Just horrible! Left the phone on while I drove 4 miles to the store and asked if they left the phone ringing for 25 minutes without picking up, and the convenient answer was oh our phones don’t work. So I guess there’s no way for anyone to know this until you get here so don’t waste your time calling. The lady behind the counter just rolled her eyes. Super typical of service, lately.

I went with my husband to get our flu vaccines done in the evening here as my schedule does not allow me that much free time. The pharmacist nor the techs acknowledged us even though we had already checked in and waited past our scheduled time. Once we finally asked if we had to take any additional steps to be seen they instructed us to go into the consultation room. The pharmacist seemed to be in a hurry and bothered with us, no bedside manners at all and then seemed bothered again that we requested documentation of our vaccine for our employers.

Wish I could leave negative 5 stars…. But let me tell you a little bit about my experience with this lovely pharmacy. The first 2 times I had my children’s medication filled here and they forget to mix it. I live about 20 mins away and i get all the way home to give my children their medicine only to find powder… they were not mixed…The third time I waited over 40 minutes in the drive through only to pick up my meds and for the girl to staple my debit card to the bag and destroy my card because the staple went right through the chip!The last and finale straw was when my mother filled her medication and they lost it. My mom went to go pick up her pain medication (controlled substance) and low and behold the prescription was missing… she was notified it was filled and ready for pick up but when she got there they couldn’t find it.This place is a joke! The worst customer service not to mention the pharmacist himself was one of the rudest people i have ever met!

The pharmacy department is a mess. Not only are they days behind filling prescriptions the guy in there is rude. I recently changed insurance and haven’t received my cards. I tried showing them on my phone and he complained. So i had to leave without my prescription, will definitely be changing pharmacy

Worst pharmacy in Odessa by far. Stay away from this place and don't waist your time here. The pharmacist is very rude and disrespectful, and the rest of the staff is as inept as their boss. Also, they are always short of stock. Never setting a foot on this mediocre pharmacy again.

CVS doesn’t deserve 1 star, they are the worst. I got a text saying my prescriptions were ready, I drive there only to find out that CVS claims only 1 of 4 prescriptions is what they have and that I would need to wait an hour for it. I said there should be 4 meds called in. The cashier as she called herself said “that’s the only think I see, you need to call your doctor “ of course by now it’s after 5pm and the doc ofc is closed. The next day I call the doc and they said all 4 were called but they would call again. I wait 39 minutes on the phone only to be hung up on. CVS IS A MESS AND I WILL TAKE MY BUSINESS SOMEWHERE ELSE. They get everything wrong!!!! And they never answer the phone!!!

Had to pickup a prescription at the 24hour Walgreens on university and west county and they were being difficult about it called this CVS pharmacy and the pharmacist I didn’t get her name but she’s working tonight was so sweet and helpful she called the 24hr Walgreens on university back and let them know I could get that prescription even though it was the generic brand and the sweet lady from cvs on 42nd called me back and got my prescription ready for me. Thank you so much next time I will just have my Dr send my prescription to this cvs and not use the 24hr Walgreens on university and west county ever again. Thank you for going out of your way to call them and make it happen.

This is the second time I went in here to get a prescription filled. And both times I stood there alone in line for over 5 minutes while everyone behind the counter, at least 4 people, looked at me and not once acknowledged me being there or made any attempt to take care of me. The service here is horrible. They don’t say hello. They don’t say anything. Just “what’s your date of birth and what’s your last name.” This is why I will be going back to my local pharmacist. They may cost a little more but at least they acknowledge my presence.

Tried calling to see why a prescription wasn’t being filled and I always have problems with CVS messing up my prescriptions and was on hold for 28 minutes before I hung up. This is ridiculous. Went to the store and found that there’s no one in the drive-through line and or in the store. CVS Used to be one of the best pharmacies and has gone downhill.

The pharmacy never answers unless you spend at least 45 minutes to an hour and a half to show your commitment, then and only then are you worthy enough to find anything out about your prescription. "Welcome to CVS, we know you are just dying to find out more"

I dropped off two disposable cameras to get photos back in April. I have called once a month since then and everytime they said they are still not ready. I called on Tuesday and was put on a 30 minute hold while they looked for them because now they have no record of my order. I have called this week three times since then every single time getting a confused person who puts me on hold and still finds nothing. Terrible service and a waste of my time. I just want my pictures but since they lost them I guess they are now gone for good.

I don't know the Pharmacist himself, but all the staff members are awesome. All you people with bad reviews probably just don't know how to speak to other humans. I've noticed that for some reason, people are rude to pharmacy staff anywhere I visit. The people at this CVS are the nicest of any CVS I've been to, and should be commended by the head office for this achievement. They treat all customers with respect, tact, and timely service.

Literally the worst and slowest CVS. Might as well go to your Walgreens. The girls there will rather do other things then actually take care of their customers. There’s always only two people working and pharmacist working doesn’t seem to care what they do. I waited 10 min just to ask for a small syringe they forgot to put in my bag. Won’t be coming back.

I would give it zero stars if I could . They send you a text message and an email telling you that your medication is ready . When you go to pick it up, it’s not ready . You can forget ever speaking to a human being on the phone . They will literally let it ring all day . Pharmacy staff exhibits classic passive aggressive behavior . Unfortunately my insurance company ( not coincidentally, also owned by CVS ) will not pay for any medication purchased elsewhere . Can’t wait to get on Medicare so I can purchase medications elsewhere .

Pharmacist was ignorant, self centered and would NOT listen to anything I had to say. He tried to tell me where I had my script previously filled. After repeatedly getting cut off and speaking to deaf ears I raised my voice and exchanged words with the pharmacist. He has no customer service or is he willing to, AT THE VERY LEAST, listen to what is told to him....

We have been using this pharmacy since it opened. The staff has changed some throughout the years but they have always been Great! They have alerted us to potential problems or conflicts with new medicines, called to inquire if we had problems or needed information. All in All they rate a 10 on a 1 to 10 scoring system . Thank You!

Was in the store with my kids when the storm knocked out the power. Store associate walks up to us and says all customers have to leave we are closed. It maybe policy I understand, but what I dont understand is why the hell would you send a parent with a 10 month old in a stroller and 2 toddlers out into a rainstorm? Poor inconsiderate customer service.

When you call to speak to the pharmacy, you are put on hold for almost 30 minutes to about an hour with the same obnoxious music and all the repetitive ads. This needs to be reported to the district office and have them read the reviews.
