I live in Charleston WV, but I am in Odessa for a family medical emergency, I ordered over the phone and picked up a cake made fresh from the bakery the next day for my sisters 70th birthday, it was very moist and it was beautifully decorated to my specification. I can't tell you how precious the memories are, that were made and enjoyed while presenting this cake to my ailing sister. Thank you so much!

Their curbside pickup is beyond slow. I come first thing in the mornings with maybe one other person and still always wait over 20+ minutes for them to bring out my groceries. And when it’s busy they bring out the orders in all different order. Even if you were here first! Not to mention their workers are so grumpy and never speak to you.

This is my go to store when buying some edibles in bulk for business and personal use . The price is affordable and they run sales on select items occasionally.I enjoy shopping at the store.

Typical poor service that you would expect from a big box store in this day and age. Left about 1000.00 bucks worth of groceries in the rain. No reason to set them 12’ away from the door in the rain when you could set them by the door which just so happens to be covered and out of the rain 🤯

I was looking for dried Mangoes. They always have them. I called in because I could not purchase them on the app and questioned their current availability. I was placed on hold for 20 mins on to get hung up on. So I decided to show up and look for myself. I arrived at the usual stock placement to find there was no longer a spot there. I asked an employee to help only to immediately be told they are seasonal (BS) and no longer carried. I was not satisfied with the answer and eventually found the pallet ready to be displayed above 4 isles away. I found a new employee who I told about the incident only to have it shrugged off and told me it will be a while because all the help is stocking water. 30 mins pass and I finally lashed out only to get a fake apology. Long story short, what usually takes less than 4 in the store was stretched to a 40 min excursion. I'm usually a patient person but when the staff can't be empathetic about being at fault, I draw the line.

Their having bad reviews due to lack of help and be little their own helpful employees with a power trip.. tried to corner me for no reason so I left, Iv been around which they demonstrate a very bad ethical experience..I was even injured a week before, ask their customers I was whole heartily keeping their carts up even when I could've taken much higher positions..I have one of my writings in library of Congress and a letter from Ted Cruz before, I suggest wait for better service to come when they fix this problem .. considering they have multiple reviews stating this I wouldn't of applied here, definitely a problem here, it's the same few managers..I just got injured... this is against all morality of course.and my finger still has nerve problems from the injury ..beware of such people..I think Sam's should take action here period then this place will be fixed..if you need more info, they didn't give proper safety videos or even alert about the wind which corporate knows nor did they explain the claims to even calling you .they really showed a lack of true leadership.. people can sue from this, we all know that . especially having nerve damage and that treatment when someone gives you the whole nine yards..ask my roommate his an honorable citizen here and a veteran who I helped and helped me..this was definitely uncalled for.asked to clean exit when we only had two outdoor for holidays, under staffed and I just removed the carts then censuala came and badger me even when I acknowledge and stated I was already doing it, it was enough for her or nirisha even when I did it they tried to corner or call me in the office with a harassing demeanor, yeah be here for a year and get nowhere and having to go through that constantly is unacceptable...so I left fleeing in fear....this is true..they didn't help me but David did when I had a bad injury cansuaela didn't even help me as well..yup Sam all true..she ignored the injury.the other manager refused to stop the kids they had from harassing me as well..I just started guys like what the heck..I thought I found good opportunity and a good Christmas.. weren't we all wrong.

Would like to shop without annoying people trying yo sell electric service or phone service. They are very rude even you turn them away. The worst service do to the fact there is no customer service.

Sam's Club in Odessa,Tx is the most racist place that can exist. The first question they ask you when they call you for an interview is “do you speak English?” If you say no, they tell you that you are not eligible, why? This is the second time that I have had to experience it up close. Just because we are Latino doesn't mean that they can discriminate against us. Maybe because we speak Spanish we can't be evaluated for a job? It is very unfair and the managers only tell you “I don't understand you”. It's sad to be like this, with Mexican parents and grandparents who were once in this position looking for work.

I am sharing this from an employee point of view. Working here the past 3 years has been hell. Management is the worst here. They favorite other people, hold grudges against you, and are rude and unprofessional.Customer's or (Members) as they call them, are also the worst. They all think they are entitled to get what they want whenever they want. Just because you pay 50 to 100 a year on a membership does not make you more important than everyone else.Most are rude and disrespectful. Dont even try to argue with them because they will more than likely get their feelings hur and cus you out, and you are expected to stand there and take it all, can't even defend yourself. And if you think management will stan up for you, you are wrong. Of course, this is not every customer. Some are actually pretty friendly and sweet. They only upside to the job is the pay. Other than that, it's a horrible, very bad work environment.

I have loved Sam’s for the longest, especially throughout the pandemic. However this is unnecessary, you need one more person working here! One person on register and one getting orders. Be efficient in serving customers. It has been like this for awhile!

Super quick and easy. Friendly staff and a clean store. Soooooooo much better than going into Walmart and better than when I’d gone into Costco in the past at least crowd wise

Discounts they have posted don't apply at check out, so scan tag. I'm not saying it happens all the time, but the 3 times I've been the discount was not applied. The manager would not negotiate on items that they no longer carried,run down items had missing accurate price tag, and missing items. My main Sams had no issue, and items were properly labeled with great pricing, so a little disappointing being it was the same exact thing.

I shop there a lot . And I use my scan and go with is awesome.. but I had other things to do this morning and it was a few mins before 10 am and I was not aloud in because I'm not a prime member.. to me that is just not cool.. the fact of the matter was I was gonna spend money this morning and few mins till 10 should not have mattered.. that's crazy to me.need to take into consideration of the club members that have other things to do and letting people in a few mins before 10 am should not really matter.. but I will continue to shop at Sam's but y'all really need to take into consideration the regular members as much as y'all consider the prime people...

At the gas station, they always have somebody there, but that person does not make sure gas pumps have paper for receipt. It is a must for some people.

Delivered to this location it took them more then 2 hours to unload 24 pallets of tissues off the truck. Don't be in an hurry if you deliver to this location.

My order was missing for 2 days due to my order being lost in the system and my card had already been charged. Upon numerous calls, I finally was able to speak to the store manager & he made it right immediately.And thank you to David for being so awesome and making sure my family and I were taken care of.

What is the point of having an appointment time at 3, no one in the office, ring the bell no one answers, when they do they don't answer your questions. Then at the appointment time to get told to wait another hour. That hour comes and goes and nothing, how difficult of a job is it. Absolutely worthless staff and management. And then walk into the office and the ladies sitting talking doing nothing.
