Stripes is the most filthy, disgusting, dilapidated convenience store chain in Odessa. This location, like almost all the others, is absolutely pathetic. Broken pumps, overflowing trashes, homeless campsite, sticky floor, store smells like vomit (ALL THE TIME), horrible cashiers. The people who are responsible for these wretched Stripes stores in Odessa should be ashamed. Zero stars. May god have mercy on your souls

Staff are unprofessional and poorly trained. The food options suck, old and dried out or soggy. They were out of mesa so no tacos. The tables sticky and floors were dirty.

Stopped on my way home and clerk didn’t acknowledge you was on her phone never asked if I found everything okay just no kinda acknowledgment !!! Leave your personal life at home people not everyone needs to hear what your life is about if that was so I would of stayed a bartender!!!!!

I went too buy cigarettes there because they had 2 packs Marlboro $1.50 off. I was at the register and the clerk rang them up and told me that would be $12.15. I then said the sign says $1.50 off of 2 packs. Her reply was oh you have too put your phone number in. Told me this after she rang them up. Poor service, she should always tell customers before hand. Poor training quality! Never buy anything from any Stripes.

Very UNPROFESSIONAL! Spent 60.00 in gas and Merchandise, asked for 20.00 in lottery tickets. The lady refused to sell them due to paying with debit card! I know for a fact you can't buy them with a credit card in Texas. I called their customer service number and he confirmed all lottery could be purchased with debit cards. Y'all need to train these people right and remind them why everyone loves Chick-fil-A's customer service!!

This place is right next to where I live. However, it's always a hassle to go here. The old lady at the counter is super slow and very unpleasant. In addition, why must we all stand in line after getting gas in order to recieve our receipts? I would encounter ownership to fix this Stripes ASAP or continue to lose customers...

I used to stop and fill up every few days. Grab a bottle of Dunkin Donuts chilled coffee. A couple of times a week I'd grab a couple of cans of Copenhagen Long Cut. Last time, she gave me the wrong stuff. As o was headed to Andrews, I opened one and was immediately, like, yuck!. The next day I took back the unopened can, to try to exchange it. She said she couldn't do it. I couldn't get my money back. I told her to throw it away, that they've seen me for the last time.

Went in for a starbucks and a burrito and the lady making the tortillas behind the counter was rude. Both women were facing the other way and the one making the tortillas saw me and ignored me then i said can i get a burrito please and that same one rolled eyes and gestured for the other girl to help me. the upside the burrito was really good.

Fast and efficient check out. Affordable gas prices and a variety of items to choose from. Great variety in drinks. If you have to wait in line, it usually doesn't last long.

Alex is the best store mgr in a looong while but the kitchen staff drags that store down so much!!! If the ladies in the kitchen aren’t talking about you in Spanish cuz they think you can understand....they are moving slow as molasses!!! The kitchen mgr is the absolute worse....takes her precious little time & might acknowledge you while your standing there waiting to place an order....might not!!!

Where do they find their employees do they even offer training. You can have six people there and one at the register and the rest talking I think I need to check out DK. I used to respect stripes but their staff is very unprofessional with no knowledge

Pump card readers don’t work with a credit card. They consistently ask for a PIN and you can’t run it as credit. Not worth your time to stop here.

Laredo Taco Co is decent here. Quick. The pump area is large enough so it's easy to get around cars at the pumps.

This place is great for quick in and out visits. They have a big selection of items for a convenience store. When in a hurry and needing cold drinks, gas, and ect- this is the place to go.
