For starters, the guy running the register skipped me (female) to let 2 men who entered the building after me, ahead before I called him on it. Apparently you have to be a male gener to get waited on here to get to the back of the line. Second, NO GAS! APPARENTLY THIS DUMP DIDNT PAY THEIR GAS BILL & EVERY PUMP ID EMPTY! I was redirected to 2 separate pumps before I finallyGot 20-cents worth. What a racket! Angry customers everywhere!

Amy, sells representative, should get a training in customer service, she's so annoying and loud, she acts like stripes is a circus not a store, if there's a manager or a leads member who cares about stripes costumers should care more about this person.

Horrible! We were only in the store 5 minutes and all we heard was the female manager yelling, screaming, and cussing at her male employee about work orders the whole time. That is not the time or the place for those conversations. That is reserved for the back office, out of sight and hearing from the customers. VERY unprofessional!!! Visit was on 08/06/2023 at around 2pm.

I have a hard time with employees not wanting to help a person coming in and every single time I ask a lady who is on duty it's like pulling eye teeth to get her to answer a question ❓ I get that done people have bad days yet when the very same lady greets the man who just walked in like he was very important. So it's not hard to figure out shes just not nice to women customers.I hope that Jesus helps them.

I had a terrible experience at the Stripes on Faudree Rd. And they wouldn't even take my complaint seriously. So I called this location to get a manager or an area manager and was pleasantly surprised by how nice and polite I was treated, even though I was complaining. The girl (I'm so sorry I was so mad about being ripped off I forgot your name) was so patient and listened to everything and then was shocked at how I was treated at the other Stripes. I always liked this location better but now it is the ONLY stripes I will go to. Thank you.

These guys are straight up swindlers. Their big sign along the road advertises diesel in big letters at $2.059. When you get to the pump, however, they charge you $2.269 if paying by card. Total bait and switch scam because they know the vast majority of people will use a card and won’t bother to pack up and go to a different gas station if they notice the pump price doesn’t match.This is some used car dealership BS — not something I would expect from a major brand of gas stations.

Inside store closed and locked at 3:00 pm and the 3 workers inside would not acknowledge the 4 people at the door trying to pay. No closed sign and no help from the employees.

I go today to do my usual gas and drink stop on way ho?ethat pior girl that is working today has been there since 6 thismorning the manager there took off wont answer his phone and shes stuck there till someone shows up may not be till morning she deserves a rais i would suggest everyone call and make a complaint on that manager wint even answer his phone to let her k.ow whats going on isnt it illegal for someone to work over 16 hours in a rtail job......
