I understand we all have our bad days but this older gentleman employee made it obvious to me that tonight was his. I unfortunately had to ask to take out items from my purchase due to having insufficient funds. Upon doing so, this employee rolled his eyes and sighed as if it's inconveniencing him. Older people make comments on how this younger generation can be rude and disrespectful; tell me why this man did just that. I'd hate to stop coming to this location because it's convenient but after this, I'm not wanting to run into this employee anymore.

Love this location. Manager is awesome and staff is friendly. This morning I went for the store wide sales and the manager that was working alone was amazing. Very, courteous, friendly, patient and helpful. This is my go to store.

The clerk Valerie greeted me at the door. Even though she was the only one I could see working, She told me where Vienna Sausages were along with some other items. I was impressed with the customer service and how "At home" I felt. This store seems to have gotten better in the past couple of months. I was amazed at how efficient she was. and it's nice to see this level of caring service.

The store employees are extremely helpful. This was the first time I had such excellent service from this type of store chain. I asked about an item and an employee who was stocking/arranging shelves left what she was doing to SHOW me where the item would be. Wish I had gotten her name!

The store was pretty chaotic but the guy at the register was absolutely amazing! Really helpful & friendly, and was patient as I had trouble with my card working. Store is arranged differently than a lot of the ones I’ve been in so maybe that’s why it seemed chaotic since I had trouble locating everything. The selection just didn’t seem as large as some of the other store locations but the building itself isn’t any smaller.

As with most Dollar General establishment the store was full of merchandise and looks a little cluttered but everything is still easy to find and of course reasonably priced. The attendants were very friendly and pleasant. Criselda was very helpful and very knowledgeable. She helped provide a great experience. Thanks

I will stop by this store to buy milk after work. The store is always dirty, and looks like they are competing with the local flea market. This store is unorganized and items are stacked in random places. Even with this store environment it is still easier to stop here to buy milk rather than go to the back of a big grocery store. Well, they are remodeling this store today 16JUNE2015, and the parking lot was half full of vehicles. It appeared that the store was open. Car after car came into the parking lot and would leave. You know why? They are remodeling AND THEY ARE CLOSED!!!!!!!!!Put a sign at the entrance and save everyone the hassle of pulling into your crowded parking lot. THINK FOR TWO SECONDS!!!!!! I do not do business with these folks anymore, especially the old bitty that is outside half the time smoking cigarettes. NEXT!!!!!!

They have a lot of stuff but they need to straighten up the the clothing section as it is a disaster and you really can't see what anything without having to dig under everything that is just thrown on top of everything else. The store is good besides the one section.

Reliable when in a pinch. Friendly and courteous staff. If you ask for something 9/10 they will point you in the correct direction. I always end up stopping here once or twice (sometimes three) times a week.

Went for Dr peppers and Clamato, left with a crossword puzzle book and a Farmers Alamanc - or did I? doh! I left them there by accident. But not to worry! The kind ladies there saved my merch and I went back the next day for it.

This place could have gotten 5 stars if they would just restock all the coolers with cold drinks. I always stop in for a cold drink, and all the coolers are bare, or have a tiny selection of drinks. I want some cold water. I want some cold Powerade. Come on, fill those coolers up, it's HOT OUT HERE.

This is always the messiest store Ive ever seen....so much junk in isles you cant even go down some of them and never stocked worth a darn. Empty and full stocking carts everywhere...a TOTAL mess every time I go in there.

Well, Dollar General store is the only store that the people on Odem Texas has now to shop at for any kind of groceries since the regular grocery store here closed about 4 years ago now which was (Reeds Grocery store) and Reed closed his store because the people that live in Odem would not shop there. And I don't understand why not because Reed carried all of the name brand groceries at his store and had a fresh meat market in the store also, and you don't see that anymore now days and would cut special cuts of meat for anyone and I really wish that the people of Odem would have done their shopping at Reeds Grocery store and stood beside him because we the people of Odem need a real regular grocery store here and it really hurt a lot of people who live in Odem because a lot of people who live in Odem have to walk everywhere that they go to and now the people that live in Odem and have to walk everywhere can't walk all of the way to the Dollar General store because it is out on the edge of town and it just to far away for them to walk to, so we the people of Odem Texas really do need a regular Grocery store here and the rumors of building a new Grocery store here is still just a rumor and that's probably all it will ever be is just a rumor and that's not good at all for Odem Texas at all even though miss Judy at the Dollar General store does the best that she can do but she told me that she doesn't get too choose or order what the Dollar General store needs she just has to except what Dollar General sends to her at the Dollar General store and it's never enough to keep up with the people that live in Odem Texas that has to shop there for what tha people that live in Odem Texas need so we also have to go about 8 miles either direction to another town to another regular Grocery store to get what we need to live on, so Odem Texas really needs a regular Grocery store for real instead of just rumours of building a new Grocery store because rumours don't put food on the table at all.

The one in Odem is a mess and no one worrie's about how it look's. In Junction it is clean and thé poeple are alway's their To help you.

Doesn't replace a full grocery store, but still a great place to get the smaller things. (Like snacks)-1 because they sometimes run out of stock on certain snacks.
