Love this place with a passion! I try a new flavor drink every visit it seems, there are too many to pick from and then you can get that same flavor made in a different type of drink. It sometimes takes a while like 20-30 min but it's because it's always packed it's so popular. You gladly wait for that quality though. The staff are so nice and always chat to us at the window.

The wait may be horrible, but that’s what you get during high traffic hours and it’s the Permian Basin. Name a coffee spot that doesn’t have a wait. You gotta get there before 7am for ideal wait time. Staff has always been welcoming. I understand drive thru window person has to be welcoming, but I’m a little too reserved for their random conversation(especially early morning chatter).

Obviously it's coffee!! But it's some of the most delicious coffee you can get around here.I've been excited to get one in our city for a while, and TODAY IS GRAND OPENING! 12/8/23I got some really cool stickers, and my beautiful hazelnut truffle hot coffee.This coffee house makes their own blends and customs.All employees are insanely kind, respectful and really positive happy people. The interactions are always top tier, here.They even have drinks available for kiddos too, and other options besides coffee if you choose.10/10 I highly recommend this coffee house.Not only are the drinks great and friendly service, but they even have an app and reward system to stack up for free stuff. Wooh!In the app you can also order ahead if you'd like and browse that cool menu as it updates for seasons.Remember WHEN YOU ORDER HOT, IT IS WAY MORE HOT THAN YOU'RE EXPECTING. PLEASE HEAD THIS WARNING! ⚠️If you do not want to burn yourself or a child, PLEASE ask for a cooler temp! This will sincerely stay scalding hot for the next like 20+ minutes.It's coffee, but I don't want y'all thinking the coffee is all made iced or at a kids temp to start with. (you can also ask them to throw in a couple ice cubes right before they pop the lid on to help cool it off for you to drink safely)

The welcoming team for opening day was phenomenal! They loved seeing my two dogs and gave plenty of treats, free stickers, and reminders to download the app for points/ freebies.Got the Snow Cap Freeze and Strawberry Pineapple Lemonade and they were both great. Happy to make this my new daily spot!

I had a pretty horrible day yesterday. And went to get a lemonade I had already paid before mentioning the day was bad. She told me to come back tomorrow for a free drink. Went in today and was able to speak with the assistant manager and she was just the sweetest and upgraded my drink for me. It’s been a rough couple of days and having such friendly people who genuinely care is so wonderful!

When this location first opened its was so good . Drinks were good and line moved fast. After all the training people left it definitely fell off. Lines are long and multiple times there was nobody coming out to take orders so I had to back out of the line. I normally get the golden eagle hot. With whip and extra caramel but seems like some of it is forgotten to be put in my drink.

First time ever going to any Dutch Bros and I could not of asked for a better experience. If you were there around 4 o’clock on December 13th you were wearing a pink shirt and a beanie and the girl that took my order was wearing a green shirt. I didn’t catch either of your names, but y’all are the best customer service people. I think I’ve ever met the girl in the pink shirt brought my stuff all the way out to me in the rain because I was on crutches. I don’t know what more you can ask for and these girls need the highest accolades from their employer. You guys are awesome. I’ll definitely will be back.

I have came here over 10 times and every time it takes 35-45 minutes sitting in the drive thru waiting for yall to make the drinks.. one time it even took a whole hour. This is ridiculous. Get it together. Half the time no one is even outside to take your order. And then they finally come out and say omg I didn’t know anyone was out here.

If it’s too cold for runners don’t go here. They are so ridiculously slow when they don’t have runners. We drove to Starbucks got our order and back by the time the person who was in front of me made it to the window. If they have runners it’s amazing. But no runners means just drive to Starbucks. It’s quicker

I'm aware this store isn't open yet(hence only 4/5 stars) but, like many(in various ways) from Oregon(born, raised, grew-up, lived, etc.) We are ready and waiting(trying patiently) for Dutch Bros to open out here. It's been 10 years now for me, but I still gave 4 because I know and remember it's quality. So Dutch Bros if you're reading this, please open or at least update us on an opening date. Thank you!
