I broke down and had to pull over on the HWY. Called Xtreme and they answered quick. Gustavo got there fast. Towed my car home, and was respectful, polite, and held a conversation with me, so it wasnt an awkward silence the whole ride home. The price was fair and the service was perfect. Definitely recommend them!

Weird experience with these guys, waiting in my car over an hour but they said 20 minutes or so. My car was in water under LaBonte bridge. While I’m in waiting, finally somebody comes along he proceeds to put a hook under my car and pull it up onto his rig and in the process of doing so his chain snapped on his truck ripped off my bumper and my car went backwards into even more water. Let’s add an additional 30 minutes while we wait for another tow truck to come and pull us out because the first one cannot. There was at least a couple of older gentleman‘s at the extreme towing shop who knew what they were talking about. They seemed more knowledgeable. And I appreciated that. But the goofball they sent to pick us up needs to be retrained. Thanks for ripping off and scratching up my bumper and possibly damaging my car even more from me sliding off your rig into deeper water. But anyways towing is a little weird but again the guys at the shop are the smart ones. I cannot really remember his name but he was very kind an helpful an a time of need an thank you for that.Service: Car towing

Went for an oil change. All was fine until they were backing my car out. Told me they were clearing the oil change message. When I got into the car, the message was still there. Tried telling me it was a new message, which it wasn't. Do not lie. If you do not know how to clear messages, ask coworkers, look at YouTube, or ask the owner. Lost my business as a result. If you will lie about clearing a message, what else are you dishonest about?

I was driving out of town on Friday when my transmission messed up. I contacted Xtreme towing expecting the usual casual attitude but Danny of Xtreme had my vehicle towed in great timing. He even called me with updates of where the tow truck was and that helped as I was a single woman on the side of the road in the dark. The tow truck driver was extremely nice and made me feel secure. Danny gave me a great rate for towing and keeping my vehicle over the weekend. He even had it towed to transmission shop on Monday. He kept me updated on when he was towing it that morning and who to contact. This is a great company that I would truly recommend to everyone. My pickup truck broke down (alternator went out) on I 37 on a Saturday night at around 10 pm. Danny, the owner, had his driver rescue us within 25 minutes. We had to get a hotel room as we were on our way home to San Antonio. His driver dropped us off at the hotel and picked us up once the truck repair was done. He didn’t charge me an arm and a leg either. Great service and a fair price!Service: Car towing

We ran over a transmission on the road which tore off our oil pan! Called Xtreme and they had a tow truck there in minutes. They patiently waited for the police to write up a report for me. Would give it 0 stars if possible. Called road side assistance to have my wrecked car towed home and paid $140 was send a text stating that extreme towing would be at my residence within 25 mins with my car waited all night with no correspondence, to wake up to police officers at my door stating they got a call about my car so they called extreme towing as well , and they have it impouned , when I got to their shop they stated I either pay $564 to get the car back or forfit the title . Shady business wouldn't be surprised if they were not the ones to call the police to Hussle us for our car.
