Be very careful with what you buy here.On the surface, Market Street appears to be a high-end supermarket. However, I’ve experienced issues on multiple occasions buying food that was expired. Just yesterday I bought a bag of avocados only to find out when I got home that they’re all rotten inside.A month ago, I purchased crepe wraps and as soon as I got home I realized the expiry date was weeks prior to my purchase date. I brought it back and got a refund. HOWEVER, when I went shopping later I found out they STILL kept the expired products on the shelf, after I clearly told them their entire inventory of that product was expired. The person I spoke to about this just didn’t seem to care.It’s one thing if you make a mistake. It’s another thing if a customer points out expired product and you make no effort to remove them from the shelves.I’ve never shopped at any supermarket where I had to be so careful in making sure I’m not buying expired product like Market Street.

I used market street to order my boyfriends cake because I had used one of the market streets in Lubbock to order my sisters gender reveal cake. The one in Lubbock did phenomenal. This one on the other hand did terrible. Only reason I’m giving two stars is for affordability. I don’t know how they thought this cake was okay to give to a customer. The only reason I kept it is because I picked it up on my boyfriends birthday.

Fantastic place to shop at. Healthy foods and delis. At the meat deli they have a variety of select items and some are already prepared, marinaded for you conveniently to be cooked or grilled. A wide variety of grocery items. Purchase some drinks at the Starbucks located in the store. Atmosphere is great. And purchased sweets at the bakery.

I’m a bit upset. I ordered something online, receipt said a total price, but when I picked it up they canceled some things and still charged me the same price my initial order was. I called and they just said this is the correct price. Very confused but won’t be ordering from them again. Rather go to HEB. Thanks

used to be good, but they are always out of certain items normally for a month or more and they don't sell alot of sugar free stuff anymore so if your diabetic your stuckwhen changes happen so will my review

It is one of the BEST stores to shop in here in Odessa. Always have a HUGE selection of items, and I have never been disappointed. Staff is friendly and welcoming of suggestions as well as being helpful when needed. They beat Walmart and HEB hands down.

My wife just bought a pumpkin pie yesterday, 11/2/23, that was packed same day and it is already molding simply 1 day later. Idk if the labels are lies about the freshness of these pies, but never trusting baked goods from here again which is a shame because we trusted this place before.

My favorite family grocery store. Rewards system is on point. I save hundreds of $$ monthly by using the app. ☆ Coupons, cash back, freebie Fridays. ☆Deli & produce offer fresh organic/ hormone free choices. The staff is kind and helpful, never an issue.

I shop at market Street because the grocers are always so helpful carrying your groceries to the car and being very respectful; however this trip the young man helping me decided to look at a pretzel bag instead of helping me out to my car and there were shopping carts all over the parking lot which is very unusual. I hope the management addresses the new employees.

I love getting groceries here even though they are expensive. But when we just need a few items it's close to home so we come here. I also use the pharmacy here which is wonderful the pharmacy technicians and the pharmacists are amazing people.

I use to work at market street in another county, miss that job but anyways every time I walk in this one It's like get the feeling i need to hurry up and get out of there cause the employee's aren't welcoming at all... I get that why are you in here type feel. IDK I guess this is the the one market street for the Rockefeller's and all the other ones is for us hard working folks. Love market street tho I will give other locations more star's

We went here for the Out of Darkness Suicide Prevention Walk. It was a beautiful park with a huge pond lots of wild life. The ducks were friendly, the geese they were iffy. LolWe walked for 2hours and never had any complaints besides it being hot but the trees helped shade the sun so it wasnt as bad.

To notch grocery store. Would give them 5 stars but some of the young people at check out, could learn some manners. They need to learn to acknowledge someone is standing there. Don't just immediately start scanning items without saying anything or too busy chatting with the bagger.

Ordered from their catering menu two weeks prior to our event for our employees. When my staff arrived to pick up the food an hour prior to our event, they were told it was never made. I understand that mistakes happen, but I sent an email to Market Street for follow up and was ignored, no response.At the time of the occurrence, they did offer us fried chicken, which we declined because we had already shared the menu with our staff. Thankfully, another restaurant in town was able to take care of us. I would change my rating if someone would at least follow up.

I love the fact that it's always clean and employees are very professional and helpful. Every time I go, I enjoy the experience when I shop here instead of my usual dred of going to the store. I feel like I'm at the store and I am, but I'm not because it's so much more than just a STORE or a Supermarket! I love the layout, the atmosphere as well as the ease of finding Everything I need. The fact that the employees are always so kind and willing to help. Never a "I hate my job" face or tone. I really like that!

I came in to return my volemans milk deposit bottles i been forgetting they was so nice to return my bottles give me my 2 dollars per bottles with out any problems me and my grandfather love shopping here managers are so nice coustumer service people always kind with a smile on there face cashiers so welcoming kind I love shopping at this store yall doing great job

They constantly forget to give me all of my bags at check-out. I've had to drive back to the store on more than one occasion to retrieve my groceries. There's also been times when they set aside an item to bag it with similar things; then they forget to actually bag the item at some point. With how expensive this store is, you can't afford to leave anything behind. They will not bother to stop you as you're walking out if they forget one of your bags, or if they leave any of your items un-bagged.
