Jcp isn't usually my go to for shopping, but im surprised as to how reliable it is during emergency situations. I can't count how many times I've had to make a quick run here to get some last minute outfits. Flannels, jeans, sweaters, etc.

This place used to have alot of home items great towels,bed spreads,etc now this has really gone down hill..it was hot inside store stains all over carpets,not able to use the restrooms..left without a purchase

My husband and I had an horrible experience at the makeup department , a lady with dark curly hair ignored us and was very rude the whole time. I have hard time of hearing so I couldn’t quite understand what she was saying. Everytime we walked by she was just on her cell phone . I don’t understand that because when you’re at work you should have no time for that. That will be the last time I come to that department.

I love JCPenney but when I would go, the cashiers weren't very friendly. They just always looked like they were having a bad day. When you are in a profession like that, you should always have a smile and always greet your customers as they come toward you. I hadn't been there in awhile. I decide to go back last Saturday. I met this woman who gave me a change of heart. Her name was Serenity. She just had such a beautiful smile that said welcome. Her kindness was awesome. If everyone had her beautiful spirit, what a beautiful place it would be. Thank you Serenity for your smile and kindness. You make this world a better place. May God bless you in many ways!

I love Jc Penneys, but not this visit. I did a pickup and the cashier was great, but once I got home the jewelry set was damaged. One earring was rusted and tarnished, while the other one was shiny. So disappointing. Bought for a gift, now I have to buy a last minute gift. Quality assurance should be priority.

Catlin at the salon cut my boys hair and she did Fantastic!!!!! Even wiped there snotty little nose whith a kleenex and help keep as much cut hair as you can off a toddler. She also cut my mother's hair and did exactly what she wanted and she felt and looked beautiful. I recommend her as a stylist.As far as facility that day there card machines were down throughout the store and it was hot in the shopping part of the store. But we did find some good deals!

A girl that works in little kids followed my husband and daughter through all of the toys and little girl clothes for over 10 minutes. When I found them and noticed I asked the lady what she was doing and she just said she was fixing a pile of clothes on the table and I'm like sure, but you the way your doing it is how we do it at the store I work at for shop lifters and when I walked away and to my husband, she called my fuels is a manager. I'm not sure but the lady came and apologized for the girl.

It's good for clothes at a good price. However finding clothes you like is a tad challenging. It never really looks "recovered" and in some places it looks more like a garage sale than an actual store. It's kinda hard to find an employee to help you, but that might be a staffing issue. Though when you are ready to check out the employees there are quite kind and really help you get out fast.

Lots of clothes to choose from! We were looking for a particular color in women's or junior's casual wear. My daughter found something she liked but in a much larger size, and the employee looked until she found another similar garment in my daughter's size. Then when my daughter wanted to keep looking in other stores, another employee held the garment for us until we were done looking in other stores. Fabulous employees!

Bought a bridal ring set for the wife for Christmas, dropped it off for sizing before the new year and it is now Valentines day and we still haven't heard anything except excuses about the rings and still havent gotten them back. BUYER BEWARE, DO NOT BUY JEWELRY HERE. They'll charge you over 200 bucks for lifetime sizing and cleaning etc but it's all just a scam
