The days of being able to shop without being followed around are over. I realize retailers have to have a security team in place, and I am 100 % on board with that. But yesterday morning I had two, maybe three associates being very obvious and making me very uncomfortable while I looked at garden insecticides. It was early and customers were few, but really Lowes? What happened to eyes in the sky so honest customers like myself can shop without being stalked by bored employees trying to look busy to the department manager. I purchased my items while the very bored front register employees stood behind me watching to make sure every item was being scanned. I get out to my truck and thought about my made to feel like a criminal experience and thought, no I will not ever shop here again starting now. I took what I just bought and my receipt to a very unfriendly young man at the returns desk and got my money back. Please understand I know security is needed but making customers feel comfortable and letting them have a good shopping experience is also important. What I want to know is, where are all the looky look employees at when I need help finding something or have a question? Oh I know they're doing the vulture thing. Home Depot here I come

Let’s see, where do I start? The self check out attendant, because you can’t call her a cashier, was rude/unfriendly. She was standing there with no one in line, looking bored… I asked her, excuse me, where do I find AC filters? She rolled her eyes, picked up her device, started typing, looked back around me, but not at me and mumbled aisle 36.. Geez! Sorry to bother you! And, the store was a mess and not very well stocked… AND HOTTER THAN HAITIS!!! Really Lowe’s?! A few years ago, I really needed a job and after the crazy test and an extensive interview, I was told I was overqualified… wow!!

Today an employee here @ Lowe’s in Odessa, VICKIE D Helped me to find a special hard hat for my husband’s birthday! To have an employee care about a customer as much as she did is unheard of these days. She went beyond just helping me she actually found the item that was mis placed. N the store was very busy and so many people kept asking her for help. She would help them and the. Continued to help me. So thank you very much to Mrs. Vickie!!! and to Lowe’s management, She 100% deserves a raise. 💰 She is one that you need to keep around.

I wasn’t able to put 0 stars. Worst customer service. Waited 30 mins for someone to load up +25 bags of mulch in my truck. I called the store to send someone and I could not get anyone to answer the phones. I had to walk to the front of the garden center twice to get help. Unfortunately they had to load the mulch at the front entrance because nobody would unload the side gate.

I cannot say enough about how awful this store is. I have a pro account. It makes no difference. This store screws up every order I place, overcharges my account, offers horrible customer service and refuses to have a manager contact me. I tried for a year to speak to a paint manager about opening a paint account... they clearly don't want my business. I leave bad reviews, make phone calls, tell assistant managers about my issues... to no avail. They don't care. Awful. Zero stars.

Today, I taught my husband about looking for yellow clearance labels ( can you believe he never knew to look).Anyway, we bought some great deals and left with a little more items than I came for, but we were super psyched at the money we saved on things we needed for future home projects.

Normally this is a great place for everything for your home, but today I was frustrated because they didn't have the fitting that I needed. Their stock of brass fittings is more limited that 2 other chains in town.

Some of the most lazy disrespectful employees , all hiding in groups talking and laughing not wanting to help the customer. Many departments empty no one near by . Seems to me Lowe’s has weak management. Had to drive to midland and got better service. Lowe’s needs to step it up ! Can’t even ask a mst associate anything because they run from us too. The were the worst of the group .

The reason I come here and not any other hardware store is because of this stores people. They are knowledgeable and helpful. I can actually find someone in this store without having to go on a mile long search.

I found what I was looking for clamps,Counter sink bits and the cost was very comparable to even Amazon. I purchased Titebond-3 glue but the volume was greater than what I wanted to purchase, not many options.

I don’t know if I have horrible luck but my experience multiple times is good luck getting any help at this establishment. Terrible customer service, the workers act annoyed when you ask them for help with anything or do their jobs, cranky and unhelpful. I will be avoiding this place like the plague.

Hardly anyone will help you never have carts where they should be. Store uses 80%of carts that customers need like drywall ,plywood etc...

First of all Lowes had what I wanted. This was my experience. I got directed towards what I wanted. Took a picture of the heavy items I needed. Showed the cashier what I wanted, she rang me up. Some nice gentlemen loaded my purchase onto my truck. No time wasted waiting. Loved it!

To Whom It May Concern,I want to report an unexpected and unprofessional experience with a product I purchased from Lowe's. I have been a loyal customer for 23 years and have never encountered such issues before. On Friday (9/15), I faced a sink blockage problem and attempted to resolve it using an 'Instant Power Drain Opener' from Lowe's. Unfortunately, the product not only failed to work but made the situation worse. I visited Lowe's on September 19th after picking up my daughters from Reagan Elementary School.Initially, I encountered difficulties obtaining a refund. The first cashier was unable to assist, and a senior colleague couldn't process the refund either. They called their manager, Tara, who, without investigating, assumed I had used the product incorrectly. I had followed the instructions and even recorded a video as evidence. Tara's response was frustrating, leading me to request her manager, Joe, to intervene.Before Joe arrived, another employee attempted to support the situation, but I was dissatisfied with their explanation that I should contact the manufacturer. I believe Lowe's, as the seller, should handle this, not customers. I later contacted the manufacturer, Michelle, who approved the refund promptly.During this ordeal, an employee displayed unprofessional behavior, laughing and smirking in front of my daughters. Manager Joe was understanding but reiterated the inability to issue a refund, advising me to contact the manufacturer for a $22 product.My concern extends beyond the refund; it's about customer treatment. Lowe's should inform customers about the process upfront. The promise of "100% customer satisfaction" should be upheld. I hope Lowe's considers extensive training to improve customer interactions.

Terrible customer service when you actually find an employee. I needed a fireplace tool set. They were out with the exception of their display. I asked if I could buy it and the girl immediately responded with Yes, but don't expect any discount because its a display item. That was rude bit I needed it for my parent's home. When I got to the check out, the clerk said I wasn't allowed to buy the display. Frustrated... I eventually paid for it. (I looked for a mailbox but completely out of them.)

Terrible customer service waited for the one employee working the appliances to finish up with the few people ahead of me that took about 30 minutes then when it’s my turn it turns out he has to go to lunch and said he will send someone to help after 15 minutes nothing so I go request someone from the ladies standing around talking away to one another. Wait around another 15 minutes or more so I request someone again wait around another 15 minutes finally I get tired of waiting so I leave to take my business elsewhere. I already knew what I wanted just needed someone to cash me out and give me the product

I love Lowes, probably because I'm a dad who loves home improvement and thats kind of how it goes. I love spending my free time renovating, redoing and DYIng, I shop at both lowes and home depot and theres pros and cons from both. I've found great products at Lowes and it's pretty easy to go there with something in mind and finding it!
