Since the location opened, it has been severely and chronically understocked with half the store used as a store room, to the point you can barely walk through the drink aisle. On top of that, the pricing has been consistently inconsistent. It is the norm rather than the exception that your item is between $.50-$2 over the price marked, and higher-ups will likely blame the severely underpaid and underscheduled employees for these issues. They don't want to schedule employees over 15 hours a week, despite advertising full time positions. This location needs to get it together or go out of business already, and it isn't even a year old.

This place has always been awful but today was the worst. Shelves are always empty, carts full of stacked boxes never seem to move, and unorganized. The worst part is everything costs more than the shelf labels advertise. $1 plates came out to nearly $4 as an example. Nothing on my receipt matches the prices shown in store. Funniest part to me is the only woman working had her daughter who looked to be no more than 5 years old helping her work. Low standards of Dollar General.I'd be surprised if anybody even cares enough to fix this place.

Brand new store, yet absolutely disgusting. Empty shelves yet carts and carts of product lining the aisles. So much in fact, that's impossible to navigate or get to items. Yet workers standing around not doing a thing. The cashier was on her phone the whole time looking bored. No greeting, no thank you... Nothing!

I chose this store because it's in a nice clean area and the store is nice and clean everything is organized and the cashier and manager was super friendly and helpful and I'm surprised that that this store has only got two stars from the reviews and it may be because not that many reviews have been given but I plan on going back anytime I need something from there and I already chose this store as my Dollar General!

The place never opens at 8. I was there at 8:45am and the store still wasn’t open. Another time I seen i’m assuming whoever was supposed to open the store walking in with shorts and looking a mess at 8:15. Ridiculous.

I went in a few minutes ago 3 employees 2 girls and a guy all behind the counter joking laughing ...the isles full of unpacked good there were 10 customers and shelves empty....so what's the deal first not enough workers to stock but there are 3 seems like 2 can stock and 1 man register....store is losing money from low shopping due to empty shelves and full inventory trollies.....

Wonderful clean store. Brand new and a great addition to the Odessa community. Miriam the manager here is great and super helpful. Highly recommend for shopping.

Worst customer service ever especially from that girl Julie. The store is always a mess. The cashier is always MIA.
