I needed a medicine that was for several reasons not avalable to me.The Pharmacist took care of the problems and made sure I got the prescription.He was very helpful and friendly.The Pharmacist aid tried to help but since it was beyond her scope she enlisted the Doctor of Pharmacy to help me.

As a retail store the location is good. Its clean and they have friendly people working there. The pharmacy needs work. Waiting on the phone for well over 20mins plus is a little crazy in my opinion. When they do answer they tend to hang up before you even say a word. Anytime I have physically gone its been a pleasant experience. Just be aware that you might never get through to them on the phone.

This is the slowest Pharmacy I’ve ever been to. I’ve been using this location for over 6m and I’ve never had quick service! It should not take 30min or more sitting at the window to pick up a prescription that was ready days ago! I’ve also tried going inside to see if they are quicker and they are not! On more than one occasion I’ve been told they are “trying to find my prescription” as if they lost it and I’ve heard them tell other customers this as well. I hate going to this location and cannot wait to move

Only pharmacy in odessa who never answers the phone. Never help with any transfers, always rude. Major changes needed at CVS pharmacy.

Waiting on the phone forever. I’ve always had such a hard time getting ahold of anyone to talk to at the pharmacy. I’ll be changing my pharmacy won’t deal with this anymore.

Cvs counser Aslin was very helpful she help me get my card set up got great discounts on my meds.... will come back next month when run low on meds again..highly recommend her👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

Waited 30 minutes on the phone to speak to a pharmacist. Came on the phone adter 20 asking me to please hold. After the next 10 minutes they just picked up and hung the phone. Horrible customer service.
