Waited at customer service over 10 minutes and about 5 employees gathered at customer service area and no a one acknowledged us. A cashier is actually the one who came over and let me know she had got someone. For it being the only big grocery store in west Odessa. Do better if you get a job dealing with customers work on your customer skills.

Really great shopping experience. Found everything I needed. Plenty of parking.Food, Fuel, and Hardware, all in one stop. Great garden section as well. It's my regular stop n shop.

It's my neighborhood grocery store. Their they put out sales ad's 2x/wk on Sundays & Wednesdays. Their sale prices are usually pretty good but sometimes they sale popular, big brand items at exceptional prices. For instance, 1/2 gallons of Blue Bell ice cream were only $4.99! The staff at both Lowe's and Ace are friendly & helpful. Lowe's has had the same managers for years so they know their products/store and customers very well. It's a great neighborhood store. My only complaint would have to be that they used to have a near endless selection of items on an entire isle, all bargain priced. The selection was so large and the items so varied. Many unusually unique things I haven't been able to find anywhere else. Especially at such a great price. If they still had the bargain isle it would have to be 7 stars at least.

This store has gone downhill. I dont like shopping here. Their pricez are way to high and only a handful of employees are friendly and helpful. I wont shop here anymore unless I absolutely have to.

Usually, I have an excellent experience, how ever today I went in with my ESA certified dog, and he has been in these countless times before with no problem. Today was confronted and told that pets were not allowed. When I told him he was an ESA certified for my anxiety attacks, he told me that it was a sanitary issue. I'm sorry but my dog is cleaner than most people because he goes with me. Lowes is close yo my house and WAS convenient, but I put what I had back and left the store. If this is the way that they treated me because of my anxiety, I will NOT be going back

I went in and bought a lot of groceries. We go to check out and the person tried to get us to do Self-Check out. I get in line to be checked out and the cashier was very rude. She was very hateful too. Over packed the bags and no double bags. If I am going to spend over $200, I feel they should check me out and bag. I have to take it to the car and load it.

This little store is great for a quick run. I don't know that I could do all my family shopping here but it has all the basics. Produce is fresh, and tortillas are great. Very friendly employees. The store is very well shelved and clean. I only took one star away because of parking. Very cramped, and a bit dirty. Overall it is a great place to run for a few items.

Needed milk at 10pm that night, hubby on a nightly chocolate milk thing, got way more than I intended but I didn't have too much trouble finding what I wanted. Self check out pretty busy, but I lucked out and the lady at the other end wasn't busy. Nice visit

No associates on the sale floor to help with anything. I was able to get a hold of one person that was stocking drink, but unfortunately he didn’t work for Lowe’s. He worked for the beverage company. Lowe’s where are your employees? Did you not pay them enough to appear??

I like going there and getting milk and their soda sales, cause usually the prices are more reasonable then the other grocery stores I shop at.

Clean store, no issues. Only reason I give it 3 stars, is because it's expensive. I shop the add only usually. In today's economy, every penny counts.I feel like they should be more competitive.

Ace is always pricey. Groceries are a mixed bag. Generally no significant complaints. Fresh tortillas are always a hit! I don't buy raw meat here but it has improved since my last misfortune. Everything else is good usually.

Always a wonderful place to shop, and the people, and the Associates are always friendly and willing to help. With a large selection of grocery items, as well as an Ace Hardware attached, this place has most of what you need for a day-to-day life. I will say, however, that Ace Hardware Associates are a little more staunch in their interactions with you. You can often tell when one of them has had a bad day. But other than that I would always recommend this establishment.

This place is sometimes convenient at times you can get in and out. Other times I feel like I'm at Walmart never enough cashier's at their post to help speed up the checkout process. Can get frustrating at times.

Everyone get treated like a criminal as soon as you walk in. Everything is locked up and good luck finding someone to unlock it, but when you do find someone be ready for the attitude.

Easy to navigate, shelves are usually stocked and kept up pretty well. But ,and not necessarily the employees fault but,I have worked hardware for quite a few years so I know that MGMT. does have the proper resources to train better than they are doing. Some of the employees seem lost, not as in where they are,but what they know and what they are selling.Shame on you management. . SHAME ON YOU

Not really sure what is going on at this store, when it comes to the vendors I use I try to stay as small an local as possible but the customer service here has made the decision to continue buissness here impossible. I keep telling myself "one more time" but I am pretty sure this is it for me. With the exception of the young lady with glasses at the register, who is just as sweet as can be everyone here is rude. I actually saw them bring an older lady to tears. Looks like I will be doing buissness elsewhere from here on out.

Waited 10 minutes for 2 employees to help a Spanish only speaking person wanting to get a key made after one employee had asked me what I needed which was to get a cabinet unlocked so I could purchase an $100 tool .. after helping the customer the female employee whom inquired what assistance I needed walked off & the other employee just continued chit-chatting with the other customer. Needless to say I left fuming .. will NEVER RETURN TO THIS STORE!!

Went to buy sand paper from Ace Hardware. Its so easy to have the conveniencent of Ace in with Lowe's. Not crowded and crazy like Wal-Mart, a more trustworthy national name and friendly employees. Thanks for being there for us!!

The produce section is outstanding. One big supermarket with a wide variety of products. The only thing about Lowes is that they are very pricey. In this one particular store they have an Ace Hardware store. Tools galore they also have name brands in power tools such as Milwaukee, DeWalt, Ace,. Checkout was quick. Staff is friendly the isles are clear, unlike Walmart where they are as always stocking shelves while you are trying to shop. The store is very clean too.
