If you're searching for bargains or on a strict budget, go elsewhere. You may find one or two "reduced" prices but certainly not everything. Smaller selection of clothing and shoes for women, men, and kids. Mostly womens clothing. Smaller areas with home decor and goods, toys, beauty products, etc. Think Ross but not as inexpensive, slightly higher quality, more orderly--you know, not the free-for-all madhouse. Got a pick of the dressing rooms. Some of the best ones I've been in.

Had a frustrating experience with one of the clerks and the store credit card offers.When I tried to check out they offered their store credit cord as usual but after declining their offer they were a bit offended. When it came time to pay they didn't tell me my total but said to pay when I was ready. The terminal read the total was $0.09 (far from what it should be) and when I warned her it was incorrect she mumbled something incoherently and said to try it. I paid the amount with a credit card and she canceled the transaction stating it didn't go through for insufficient funds and she was quick to offer the store credit card as a solution.I reminded her it was never going to be enough because she was only charging me $0.09 and that she canceled the transaction anyways. She then charged me the proper amount but it was obvious she was trying to trick someone into signing up for a credit card.

I absolutely love this store....I go here often.. Delilah one of the managers will seriously drop whatever she is doing and go and look for whatever you are looking for.. She is one of the hardest worker's I have ever seen.. And there is also a cashier there.Her name is Myra.. just the sweetest thing ever.. I watched her carry a chair out to some ladys car.. now that is customer service at it's best!! Absolutely always treated so kind there and with a smile!! One of the other managers Shay is just as wonderful.. thank you all for being so amazing each and every time I walk in your store..all of the employees are great!!

This store might have good stuff at times but customer service is really bad.. only 2 registers open when theres a line all the way to the back! Get the girls that are supposedly stocking stuff on shelves to come to the register instead of them hiding in the back talking about about their personal life! Holiday season is here and every store should have more people cashiering.

Cashier Victoria took 15 minutes visiting with a customer when store was closing and line was extremely long. When we inquired about it she stated that the other lady was a regular customer and it was good customer service. So my guess is the other customers and myself were less important. My is opinion and most likely the other customers waiting in check it very poor customer service and very unprofessional.

It's over rated. Prices are not all that. Too many people and not enough staff. Seems like every store I go into; customers seem to think their kids can run around all over the place as if it was a daycare. This was no exception. I feel sorry for the staff.

So the people at the fitting rooms were being lazy today. I had asked for some help and instead of them trying to help me out or try to get someone to help me. They literally sent me to run after their manager so they can go back to talking. Lazy workers at this location.

I absolutely love shopping here! You can always find good quality items for a great price. The only downside it the store is quite messy so it can be a bit tedious to find some things but if you don't mind digging around then you should be fine.

Visiting Midland, I went to Marshalls’ became it is one of my favorite stores. We all know it depends on where the store is as to how good it is. Well I had to return something today that I purchased yesterday. It was a sale item and when I got home with it and opened it, it did not have the product I paid for in it. So this is what I was told, “It was a sale item, so that’s what’s wrong. That’s why it was in sale.” Excuse me, what the he11 kind of policy is that. That absolutely sucks as a policy. I go to Marshalls’ all over Texas, this one was the worst. I did get my money back but WOW!!! #notmyfavoriteMarshalls

I love to go and shop in this store,but this time I didn’t have a good experience, I was smelling a cream bc it’s been several times that the product it’s expired and I don’t want to return to the store for $7-10,so I didn’t think open the bottle and smell it,one of the work lady Maria J came to me in a rude way telling in front of the people Not to do that,so I felt like a bad person and told her ,not to bother I will take the product,later on I was around the store I grave a table and put it in the car in my way to the register,the same lady was walking and went back to my car and look for something and at this time I was aggravated with her,and asker if she was looking for something,my friend was there to and her response was “oh your table it’s broke” I answer no ma’am,she was insisting to see my car of course seen if I got the cream,I make the line and asked the manager Jaslenn if I need to pay the cream bc I opened,she was super kind and respectful and apologize to me.My friend and me spend more then a 100 dollars there each one and contributing to this lady pay check,I’m a retail worker as well and I think it’s respect for respect.

Men's shoes has virtually disappeared. Down to 2 or 3 pair, period. After months of a huge selection of cleats!?? You have to assume the shoe buyer must have taken a long walk off a short dock sad to see this former favorite name brand bargain spot fade away.

This place is always disgusting looking. seems like nobody cleans the store. This is just one of the many isles that was dirty. The line is always backed up and like always I end up just leaving. It's so disappointing!
