They had almost no cups. I asked if I could pay for an XL and get 2 smalls because they had no xl cups, and the cashier laughed. I had to ask 3 times until she finally said "no I don't think so". What sort of gas station runs out of cups?

This truck stop is horrible for trucks, it's a shame that she is a pilot in other places this is one of the best truck stops but in this place the workers don't want to do their job all the bathrooms are dirty and people are in line to bathe and I have to go talk to them the one with the long hair at the checkout because I was there 1 hour ago and they weren't ready yet so the man came to look for the guy who cleans the bathrooms and he says there were no towels I told him to clean it and give it to me himself but when I got to the bathroom, there was no soap and the shower was just super hot, it didn't regulate, in conclusion, 17 dollars was spent because this was of no use and the workers were not concerned about the situation, a shame, this place is a shame, they should definitely change these guys 👌

Yesterday I'm parking at 10:30pm I'm stay over night now is 9am and im looking that sign on the windshield. I'm never come back, they want I pay for parking few hours Ok.. They lost customer.

It's a fairly new location. Less than 2 yrs old. State of the art coffee buffet, Dunkin Donut self serve so they do not accept DD gift cards fyi. The level of premium Pilot coffee like the Ethiopian for example I wonder why have a DD coffee. No competition to Ethiopian. Very clean as it should be. Reasonable parking for big truck although I have seen larger locations. Enjoy

There’s so many truck stops out there,but this one is so far much better than most of them,is nice,clean organized,clean showers,great service,thanks to all the employees there,and most of all thanks to all the management there,good job 🇺🇸

Lovely place! Our shower had 2 showerheads, one being handheld, and that was really nice. Maria was dishing out food whilst properly masked, which resulted in us purchasing food we'd otherwise not have gotten (I cook all our food unless we feel extremely safer than usual purchasing it someplace). Shower and store were nice and clean, employees friendly. Super happy we stopped here.

Tiny little water comes off the shower. It'll take you 2 years and 3 months to shower here. Water is also cold. Enjoy your shower at this greedy location

This is.my go to place at night time for food and showers. The shower rooms are always very clean and the showers hot.The overnight crew rocks. They are super friendly and always make me feel welcome. I'm glad I generally have time at night to come here because they are "my people". I actually enjoy visiting this truck stop!!!

Nice place..Very clean showers not a long wait. Oilfield truck drivers must not shower here.Better get there early the oilfield trucks use up most of the spots, lock up & go home (I guess). Must not be any other place for them to park there MUDDY trucks in town. I do recommend the Pot Roast it was good, the MC & Cheese was a bit dry, staff was very friendly. Fuel islands coated with mud.

Nice new store. Travel center with a Dunkin donuts and restaurant. Off the interstate with plenty of parking. So far well staffed. In this oilfield area it's very hard to staff places like this. Showers and all things catering to truckers and the busy oilfield workers. We had the cooked to order pizza it was really yummy. One of the best beverage area/choices I have seen. Hope the area appreciates it and takes good care not to trash it like some of the places in the area. Very nice friendly staff.

So they had Smart Water, 2 for $3 I get to the register and the manager rings me up they are $2.49 each I told her it says 2 for $3, her reply is "no, well I guess it expired then" instead of, let me honor what it says or change it so someone else won't get lied to. I need yall to do better. Not cool at all Pilot.

My husband was stolen from so he has no gas money till I can send it to him on payday so he didn’t use an item he had bought the day earlier from this store, drove an hour backwards, has the receipt and pilot is refusing to do an exchange for gas. He’s been sitting there an hour at the pump taking up room, 2 pumps due to a large load, the general manager refuses to talk to him nor me as I wait on hold at this point in time for 25 minutes. He literally just spent $500 in gas money with this company over the last month due to traveling back and forth. An abomination in customer service. We will never ever give them our hard earned money ever again. We’ve spent thousands with this company. An atrocity. No Humanness. No consideration. no empathy.

I dont know how they do it but every one who works here is always happy and positive. I feel happy when I leave and this is just a gas station. I am greeted with a smile and everyone is helpful. They have helped me carry things to my car on several occasions and have extended help many times with out me asking. Their coffee is fresh ground and just amazing! The dunking doughnuts are fresher than when I go to a actual location instead of a mini kiosk. The pizza is very tasty. I brought it home and my son was shocked it came from a gas station. This location is always spotless and the restrooms extremely clean. Even with the large trucks going in and out it is easy to get in and out. This is an excellent place to stop.

Stop at Pilot/Flying Js almost everyday, but this was one of the most positive experiences.From the clean washrooms with a thoughtful touch, like leaving a water bottle to drink.The cheerful greeting and interaction with the manager in the morning.The young lady who made an amazing sandwich, and cleaned the grill off knowing I didn't eat meat.Its too bad I didn't get the names of the people that offered such amazing service but it was great all around. Kudos to the whole team.

Store is clean, pot roast on point, restrooms are always clean. But if you in a hurry and need gas, don’t go here, tried 3 pumps, within 30 minutes pumped maybe 8 dollars. Not sure if there all like that but the pumps I tried weren’t pumping well

No disabled spaces for semi truck parking. They do have a disabled pull up area to where you can pull the truck up, go in , do what you need and then load back up. So that's great. Also, it's a brand new store and very clean.

Perfect place to take a rest. Easi drive in and out. Friendly staff, large parking spot and huge selection of any products. They have sitting room inside, so you can buy food and eat right there in comfort. Very satisfied with this place . Definitely will stop here again if I drive by here next time.

One of the better truckstops in the area.. truckers when we find good service show appreciation. I usually leave the few dollars in the shower rooms just to show I appreciate their hard work to provide a clean shower experience.

As much as I travel, using the showers at pilot help out a lot. They offer fuel rewards and it helps. Great place and clean restrooms. Coffee is great.

One of the cleaneast gas station I've been too, the restroom were super clean. They had a chaging station for babies. The food was fresh and hot. Cold iteams were cold and organize. The coffee and fountain drink machine was clean. The staff was friendly too.

Was able to get in and out pretty quickly, we stopped for Fuel on our way to Fort Stockton from our Odessa yard. The only thing I could recommend is self checkout. Most other Pilot stores have them and they're a real convenience. All in all not bad. The restrooms were clean, staff was friendly, and the coffee I had brewed and bought kept me up enough to continue working through the night after we arrived to our destination. If you need fuel, fresh coffee, and clean restrooms, I'd stop here over the competitor across the expressway.

So just had an argument with manager here. Their computer didn't show me having g shower power even though I fueled over 1100 gallons so far this month. She wouldn't give me a free shower. After a few min the app finally worked and I got it however if I can prove which I did that I have fueled enough gallons they should just honor it and not argue withThe customer

Just stopped to use restroom, men's room was being cleaned. I asked a female associate if I could go past cleaning cart, she said it was okay. Next thing I hear is a man's voice say: No! It ain't okay! I had to almost beg to use bathroom! Horrible attitude from dude cleaning the bathroom! Won't stop here again, that's for sure!

This places shower crack me up I dont know if the people who installed the lines have them backwards but they have way more pressure in the sink then from the shower head. Other than that always clean, friendly, foods better quality than the other PFJ's on the same route.

Only reason I gave it 3 stars is the day time manager, he runs himself ragged around that store seeing to customers needs. The place falls off drastically at night. A lot of good ole boy attitude going on. Last night a driver was parked at the pump for 30 minutes. Went in, and told the overnight manager, she calls out on the intercom to move the truck. Driver is sitting at PJ Fresh and says he's waiting for bathrooms to be cleaned. Manager apologizes, and says "sorry hun, didn't know that was you". When I approach the driver and ask him to move since he isn't getting fuel, he gets irrate. The manager tells me to " calm down, get a bottle of water or something and calm down". Road Ranger is the better option any time after 8pm.
